Thank you to the friendly staff, clean environment. I will revisit again. The 1 hour 34 minute commute was very well worth it.

Ladies if you’re young and follow nail trends, AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALLLLLL MEANS! They are STUCK in the 70’s and i pray They close down soon! They DO NOT know how to lay down acrylic, file nails or even take nails off. They are so rude and unprofessional and literally have ZERO staff. The seats are tore up from the floor up, and it smells. Zero out of ten would not recommend

I spent $53 plus tip so $60 for a sns full set with extended tips and it definitely wasn’t $60 worth. i also asked for coffin shape and the guy left them boxed, he barely filed them to make the shape i wanted. he was also rushing. probably never coming back.

I am always acknowledged as soon as I walk in. Ive never had to wait for more than ten minutes. Henry does a wonderful job on my acrylics. Their prices are very reasonable.

It took 30 minutes to be seen and afterwards, Jo cut one of my nails way too close. I yelled out and pulled it away. Although it did not bleed, I asked her for medicine which she finally put on. The whole experience was a wash. My foot was very sore when I had to put on shoes. When I informed her of the pain, it was virtually dismissed. I need to read the reviews more and stick with a higher quality salon. Don’t go here.

I have been to this establishment frequently because it is near my home and convenient. I would say my experiance is a 50 50 toss up depending on my appearance. I feel like when i look more composed i get treated better than when i look as though i am running errands. I have sat for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the staff. While other people are acknowledged immediately. I have been talked about in their native language several times. I have experienced this on more than one occasion. I am writing this not necessarily for the customers but the business owners. It is rude in my opinion to negotiate pricing and discuss matters concerning customers in their presence in other languages . How can you create brand loyalty when you are giggling at ppls feet and clothes etc. Especially when they are coming to you in a vulnerable state of beauty trying to get service. People know when you are talking about them and it makes them uncomfortable.

I went for a mani/pedi. Although my cuticles were clipped well, overall, I was not impressed. It appeared we were the first customers of the day but the salon had not been cleaned from the day before. The used towel baskets were overflowing. There were also used toe separators and flip-flops overflowing under the nail-drying station. The floor did not look as if it had been cleaned either as it was still dusty and spotted. The water in the pedicure chair basin was barely warm. Everything in the technician’s little carrier looked old and nothing was labeled. I know they refill the bottles but they don’t look as if the bottles have EVER been replaced. The hot towel placed on my legs after mypedicure was old and ragged. It looked more like a cleaning rag rather than a spa-treatment towel. Very unprofessional. The technician preceded to apply a heavy scented gingerbread lotion to my legs! What!?! I told her I did NOT want to smell like a cookie. The other tech offered an unscented Shea Moisture lotion. The nail polish I chose was old and clumpy and the technician kept adding acetone to thin it out which resulted in needing 3 coatings to get rid of streaks. The technician kept using her sharp thumbnail to remove polish from around my cuticles so there was not full coverage polish over my entire nails. It looks like I have on peel-on polish. PLUS, there was still polish on my cuticles. So not cute. The lamps at the drying station were really hot and the bulbs were exposed. That is very dangerous.Since I don’t frequent nail salons often I can’t say if the $38 mani/pedi was reasonably priced or not. I still tipped very well. But I was NOT impressed with my first experience at Pedi Spa & Nails.

Terrible customer service!!!! I went and got my nails done (fill in)7/22 and the very next day a nail breaks off in half. I called and explained everything to the lady she said because she did a fill in she couldn’t do anything about it but if it was a full set she could. Crazy part is my full set was done by them 2 weeks before and still have the receipt. Will never visit this place again!!!!

Was a nice experience until I decided to get the SNS. The first red flag should have been that they only had about 5 colors of powder. Secondly, I am not sure the nail tech had much experience doing SNS and lastly, nail tech used a topcoat that peeled off the very next day. I went back and showed them and she put the actual SNS top coat on it and it dried funky as if it was not sanded down properly. I fb messaged them and asked for a refund. I went back for my refund and was treated as if I didnt matter and no apologies but just and envelope with my refund and a hum she handed it to me. I will NOT be back!

We waited for 30 minutes and then when we went to the station to get a pedicure we waited 15 minutes in the cold water which was really ridiculous and they were really rude and hateful. When they were done they just walked off to another customer which was rude and they didnt even help to put the shoes on when they were finished which was really rude.
