Best nail salon I have ever yet to find. My nails are just really perfect, done exactly the way I wanted them. And it was a great experience to enjoy the private appointments due to COVID there is no wait time and no other customers either! Loved the peace and quiet feeling here.

The first time I went they were nice, he mentioned that he was okay with the feedback . Second time I came he said I was getting on his nerves. Today I tried to go just because it was the only one not packed and I asked if he could do my nails he so no he’s not doing my nails and not to come back .

NEVER GO HERE!!! The nail tech is extremely unprofessional & rude!! She even told my daughter who had to use the bathroom only do #1 not #2!! My nails look horrible. I normally go to CK Nails but I was rushing & as always no one was at her shop so I went. I regret it. I told her I wasnt satisfied w/ the way she polished my nails she said its bc I needed a fill in. I just got a fill in, she just wanted me to spend more money w/ her. I wish I could post a pick picture of my nails!! Im forewarning you before you waste you money DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Mai Nails (Nu Nails) has horrible customer service...no greeting...not welcoming. ...was upset that I was on the phone in my car before entering business. (Not sure why, because I was not on the phone upon entering the store). Tech was also upset that I wanted my eyebrows done before nails done...There were no customers in the store besides me. After all of the attitude, I changed my mind about getting my nails done because of poor customer service and nicely explained this. I explained that the reviews were not too good already and he should be more friendly and welcoming. His attitude was even more nasty in response...not to mention, I was not happy with my eyebrows. I like to support local business, but I will never return to this nail salon.

The nail technician was unprofessional, and rude . Ill be generous and write some of it off as a language barrier, however that doesnt excuse it. She was also uneducated on the the proper steps and procedure for a pedicure. Im 100% sure I will never return. The experience was disappointing.

Prices are high but very sweet people

I went just to get a cut down and polish change and she charged $25 and they looked a mess . NEVER Again!!!

Pedicures and manicures - they do a fantastic job. My husband has chronic back and hip pain and they work with his lack of mobility. They take the time needed to minimize his pain. Since finding Nu Nails, he will not allow anyone else to do his pedicure.

Staff is amazing always nice ofr most some can be vary heavy handed but always does the designs i want beings i dont pick from in shop so it makes i a little harder but they always do amazing no matter the length

Reasonable prices and they are pretty quick. I will not let anyone else touch my eyebrows!

No longer Nu Nails. New name and new techs. Finish product is not good.

Honestly of they had zero stars i would do that instead... my nails look crooked and when i say crooked i meant leaning all the way to the side when i told the lady about it she told me i was doing too much and my nails are just terrible
