This was my first time going there to get my nails done from diva nails & spa, the customer service was really good & everyone there was friendly. I got my full set done by Kaitlyn, she was super sweet & my nails came out looking so amazinggg!! I recommend this place 100% ☺️

Came in for just a COLOR change. A lady name Sam did it for me. Never smile one time or gave me eye contact. Seem to be in a bad mood Rush through my color change on my feet. Painted my nail and left paint all around outside of my toes 😡 even Painted half toe nail. Very sloppy rush job Had to start over several times. Worst experience ever. She knew it but still charge me $10 Was going get a manicure but If they can’t get that right would not trust them with any other services. I would never go back!!! I Could do a better job at home myself and save the extra money. Very disappointed!!

My daughter went to get eyebrows waxed. Employee rushed waxing. Obviously she wanted to leave as she screamed out the door before we even payed! Employee did a TERRIBLE job and also got both eyelids... yes eyelids! Both burned as a result and THEY denied their wax did it! Terrible and shameful for not taking ownership! Shame on Diva owners and Management!

Came In as a walkin for a fill in. It was a bit busy but I didnt no mind the wait. Sam did my nails and did an excellent job. She took her time and made sure my nails looked amazing.

I asked for coffin and the lady basically free styled what she thought was the coffin shape...I was going there for 4 years and decided to go to polished just to try it out after my nails had been so flat from them over drilling and I’ve fallen in love with polished! It’s right across the shopping center and is 100% better!!!

There is a new owner that I have yet to get a feel for. Typically, salon is clean and very prompt even if you dont have an appt. Massage chairs are the best. Ive never been disappointed after pedicure or gel manicure.

Consistently WONDERFUL! I go regularly for gel manicures and often get pedicures as well. The staff are all very polite and service oriented and I often bring friends to enjoy a special time. This is really more spa-like than nail salon- Give it a try and you will also become a regular!

I went in to have my gel nail overlay removed. Kim was so rough by jabbing nail between my nail and overlay. I let them know from beginning my nails are sensitive. will bot be returning. They could have taken a less abrasive approach and just soaked them off. Worst experience I have ever had in any nail salon.

Worst shellac - gel ever! Two nails chipped within 24 hours, & total peeling of the tips of 3 other nails after only 3 days. Wont go back to this establishment. Very disappointed!Zero stars, but I think I have to offer ONE to get this review to post.

Nicely decorated and clean place. Their full sets and fill ins are nice, but they rush through the pedicure. The leg and foot massage is half-assed and even a little painful at times. For pedicures, Id recommend somewhere else, but theyre fine if youre in a pinch.

Go elswhere for SNS. They’re priced comparably to other salons but the tech who did my nails (Kevin, according to his nametag) didn’t have the skills to match. The polish was left thicker at my cuticles than other salons do and the sides weren’t smoothed. I had to do that myself when I left. It’s a nice facility and their other services might be great, but based on my experience I won’t be back.

By far the cleanest, most relaxing, professional and thorough nail salon Ive ever been to. Really is a spa like experience.

I have been coming here for years for pedicures and consistently have a good experience. New techs from time to time but most staff here a long time. I love the place. Obnoxious customers from time to time but thats not their fault.

SMS nails need work. Top coat was dull, not like Ive seen on others. Every other service is perfect. Spa atmosphere & wonderful staff.

Terrible customer service and poor quality work . I have been going here for 8 years but since ownership has changed, the whole salon has gone down hill. I also go to polished now instead. I will never go back to Divas.

This place wasted my time. First i called to verify full set overlay price $25 was quoted. I then asked how much for free hand designs and was quoted $5. I asked was that for all ten nails and she said yes. Upon arriving i verified prices again. They were the same. After sitting down with tech Kelly she said price was wrong and after speaking with the front desk lady again she said she thoughtci meant two nails. No you gave the wrong price and didnt honor it. So they lost 4 customers 2 of which were waiting and overheard this convo.

The only salon I go to for manicure/pedicures. There are a few technicians I prefer more than others but overall the quality of service is excellent.

Said there was no wait for SNS. Put foil on for 20 min.!! Said I would be done in 30 min. An hour 10 min later. I left with NO SNS. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

Nails look ridiculous, not even the same shape on both sides. felt rushed. would not recommend.
