Lisa is a doll and super funny! This place is very clean and she do a very good job. Definitely call and book an appointment with her!

Twice I’ve attempted to go to this nail salon and they over charge. I attempted to go about a year ago went to get a polish change and I was told I would have to pay $25 just to have the polish removed and that didn’t even include the polish I was going to get. I tried again today I was quoted $5 to have one gel repair because my nails are short which I was fine with, once I arrived she looked and said Oh no 7$. I even showed her my nails were short and she replied no it’s $7 and I said that’s not what you told me so kindly left. I will never return to this place again ! I literally work in the same shopping center as the salon and simply wanted to support but they are unprofessional and overpriced and it makes me wonder if others experience the same issue.

I have been a customer of this salon since I was a teenager. Lisa is so sweet and remembers her customers and treats us like family each and every time. The Salon is Clean and up to date. With everything going on with the pandemic, I appreciate the extra steps Lisa is taking to make sure she and her customers are safe. Rather it’s every two weeks or I’m out of town and return in 2 months, I always get the same quality service no matter what! Out of over 20 years, I’ve never had one issue.

This is a very nice establishment. I have been a customer of A Nails for more than 10 years. The owner is very personable and calls all of her customers by name. She works to ensure that you are happy with her work and if there is something you do not like she works diligently to give you the desired look you are wanting.

Haha. My nails look great, and so do my sisters. Just one thing, they charged me $65.00 for SNS French Tips but on my natural nail... I only came here because I received a gift certificate for Christmas to this place. My nail salon in Greensboro on New Garden charges $40.00 for SNS French tips. I paid $90.00 for our nails, my sister only got a full set which is $25.00.......... WHY WAS I CHARGED $25.00 EXTRA FOR MY NAILS???? The service was great, our nails look great, and if it were to be $10.00 more then okay, but it wasn’t. So aggravated, I feel like I’ve been robbed!

I was going to visit your shop but now I wont. I look at reviews not for raving reviews or the complaints but what the people are saying. For example, I read the reviews for this place looking for sanitary complaints because thats a big issue for nail salons. Unfortunately, I came across the review by Catina Galloway and its not her review but the response to her review that had my wheels turning. If you do not have a set price written within view for everyone to see as they enter then you are not professional. How do I know you wont overcharge me just because. But the unprofessionalism came when the response to her review was explaining what happened that day with another customer. That gave me a bad feeling because at that moment you wanted to prove your point more than understanding how you could have improved.

First time visiting this location and Im very pleased with my nails and toes.

I was overcharged $10 first of all. They really should have the correct prices on their “menu” and second of all I only tipped 5 because I had only brought a certain amount with me. And planned on giving more until I was overcharged. But this woman under her breath goes really I worked so hard. Will never go back. They’ll eventually go out of business

This was my first time at this shop. My personal services were fine I got a pedicure, but there was another lady and her daughter in the shop having issues with the prices that was quoted to the in the beginning and what they were telling them then. I dont know what was quoted because I wasnt there but I do believe it could have been handled better and not have to escalate . The police ended up being called because the owner was upset because the lady recorded something on her phone and he wanted her to take it off. Which you can not make a person do. It was very unnecessary it was made to be very uncomfortable for everyone in the shop.

So Ive had enough with this nail salon use dirty tools and do a half way job on pedi thats not worth what they ask I can get better a learning schools then I get here. Ill never re turn and hate that my sister in law got the worst pedi ever thankful she got her money back but only after having a very heated discussion with Lisa

It was horrible! First I had to wait an hour for service and when it was finally my turn she rushed through my nails and didnt even fill them in all the way! Its only been a few days and I already need a fill in...the polish looks a mess. I will NOT be returning here ever again!
