1st he hurt my finger with the electric file and was very rude. he cut my finger nails down to the num, very rough. the first picture is what i got and the 2nd is what i asked for. not even the same length nor shape. customer service was terrible. won’t be going there again, disrespectfully :)

I got SNS on my natural nail by Lisa and she was amazing! Very professional. She helped me find something that I liked. And talked to me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. This place was also very affordable!

I went to get a filling and a pedicure .. The man that did it was rude, left them all bulky and crooked. It did not seemed like i had a filling done you could see the previous nails under the new acrylic he put on top, Two of the nails fell the next day.. and nails started to look more bulky and seems like they just out along with my finger cant see the cuticle. He just painted them on top of my previous color, it just seems like if my 7 yr old daughter painted them .. when a lady was available to do my pedicure he asked me to go and have a seat at the chair. I walked to the chair and the lady that was supposed to do them, went to the back did not bother to say have a seat Ill be back. I was standing there i did not know if it was ok for me to sit down already. Her coworker asked me rude what was i doing standing there i said i was getting a pedi, she told me to sit down. I was left on the chair with my feet in the water for more than 25 minutes, lady never came back, the other worker left and came back but did not bother to say she could do them for me. They both were at the back of the salon. I got up told the guy to just go ahead and finish my nails i wasnt doing the pedicure no more. Also the place is very dirty, saw a roach going up on a clients shoe. Seems like they never clean it.It was my FIRST AND LAST time coming here....

Celine did a wonderful job on my nails for my birthday it was my first time coming to this shop and I will definitely be back I have referred a few family and friends thanks again for such a good service

My first time coming here and my last. I walked in for a pedicure and the woman told me to go ahead and sit in a chair and someone would take care of me. The young lady that was at the chairs seemed very agitated, like she did not want to be there. She was slamming things and stomping her feet so I was somewhat relieved when a man came from the back to do my toes. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the quality of his work. Not only did I feel like his work was sloppy, he cut the skin on my cuticles so hard that my toe started bleeding and I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Very disappointed

Place is dirty. Nail clippings on floor. Doesnt look like they have ever dusted. Surfaces look very dirty. I never saw them clean anything in the 2 1/2 hours that I was there... No Covid precautions in place. Person doing my pedicure couldnt communicate in English AT ALL!! I had to yell for help when they were burning my feet! Spilled half of my paragon wax back into the tub. I will not be going back.

Went there on Wednesday by Friday the clear coat is coming off my nails and today sunday had 2 tips break off. Paid 35 to have SNS ans not even 4 days later have to get them done again. Do not go here

Full set of nails were big an bulky. Had to pay extra for my tips to be NATURALLY rounded

Do NOT ever go get your eyebrows arched at this location!! The lady named Salen arched my eyebrows and took half of them off. When I told her about it she got mad and said my eyebrows were already like that. Do NOT go to this place. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I tried this shop out because I saw that it was new and I have been trying to find a new shop that exceeds my expectations. I didn’t have to wait, however it was only one nail technician there at the time. I walked in at 3:45 and didn’t leave until 5:15 and I only got a fill-in. As far as the application of acrylic and all that, it was great until the polishing. My only issue was that the woman who did my nails drilled my cuticles. My polish looked like a rookie had done it and it wasn’t applied properly. The polish was all over my cuticles. However the staff was extremely nice, and they didn’t charge me exceedingly.

First time trying this place and I will most definitely will be back. Perfect location, great prices and they can do it all. Thank you CELINE I’ll be coming to see you next week lady!!!

I was very pleased when i came onto the shop the staff welcome me in and got straight to work they pedicure that i received was the best and relaxing the nail tech did my nails to my liking and i love the time i spent there i will be going back

I have never had an awful experience ever in any salon except this one. Salon wasn’t practicing basic hygiene guidelines. The lady hurt three of my fingers from which two of them were bleeding. Then she left me in the middle of the nail removal treatment and the man started doing it . They’re not even done properly. I’m really disappointed with bandages on my fingers. I will never go back and would never recommend anyone else to go.
