Customer service is great and everyone there is skilled with nails. Every time I want my nails to look a certain way, they make it look even better!

I was a walk in. They took me right away. Lee Lee was professional and did a fantastic job on my toes and fingers. I highly recommend. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and I never felt rushed . The paraffin wax was so relaxing as was the massage.

This was my first but not my last time coming Signature Nails and Spa. My mother and I came in last week and we were both very satisfied with the service, the prices, and our nails.

They look great. Im due for a fill but no lifting, breaking, and still the perfect shape. No complaints over here. My tech did my full set for me and did a beautiful job! Would recommend!

My friend and I booked two manicures, one acrylic and one regular. For the first half hour our technician who was also the manager was incredibly nice, however once my friend asked multiple times for her acrylic to be shortened, the technician refused. We sucked up our displeasure until the end when my friend realized that the entire sides of her nails had not been painted. We asked the tech if she would be able to fix this and she stated that first, there was no problem (unpainted) nails were how it was supposed to be, and when we asked if she would paint it anyways she told us that it was not her fault and angrily began to scrub my friends hands. The woman that we did not know who was sitting next to us was also going through a similar experience. Her technician did a different shape than she had requested and told her it was her fault that she was not pleased. Additionally, she critiqued her nails, was overall rude, and did not take the customers opinion or requests into account. We have both worked customer service jobs and know how customers should be treated. We were verbally and visibly disappointed and still received rude service. Unfortunately, we will not be going back.

Go see Lek! Shes the best nail tech Ive ever been to. I get SNS, and when she does it, it lasts for over a month! Every other nail artist Ive gone to, the SNS lasts 3 weeks at most. Also, shes dead funny and a wonderful person.

Not my usual nail salon but I went there for a friends birthday. They have put up plastic partitions for pedicures and manicures. Customers are choosing their colors from nail pallets similar to the gel color selection to avoid having to touch the nail polish bottles. Overall clean and good service. Would go back

Everyone here is so sweet and funny!! They got us in and out in a timely manner without ever making us feel rushed and our nails look AMAZING!!! They also have a lot of safety precautions in place and are very diligent about cleaning and sanitizing which is a huge plus! We’ll definitely be back!!

The services at this salon was very poor, customer service was not a priority and were not forth coming with information regarding to pricing. Poor attitudes all around. Gel polish didnt last a week, got infected toe from pedicure.

So rude to my friend and I, dont ask questions or tell them what you want because theyll treat you terribly. Poured a drink in my friends purse, amoung other non- professional behavior. I will never go back. They were so rude and unprofessional. And I paid $57 dollars to be treated badly and still not get the nails I wanted. Plus that always have sports, hunting, or other man oriented shows on the TV, why??? You cater to women, they truly dont care about their customer.

My first visit here was for a regular pedicure and a full set. I always want my nails to be shaped a certain way and they were able to do that perfectly after I showed them a picture. The service here is great! Sometimes at nail salons, I feel like Im constantly being ignored. However, everyone here was so nice and acknowledged me at all times. Its worth the money!

LOVE this place! I wanted to experiment with nail extensions for the first time and the staff at this place was so helpful and patient explaining everything to me. My technician was so kind and sweet and very very meticulous. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails - they look gorgeous. Now, just need to get used to typing with them ;)

Went there with my mom for a pedicure and to have my SnS removed. From the minute I walked in, the technicians working on me and my mom continuously gave each other side-long glances and spoke to each other in a snide tone of voice. When I asked for my SnS to be removed, the tech used a very aggressive drill bit to buff off the top layer- the bit so rough it heated up my nails to the point of burning. Then, once the SnS had been (mostly) taken off with pure acetone, which had been left on to the point of giving the tips of my fingers mild chemical burns, she used the same aggressive drill bit to remove the remainders and left my nails chewed up, thinned out, and overall very damaged. The service was horrible, the job done was horrible. I will never come here again.

Now, I wouldnt go anywhere else! They keep up to date with the latest trends and fads and are super friendly and helpful. They have lots of different options and do not rush you at all!! Its best if you call for apptmnt, but they will do walk ins if they can. Love this place!!

This place is my favorite spa in the area! I love the interior and ambiance, and everyone there is so nice. I love that they have events every so often, where they have special pricing on their services. Its been a while since Ive had the pleasure of visiting but I think Ill take my older daughter in for a mommy-daughter mani-pedi date for her upcoming birthday! :) I cant recommend this spa enough!

You get the most hostile and disrespectful behavior here, if not at beginning, it will be at the end after they force the credit card out of you in middle of the session and charge you.Most good reviews Looks like it have been in the past, but I had bad experience both times I visited. They Might be having great business going on at this great location, that they just really don’t care what customers feel and realistically they don’t want them back. They insult you like no one else and you can’t leave in the middle of the session while they r clipping yr nails. It’s on the way for me but rather go somewhere else. I had been going to this salon for several years. Loyal. Now they give / sell you a cheap Emory file and tiny piece of buffer to bring with you. I went in without mine, I wasnt planning to get a manicure. But while shopping decided to. I was told I needed to pay them another dollar for one or leave. I left. Owner did nothing but sit there while this rude woman was yelling at me. So the owner let loyal customer and money walk out the door over $1. I went to Anthony Vince at Friendly Center and had a Wonderful experience. And They do not sell you a cheap file to bring in. Very Professional and Clean.

I was overcharged for a fill in. They charged me 32.00 for a fill in with gel polish and I had the exact same shape when I came in. The nail “tech” did not inform me of any costs while she was doing my nails and I did not like the service I was given. When I said something about the costs and did not like my nails they just told me the price “32.00” and the woman who did my nails walked away. I have been a customer here and usually the service is great but I will never get my nails done here just because of this one experience. If I could post a picture of these nails I would.

I go to Signature Nails & Spa because it is the closest to my house. I have been going to get pedicures ever since it opened and I love them. They make it so relaxing. Although a couple weeks ago when I went to get my first manicure there it was not the service I was expecting based on my previous pedicure experiences. They were clearly rushing and not trying very hard. I wanted a light pink color but I had to try three different polishes before I got one that actually showed up on my nails. Why would they have a polish that doesn’t show?I went with a friend and she left with polish on her cuticle! After two days the top coat started coming if and i realized that it was making the polish darker. So my nails looked terrible. I didn’t want them to look that way so I finally took them of after only four days. ☹️

I have been a customer for a year and never had any issues...until yesterday the OWNER was extremely rude and refused to change my toe nail polish (only one foot was painted) nor completed the pedicure I asked for. The employees are great but because of the owner I will NEVER return here!!

The lady that did my feet did a wonderful job, but the man who did my nails didn’t know what he was doing. My nails were uneven compared to the other hand. No paint was cleaned up on under my nails and looked like I was playing in paint. I called back to be told I said I didn’t want him to file my nails but how was that when he filed my nails during the nail service? (if I “supposedly” said not to) but my nail is finally available to fix this.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Not only was in the most relaxing mani-pedi I have ever had, my nails turned out better than ever. Im thrilled to have found a new go-to! Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back more often.

I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 5. I went in and no one was ready for us. My daughter sat for an hour and 15 minutes before they got to her. By that time I was finished and so we were there for another 2 hours while she got her nails done. If I make an appointment I expect for them to make my appointment. If not then what is the point of the appointment? Nails came out ok, only reason its 2 stars and not zero.

Heather was fantastic and had an awesome attention to detail--I dont think I have even a tiny drop of polish anywhere but my nails. She was friendly and the atmosphere was nice!! Ill be back the next time Im in Greensboro!

I have been waiting nearly one hour. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait. Sitting in a chair with no water in the foot bath, just waiting.There have been no apologies for the delay, nothing. No one has even said we will be with you soon.Dont plan to come back anytime. There are too many great places to go. My recommendation is to take this place off your list.

If i could give this company a ZERO I would. I had started coming to this nails shop about 6 months ago and when i first started coming I never had an issue. my nail tech was wonderful and then she went back home and thats when it all went down hill from there. I would find first that all this time seeing someone else i had been paying for gel nails and the entire time the person had been using powder and charging me as if they was doing gel nails. Even after that I gave this company another chance, only to find that I had a nail fungus when i went back to advised them of the issue the rudeness of this business manager was outrages, I advise the lady that when i came in i didnt even want to say anything out loud i was trying to being quite so that we could resolve the issue but as soon as i sat down in the young ladies seat who had been doing my nails the young lady that i was informed is the manager wife began to be rude when i was asking what should i do to handle this. I have been getting my nails done for years and i have never had an issue. I advised the lady that i understand that things happen and was not upset about them using bad product but the way i was handle over something that i could not cause this company will always be a place that i will never recommend to any one. This place was horrible. I went to get a fill in and the tech made my fingers bleed. When I told him he was hurting me it was like he ignored me and kept working. I spoke to the manger and explained to him what happened. He brushed me off and told me to come get a refund. He didnt do anything to the tech. I will never go back to this place.

I have been there multiple times for gel nails, acrylic nails, and SNS nails. I think they do a good job at those things. I took a chance and let them do my lashes and I am still regretting it. It took the technician longer than normal to complete the lashes. When she finished I tried to open my eyes only to realize that they were glued shut. It took my technician 45 minutes to get them a undone, she had to consult a nurse who was there getting her nails done and send someone to get glue remover, which didnt work. This was all very painful. She did repeatedly apologize saying that her boss didnt buy all the supplies she needed and was very cheap. I touched them and it felt like she used nail glue on my lashes, they are extremely hard and clumpy............ I expected them to tell me that my visit would be free, but no. She expected me to pay for my nails( which was fine) and her gluing my eyelids closed. I told her I could only pay for the nails and she said she would give me a five dollar discount on the lashes. Unacceptable, the customer service is horrible...........Over this past week my real lashes along with the fake lashes have been falling out in clumps, which has never happened to me before. The nail glue is stuck to my eyelid and hurts when I wash my face. The worst part is I really have no idea how to get this nail glue off my eyes without burning them, and they expected me to pay for this.

Ive been here twice, and so far, its been a very pleasant experience. Ive gotten a paraffin pedi and a classic pedi. With both, the nail tech took her time and paid a lot of attention to detail. After my second pedi, the polish on the tip of one of my toenails chipped when I got home. I went back the next day, and they fixed it for free...no questions asked. They also have a rewards program, so you get $5.00 off services every few visits. I do wish that they had more color options, but other than that, I think its a great nail salon with reasonable prices.

Great location and atmosphere. Some of their techs are not as skilled for pedicures as other salons in town. They have a challenge handeling cuticles and they perform the quick Walmart salon shuffle on your toenails. They do not file your toenails evenly and they leave fly away skin on your feet after they clip it. Now, you will get a heck of a foot rub. They have lots of colors to choose from, and they offer drinks. Perhaps all of the ambience is to make up for the lack of skill possessed in a nail salon. I paid for there pedicure that included the salts, creme, anf and hot stones. That part was great, but, the basic nail care was elementary at best. They have plastic liners for their spa tubs, Yay! But can you really enjoy your toenails when they have painted over the cuticles and left jagged edges on your nails.God help you if they are not skilled to perform a simple task!!!! You will be informed of your irregular toenail, or dry skin they clipped that did not exist before you walked in. After asking may I have $5 off because my cuticles were painted over, the removed the polish, clip some of the cuticle and the tech advised me that I should still pay full amount because of her time. Then she yelled at me without allowing me to address my point. Mind you, she still had not properly clipped the cuticle. If you cannot paint my toenails, (and that is a part of the package) then why will I pay full price. I sat next to a younglady whose toenails were poor in appearance and the other tech covered them with polish. My toenails are not poor in appearance and requires a few minutes of attention (only a month since last pedicure...work alot). I dont have claws, I dont have feet that are not cared for. I have feet that need tender lovung care because I am on them all the time. My feelings were really hurt!!!!! The mansger was kind enough to take off the $5. I went to this salon hoping for cleanliness, modetately skill Technicians that can address issues. If you cannot paint my big toe correctly, that should have been my first clue.
