The team at Ken Parker exceeded my expectations.No one in Texas likes to have their AC go out at night, in the summer. The next morning I spoke with Susan who took the time to ask questions and make sure our tech would be prepared. We had a tech at the house that afternoon. The service technician was Jason Kinser. He was very through and checked the system completely. He was fast but was willing to answer my questions. We have done business with Ken Parker Service in excess of 30 years and people like Jason is one of the reasons. I will definitely ask for him next time we need service.

Fast repair service but I purchased a new unit from another vendor because Ken Parker didnt bid the system options I requested and were very slow to submit their bid.

WOW -- these guys are great. I noticed last week that my outside unit wasnt coming on. I called them to come out, and after a few minutes the tech determined that I needed a new compressor. He checked everything else out on the unit, as well as the other downstairs unit, and everything else checked out OK (I was especially concerned about the drain lines after last months freezing spell). At first, he gave me a guess of about $2800-3200 for replacement of the compressor. Then he took a closer look at the unit and said, I think its still under warranty. Let me check on that for you. I just bought the house two years ago (its about 9-10 years old), and I wouldnt have even thought about checking to see if it was under warranty. Anyway, thanks to the techs taking a little extra time to look, a bill that could have been $3000 was instead ~$370. And they were out there first thing Monday morning, just three days later, to do the repair. Great quick service -- you guys have earned a new customer! THANK YOU!

JW from Ken Parker Service showed up right on time and was very friendly and informative. He conducted his business in a very professional manor and even installed our Google Nest Thermostat. He was very helpful and explained to us all that he did and the condition of our system. Arranged for the technician to come out, excellent job, very customer oriented, on time, friendly, thorough check out and then went over findings with me. Recently we had to replace our outdated system and had a wonderful experience. They gave us different options for the replacement and we were able to choose the features we wanted. We have used Ken Parker a few times over the last few years to fix our older units. They have always been quick to respond, pleasurable to work with, and have never attempted to upsell. Most recently we decided to replace our aging units and reached out to Ken Parker. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive to questions and in providing a quote. They explained the up front costs and the potential savings based on the three options they quoted. The three options covered a range of systems, allowing us the opportunity to choose the system correct for our needs. When the day of installation came, the 3 installers were amazing and very hard working. They knocked out the job of replacing out two systems in a single day, but were thorough in their installation, even providing a couple new vent lines for the ones that were damaged at no additional charge. The new systems work wonderful and we have had zero issues 2 months in. Included in the quote was a manufacturer rebate for each system. When the rebate was received, there was a $100 dollar discrepancy between the quote and the actual value. We emailed Ken Parker and found out they were one line off when the quote was given and were immediately putting a check in the mail to us for the difference. Mistakes happen and you can tell a lot about a company on how they handle those mistakes. Ken Parker knocked it out of the park, they admitted to the error and corrected it, showing how much they value their customers. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and will continue using them for the yearly services to keep our systems in top shape.

A man from this business came and looked at the unit and his exact words were it is toast can get a new one for 5 to 6 thousand. I called someone else he fixed a break in the line and put in freon and it works perfectly.

I called at 2pm today about a minor problem with my HVAC Unit. Someone came out to fix it in less than 3 hours after the call .I tried to get Duncan Electric to come out since yesterday morning

Long story short. My ac went out. My brother recommended Ken Parker to me as a place to get quality work done. Needless to say, I was very happy with ALL of their customer services. Everyone from the nice lady on the phone, to Larry the repair man. They were quick, efficient and got the job done right. I couldnt be happier. Not to mention, the price was definitely more than fair. If I could give their team 10 stars I would. Thank you guys so much.

Ziggy was by today for our scheduled bi-annual heater/AC check and filter replacement. He found our freon low, added some, and will be back next week to check to see if there is a leak. Showed up when he said hewould and was very courteous.

I have used Ken Parker three times over the last couple of years for a variety of problems and they always come through and save the day. AC recently had a capacitor that went out on a Sunday morning...boom they were there to fix it. Professional-Clean-On time and won’t bill you more than what’s wrong with it. I highly recommend KPS!

They were great. They did a great job on repairing my furnace.

Our thermostat went out late on Friday eveing. I contacted Ken Parker Service and they had someone out on Saturday to replace it. The tech was friendly and efficient. He changed out our thermostat, programmed it and was on his way out within 20 miniutes. KPS has the upmost integrity and provides superb customer service. We will forever be Ken Parker Service customers!

Friendly, courteous, and a fair price. JW was my service tech to replace a contactor that froze on a Lennox system that KP installed several years ago. I’d hire them again any day, both for service and installation.

My grandparents used this company and were very pleased with the service and price that was given to them, had a complete unit put in and the air back on within 3 hours of their arrival, and they sent out Austin and David which was a great crew, Ken Parker sevice heating and air is a very trustworthy company for senior citizens, unlike so many other companies, thank you guy, great job !!

I would not ever use Ken Parker Hvac again. I have two kids and they did a bad job on my wiring problem. They could have burnt up my house and my kids were in the house. This company has no morals and values. They also do not stand up to their work. I am still waiting for them to fix my heat in the house.

I was having trouble with my minisplit ductless system and had contacted two other companies who were unable to accurately diagnose the problem. The technician came out from Parkers yesterday, identified the problem, fixed it and was out. Id recommend these folks for sure!
