No other company has touched our heating or air conditioning systems since 2007, and we have been completely satisfied with every visit made to our home. Keith helped us get every last possible day of service out of our AC system, nursing it along way past the time other companies would have insisted it needed to be replaced. I dont need lots of air conditioner service. I do most things myself BUT when the sealed part of our system seemed to have failed, I had to find someone to service it. Under the recommendation of a good friend I contacted Crandall H&A via email. They emailed me back the same day and said that Keith would be calling me. Keith made and appointment... and then kept it! He did not show up late or intoxicated, like some people Ive had come. He knew what he was doing and had my system going again in two hours. He was full of helpful advice and explained what he was doing... I like that. He said the thing we all hate to hear... you need a new this and its going to cost $,$$$. But in the end, he had an alternative he would not guarantee, but said he had not seen it fail. 3# of gas (Dont call it Freon!), a can of stop leak, some coil cleaner and Keiths pro expertice cost me $600. The systems running fine again, Fine? It is almost too cold, I get frosted sitting by my computer which is near a vent! LOL Many thanks Keith of Crandall H&A.
