Michelle is hands down the sweetest person in the world. Her customer service is phenomenal. She’s super talented and professional, with her you don’t have to choose between price+quality, you get both! I’ve been going to see her since I was 14!! I am now 21, and I do not go to anyone but her. It’s not even just because of just how perfectly she does my nails (because she’s made me super picky!) but also because of how she goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s gone as far as working around my schedule to get me in for an appointment because of how much I work. Me and my mom go see her together and as long as I stay in the state of NC I will never let another nail tech touch my beautiful nail beds or eyebrows!!!

First....I just moved to NC from PA...and it took (seems like) forever to find a nail salon. I looked at the Google reviews and decided to try Nu Nails & Spa. So glad I did!!! Michelle is AWESOME.....very friendly and she made my feet feel and look beautiful. Only taking appointments due to Covid....but getting a spot is worth the wait!!!

I was looking for a new nail salon close to my house and decided to give them a try.. I’m really glad I did!! Michelle was very nice & did a great job on my nails!! The salon is under new ownership. Very great service. My nails always look great and the owner never rushes to finish your nails and does a great job. I’ve gotten acrylic, gel, and dip and have also been able to get designs and stones. All looked great! Please go to this salon if you want a great experience all around!

I have been coming to this nail shop for almost 2years. Michelle knows my style and never disappoints me. I always get the powdered dip for my nails and they are healthy and strong. I am very satisfied and pleased with the service.

I absolutely love how natural Michelle makes your nails look. She uses one of the greatest powder dips on the market for your nails to keep them healthy. SNS is so outdated compared to Polaris nail powder. Shes always great company and keeps you entertained while your in the salon. Definitely worth the experience!

Michelle is the best nail tech I have ever been to and I’ve been getting my nails done for quite a number of years. I started going to her when she worked at a salon in Reidsville. When she left to open her own salon in Greensboro, I followed her there. She is that good that i travel from Reidsville every couple of weeks to get my nails and toes done. I absolutely love her!!

The salon is under new management. I have been going to Michelle for 4yrs now, where ever she goes I go. Im so glad she has her own shop now.nails always look nice

Well its been less than a week and one of my nails peeled off I call the guy that answered the phone told me Id have to pay for it to be fixed when I asked why he said because they did a perfect job on every nail no excuse me you didnt now they wont answer the phone!! I uploaded a picture of the job they did less than a week ago Im not happy they will fix it

This was the absolute WORST nail place I have ever visited. If I could score them below 1 star I would!!! The male who answered when I came in was extremely rude when I told him what I wanted which was a basic fill in. He said I could wait 15 minutes or go somewhere else. I immediately told him how Absolutely Rude he was and how he should address potential clients and he walked away while I was still talking. Im new to the area and would never expect this horrible treatment from a business. Needless to say they will never have my business!!!!

I go in for a full set and the man starts and as I could tell I was not liking his work. I politely asked to take off and he said no he was going to charge me because I didnt like his work. Now my hands look awful and I have to go to work. Waste of time and rude people. Dont waste ur time and money
