I been going here for years now, I honestly thought most nail techs rushed the service until I met BIC!!!! I recommend her! She awesome, patient and does a great job on my pedicure. And also the lady in the back that does brows and lashes she great too!

It looks bad on the business that there was any confusion. And up was not disclosed when I explained what I wanted. I analyzed that poster completely even after I sat in the chair so please stop!-----i dont bad reviews but i had to with this one. I had more than one issue with them. Their tools are not clean and they lie about their prices even though they have a huge poster of prices listed near the entrance. DO NOT GO THERE - PARTICULARLY FOR A MANICURE! I walked in to get a manicure (full set acrylic ) and before I sat down, i first confirmed that they can style/design my nails the way I wanted for my birthday. When the nail tech was done styling my nails and it was time to pay, they charged my card more than what was originally quoted. That was something i did not agree to. Second, the nail tech cut my finger in the process of doing my nails and now have an infection on my finger. AVOID THIS LOCATION. There are better nail salons who will treat you well and do not lie or have dirty tools.

Asked for a specific person and was told they weren’t there. Only for them to actually be there! Whoever did my pedicure cut my toe nails so short and there is nothing I can do about it. Also very hard to communicate considering hardly anyone speaks English. The lady laughed at me when I asked if anyone spoke English.

When I first visited Rainbow Nails, it was very pleasant. Not to busy with a nice atmosphere. My plans was to make them my choice for doing my nails. But I went a second time[a Saturday]. I witnessed a customer desiring a certain tech but another tech started working on her pedicure. Customer unhappy(she actually mentioned Ms.Pat earlier when she entered nail shop). They apparently did not hear her. Just a simple mistake. Instead tech got upset because she “started”, a few other techs chimed in letting customer know she was wrong..shortly the manager chimed in negatively too! I couldn’t believe it!!She was a calm customer because she sat there and took their words while waiting patiently for Ms.Pat. I would have left,no exceptions. Because of this I choose not go back….Customers can make or break your business. It was just a honest mistake. The customer did not deserve that type of treatment….my opinion.

Was terrible. Had chair 9, had to spray my own chair down because they did not clean it before trying to service me and the lady did a very sloppy job. The shape is terrible and bumpy which ultimately made the paint job clumpy. And I have white nails so it shows. With white or light colors the shape and buffing has to be on point, it was not. And for them to up their charge I expect the work to be amazing. I’m very upset dissatisfied.

So I haven’t had my nails for 2 weeks i literally only had them for one week and 3 have came off with ease all I did was hit my nail with my hand with no force and the tip came off when I asked about some type of refund he told me if it has been two weeks than no I said no it has not been two weeks and then he said sorry and hung up

Pretty pricey. The prices have changed drastically since the pandemic. I usually go to the male techs to get my nails done. My recommendations is to get a better ventilation system and get new nail polishes. Im a regular customer. Usually a long wait.

There is a tech. Name Kim...she is awesome. ALWAYS nice and polite. She does an excellent job on pedicures and manicures.

I like Rainbow Nails the people there does a really nice job

They tell everyone it’s a 30 minute wait for nails when in reality it’s an hour or more. They don’t do appointments. They have a sign in sheet they DONT follow. I signed in, was told it was a 30 min wait but there wasn’t enough space for me to sit. It’s COVID and due to CDC guidelines we are posed to be 6 feet apart. So I decide to wait my 30 minutes in my car. I come back to find that others who signed in after are being helped before me. I’m upset so I leave, I have to call to find out that I have to wait inside and if there’s no room in the front go to the back. Mind you NO ONE is 6 feet apart so why would I risk myself. When going here be ready to wait and no communication about who’s next ! Guess the bigger question here is if they can adjust their prices because of COVID why can’t they adjust to scheduling some appointments if they know business has picked up ?

For my first experience it was very much different from New York. I wish they were more organized and well mannered but they took care of me the best they could thank you

The workers act like they dont speak English. We had to ask 3 different people before found someone to give us our total bill. While waiting I heard at least 3 people complain because they werent getting what they asked for. Make an appointment other than just walking in. The wait can be long.

Received a full set per walk in appointment. I was greeted and welcomed when I walked in the door, with NO waiting. The nail tech that did my nails was professional, kind and friendly. The salon was very clean, and comfortable. I am very pleased with my nails and the overall service. I definitely will be returning to patronize this nail salon! #RainbowNails

HIV outbreak! Could catch HIV here during getting eye brows done! They use Razors on their finishing touches and never ever clean them! They use a tiny squirt to Sanitize their hands, that’s not enough to clean everything in their hands. If you don’t believe me, do your own research, and when you attend there watch them Closely, but beware.

Great pedicure! At the end, youre given a massage with hot stones! Great experience from beginning to end!

I came for a pedicure with the wax, told the nail tech and was told to sit down in a pedicure station and was asked my color. I picked a simple white polish and made sure to tell them I wanted the wax and massage. After my pedicure she began with my massage with the stones and I’m like what happened to the wax. And she then tells me they don’t offer wax anymore. Sooooo, why wasn’t I told this prior to my service. I won’t ever in life come again

I have been other places to get my nails done and this is the only place Ive ever go to the lady who does the eyebrow work does an amazing job with her artwork she was better than the other nail salon I went to to get my brows done I love how I can sit at the table and talk to the people who work here my favorite person is the guy who works at table one me personally I recommend rainbow nails to go to!!!

This was my first time ever here. Was here at 10am. The doors didnt open until 10:15am. I received a pedicure and a nail fill-in. Was there until 12:45 and paid $79 for both services. At 3pm a nail popped completely off from nail bed. Went back at 6pm, ask if someone new could help me. Was told had to wait to go to the same lady again. Had to sit and wait over a hour to get repair. The guy in front of counter #1 table was rude to me. The lady next to him #2 table did my services. And the lady at #11 table refuse to help me with my repair. Was overlooked on several occasions as other customers walked in and were asked what they need. I was not rude not did I argue with anyone. I waited patiently before I went to the owner at table #5, who told me to wait and if i let someone else other than the lady who did my fill fix my nail i would have to pay to get my nails fixed because they work on comission. And was very very rude when she told me this. I will never reccomend Rainbow Nails to anyone or will I ever come back here ever in this lifetime. The lady at #9 fixed my nails and I paid $10. She was very very nice and did a good job.

VERY RUDE ! The first time went well so I returned for a fill in & the man cursed at me & he tried cover it up by trying to make a joke. I let it slide & returned again for another fill in & this time it was a new guy. He removed my polish & told me $3 for a nail repair which would’ve made my total $15, as he continued & began to do my repair he then raised the price to $20 then he tried to add on another $10 because my nails were “long” & when I mentioned to him that I wasn’t charged extra when getting my full set or first fill in for the length he began to get louder & once I told him his service was no longer needed he threw his hands and told me “leave” “go”

Went there because I was desperate to get a fill. The lady who did my nails was rude as hell plus the shape of my nails look goofy as hell and I only wanted a simple square shape. Something told me not to go because of the bad reviews. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them from my experience.

If I could give no stars I would they were damn awful. Im new to Greensboro and was simply wanting to get my eyelashes done. The lady literally told me I couldnt get mine done due to the fact I havent had them done at their spot before. In my mind Im thinking well how do you gain business. The lady told me to go somewhere else since I havent been getting them done there before. I asked for a manager and no one listened there was no manager. Theyre ghetto and awful. Give them no business!

I got gel polish on my nails last Wednesday, not even 24 hours later my nails were peeling so I went back that Friday to get them fixed. Before I could even get ready to go out that same night, my nails were peeling again. Horrible service and the workers had nasty attitudes. I would definitely not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Trash customer service. I walked in and the tech asked what I was having done, I said clear and loudly “Eyelashes “ she says ok she has 3 ppl in front of me. I waited 30 mins and she came back to me asking me again, I told her eyelashes, she asks if I was a new customer and why I was there, I said I was new and just wanted lashes, she asks what length? I told her long.... after 30 mins of waiting she tells me they only sell short lashes.... you couldn’t have made a sign or told me the first time I said lashes. She was dismissive and rude, horrible service. I will never come back

I went in a few days ago to get a gel nail polish. The gel polish chipped on the first day. I went back the next day to get my nails fixed. The nail technician polished them again. It has been 3-4 days and the gel nail polish is weak and continuing to chip. Because of this experience, I will go back to polishing my own nails.

The only nice thing that I can say is that they have a great selection of nail color. Their customer service SUCKS!!! The lady that done my nails was rude from the time I sat in her chair. She rolled her eyes, snapped several times while filing my nails. I eventually had to say something to her. I really hate that they can provide such terrible customer service in our community and still make money.As I was being serviced, the man was asking another woman not to return because she complains too much. Ridiculously terrible

Unfortunately since Sam left my experience/service with getting SNS for my natural nails has declined.Today after only having gone in last week the polish cracked and my nail broke. That Never happened before.Im disappointed; wasted money. I have to find another place where I can get quality care.☹

Don’t go. Waste of time and money. Rude attitudes when you point out things you don’t like and idk if they use cheap polish or what but it always chips. My full sets/fill ins always look bad after a day or two. They won’t tell you that they can’t do a design, they will just mess it up. I liked to go here because Tina uses the rhinestones i like but the last visit i told her that she needed to set them with acrylic and she did not, only used nail glue and so my stones were gone within 2 days. Waste of ten dollars. I am absolutely done with this place.

First time. Came here yesterday to get a pedicure. She was trying to us a USED pumice and foot scraper on my foot. I had to tell her no several times. I only want a NEW one. She kept pulling my feet out the tub and pushing them and tapping on my leg. Which I thought was so rude and not relaxing. When I came there to RELAX! Then I chose Ferrari red as my gel color for the holiday season. She said they didnt have it. Then another girl came in and sat beside me. The person doing her toes was so friendly. And she wanted the same color I chose the lady went and got it. I had to get a whole different color because she did not want to look even tho I paid 35$ . I hate this place. I felt negativity when I walked in and they seemed racist

This place is a disaster waiting to happen. I gave them 2 chances an it just blew up! You can’t tell them anything, or let them know how you want your nails... kmt. Rubbish. The first time I had to give number 5 lady a piece of my mind an today went in for a filling, the guy at the first table was rather rude because I was letting him know how I want my nails. I ended up walking out an going somewhere else to get my nails done. Came in with a friend who was getting her eyebrows waxed by a different person than usual. So she just gave her a few details on what she wanted and the lady acted as if she didnt want or need us to say what and how we like our eyebrows. So once she finished my friend brows, I was still unsure just bc I wanted a different style and you cant make a mistake with your eyebrows like really. so she kept talking abt how she dont want to do them if I dont trust her like (what u mean I dont even know you) instead of confirming and assuring of the design. Im not abt to let you freestyle on my eyebrows like how dumb is that. She was very rude, so not interested in going to a business like this. I would prefer to spend my money where I can be respected and appreciated as I was not asking for much nor was my friend...and I also overheard her last customer that was new to her also. Didnt sound too pleasant. I wouldnt suggest this salon based off this tech. Very unprofessional and rude.
