Got home from a weekend away to find that my AC wasnt working. Left a voicemail on their emergency line and the on-call technician John returned my call within 20 minutes. He was at my place 20 minutes after that, and had my unit up and running 5 minutes later. He was polite and friendly - which was that much more appreciated because he was working on a Sunday.I will definitely continue to call them with any heating and air needs.

The Friday before memorial day...I call at 930 to make an appointment. Sarah is such a great listener! Told me she could have someone out to my home after lunch. Fast forward one hour..Stephen, our tech, calls my phone and listens attentively and tells me he would be here soon! Its 1130. 2 hours later and my AC has chill bumps growing on my sweaty back. Brrrr.Luke, the noble assistant, was eagerly following in Stephens steps.Will be the only company I use on my new home. Called late Monday about my moms ac not cooling. Did not expect same day and even said I was sure it was too late that day.  Tech showed up after 5 and had it fixed in 20 mins. Comfort Master will always  be my first choice for any HVAC issues.

The staff in all aspects of my experience including the office and the installation crew were all very helpful and polite.

Comfortmaster has become our go-to HVAC contractor and my spouse has recommended them to others for some time now. Recently, we had them replace both the upstairs and downstairs units at our house. The quality of the install was excellent. They even noticed that there should have been an extra return vent upstairs and after searching a bit, found that it had been sheetrocked over when the house was being built. They located the loose end of the duct for us and installed a return grille at that location at no extra charge. We also wanted Ecobee thermostats installed on both units and they were able to work with us on sourcing and installing them as part of the deal.Overall, our experience with Comfortmaster has been excellent. Coco Harris, the service tech who we worked with, is very thorough and professional. He has helped us with our home inspections and unit replacement/ repair recommendations.Aside from quality, they are also very competitive on price. Whatever your HVAC need is, make sure that Comfortmaster is on your list of contractors to get quotes from. My guess is that once you’ve talked to a few companies, one of them will start to stand out. And I suspect that one will be Comfortmaster.

Comfortmaster got the bid when my packaged residential HVAC unit broke. Got two quotes based on the recommendations of a property manager I know. Both guys were very competitively priced and beat all the other quotes I had received to that point (about 5 from various people over time while those contractors were there to service my old unit). Of the two new quotes I got, I decided to choose comfortmaster. From the time I first contacted them to the time of install was less than 24 hours, and they actually beat their own estimates of when they would arrive and when they would finish.There was no big fanfare, no big sell speech. Just an honest guy, his install team, and a whole lot of skill. Thats how it should be. They do good business. None of the HVAC contractor shenanigan stuff here. Coco Harris and team did me right.Dont just take my word for it. Get quotes from a few people, but make sure these guys are on your list. Theyll prove themselves.

Great business to deal with.They went out of their way to get me up and running. Whin my unit died they were very responsive, helpful and quick. GREAT company would recommend them to everyone.
