This is by far the best service I’ve had from any nail salon! The atmosphere is amazing and the service is outstanding! Even if I miss an appointment they call to see if I’m on my way! They are very professional and I don’t have a issue with booking ever! The level of care and professional service is beyond your normal experience!

Every time I come to Tiah, she greets me with a very loving and amazing energy. Even if she is busy and booked, she always makes sure that I or anyone who walks in is seen and acknowledged. Her skills are THE BEST I’ve ever seen from anyone in this industry as I have always had negative experiences from those who only want my money and not to focus on taking care of the health of my nails. She is HIGHLY educated in this work and will talk you through the process so you are aware of what she needs to do while servicing you. The team is great and I have NEVER had a bad experience from them.

The atmosphere is always welcoming and the owner, Ms. Washington is an advocate for customer appreciation! This lady loves her clients. She never overbook herself; I never feel rushed when being serviced. I purchased my friends salon gifts cards for Christmas, thats how much I wanted them to enjoy the experience for themselves. I took my daughter to Archd & Tipd last spring to get her nails done for her 9th grade formal. The atmosphere was awesome. The tech we had was very knowledgeable just as all the other ladies in the shop. All the ladies were very welcoming. And it made me SUPER proud to see women who look like me perform a service that is generally rendered by the Asian community. Im not a nail person due to my job and business but if I was this would be the only place Id choose to get serviced.

I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again: nobody has taken care of my nails like Tiah! I had an accident at a young age that causes one of my nails to grow awkwardly. She always knows exactly what to do to make my nails even and perfect every time..EVERY TIME! This post is about care, expertise, and customer service, she embodies all of these traits! Her designs and prices are unmatched, but you can’t buy her heart....highly recommend Archd and Tipd!

I was a fan of Tiah Washington at one point, she seemed to be a very personable individual but she is very nasty. She speaks down on others CONSTANTLY and it’s sickening. I have tried booking with her before and she was very distasteful and was the same to two mutual friends of mine. Her attitude even on her business page is NOT professional at all and she can not take constructive criticism apparently. Instead of trying to be pleasant and genuine about her services she seems to be a little cold and bothered during the booking process. I have heard many stories about bad experiences at her salon and chose to still want to support, but I’m starting to see why people choose to not go back. Tiah, I am very disappointed in how you have carried yourself during your business and should really humble yourself. Slow down and take your time everything isn’t a problem and everyone isn’t attacking you, don’t miss out on good clients based on your own personal bad experiences with people and life.Take Care

Tiah and Steph take time to do more than your nails, they care about your health and will always give suggestions on what may be best. I am a plain Jane kind of woman but tiah never disappoints! Archdntipd is a great place I love the nail techs they are very nice and kind Archdntipd isdifferent from any other nail salon in Greensboro nc because they educate you about your nails and feet to keep them healthy I give this salon 5 stars

This was my first time visiting Arch’d and Tip’d and let me just say the experience was absolutely amazing. Tabitha and Tiah were so friendly and personable. It is evident that they care about the health of your nails and providing quality service to their clients. Tabitha did an amazing job on my pedicure and my nails. I will definitely be returning.

I moved to Greensboro from Brooklyn NY in Aug 2018 and needed a nail tech.My cousin referred me to Tiah and I have been going to her every two weeks ever since then..Nails, microblading, natural lash extensions, pedicures and soon teeth whitening..She does it all and I can personally vouch for all of these services 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.I go no where else. I’m hooked on Arch’d & Tip’d ❤️
