I was greeted upon arrival by the hostess and by Mrs.Donna herself who did perform my service, she was very welcoming with a warm spirit to match. She gave me my first ever facial and did an amazing job considering I have VERY SENSITIVE SKIN she told me everything she was doing before and as she did it also educated me on skin care; there were products I couldn’t use but Mrs.Donna did not give up on my skin she patiently continued to access my skin for the right treatment for me. I simply can not wait to come back my skin looks and feels great. Thank you Mrs. Donna !

Donna waxed and shaped my eyebrows and she was excellent. Donna really knows what she is doing so that made the process very smooth and helped me find it almost relaxing (as relaxing as waxing can be). The place was clean and nice looking and all the staff were very friendly.

I had a gift certificate for a derma-planing service here and I VERY much enjoyed the younger women at the front desk who informed me on their favorite facials and how well they work for them. Had great energy that made me excited to get this done. However, I did not appreciate how I was treated by the older woman who actual gave me the facial. She had a very dry and stuck up personality. She didn’t have a welcoming demeanor and once the service was over she just got up and left. Didn’t say “have a great day” or anything.

My experience wasn’t the greatest upon getting there it was automatically very unprofessional, I was looking forward to a relaxing experience after a extremely long work week and instead there was miscommunication with employees and the store wasn’t even open for 10 minutes past my appointment time... On top of that I had a bad reaction to 2 products used and had to have them immediately removed not her fault but there was nothing done to substitute those products and my facial ended up being cut short. The experience was just not worth the money in my opinion.

Cara is best hair stylist in nc so far..I follow her from ulta becuse my blond hair always turn out good .cant wait for my next appointment with her .

I took my wife there for a facial. When we went inside we were Not welcomed and it all went down hill from there. Donna did not introduce herself to us and my wife felt RACIALLY MISTREATED!! DO NOT GO TO THAT ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!
