This place is really horrible, I do not understand how they got a rating of over 4. The lady that did my pedicure was nice but she did an awful job, the polish is chunky. There was a lady that worked watching her do my feet the whole time micromanaging which didn’t help. And the lady that did my manicure did a horrible job as well. She cut my cuticles so bad that they hurt and are peeling back. She also didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails in and proceeded to do an awful square shape. The Polish job was atrocious. And the shop is in dire need of an update, it looks old and dingy. Never again!

I was going to leave this long post about the terrible experience I had here. But honestly it was just bad service with poor quality from the older lady. She is rude, unprofessional, and does horrible work. I wish,I read the other reviews before going. Everything negative was true. Bleeding cuticles, rush and bad attitude. I also wish this was a positive review but it was not. ZERO if it I could.

Went in there to spend money actually and the customer service was horrible they didn’t even act like they wanted to do business I felt ignored, it was just terrible and they lost a potential customer in me

I visited this nail shop a few times. Usually, I get my nails done by a particular young woman that works there. She is nice and does good work. The older woman usually does my eyebrows, and has done a good job in the past. However, my last time visiting I did not have a good experience. The older woman that does my eyebrows was very rude. She rushed through waxing because she had another client that came in. Not to mention, I was not greeted coming in for my appointment like in the past. The same woman did my nails and she did not listen to what I actually wanted. Instead, she chose the color she felt looked best and ignored my request. She tried to do the same with the nail design, but I let her know that I liked my idea better instead. She also nicked my cuticle and caused me to bleed. She mentioned that she did not want to do nails anymore, and that pretty much sums up the service I received. On top of all of that, that particular day the environment was very uncomfortable, because the other Nail Tech constantly gossiped with a client while name dropping the people they were bashing. The T.V shut off in the salon, and no one bothered to fix it, therefore, it was hard to tune them out. I am disappointed in the unprofessionalism, and will not be returning.

This was my first time going to The Mani Pedi Shop. I havent had my nails done in about 2 months but I decided to try this place because of the reviews. I absolutely hate my nails. They are so wide and they dont even have a smooth finish. I got the SNS (dip powder) and tips. They are very square and man-ish looking. The lady who did them was nice and took her time but they still look horrible. I paid $35.00 and my nails were bare when I went in. Im sure other people that work do better nails but I didnt like the result of mine.

I got my first pedicure here with a friend. We both loved the experience and how our feet looked and felt in the end! The staff were nice. I enjoyed the multiple massages and the scrub smelled really good! My toenails look so cute. The polish is a bright pretty pink. I’ll definitely go back in the future when I need another! Only cost $25 for a great result. :D

I have been there three times within the past 3 months. The service has been ok so far. Staff is pleasant and professional. Quality of work is not bad.

Ive gone to this shop several times, but the service is declining. I went there a couple of weeks ago and got an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. My nails looked terrible! The acrylic was thick and bulky. I had acrylic under my nails. The technician was rushing and put a tip on one nail that was chipped, but it was sideways and too wide. Then they had the nerve to charge $25. Within a week, the acrylic started to lift. I went to another technician who was surprised at how bad the nails looked. I went to get fill-in, but ended up having to correct every nail. Im never going back to Mani Pedi when you can get better nails for the same price or cheaper!

They are extremely personable and inviting as soon as you walk in the door. I came here b/c my original nail place had too many people and I read their reviews. Pedicures are $25, which is 5 more than what I pay but its worth it. They take their time and do a great job. My tech said they close at 8pm but if they dont really have customers, then they leave early

Absolutely LOVE this place! I have been going to Sandy for years, I even followed her to this lovely new location! The entire staff is friendly and professional! The shop is very clean and well decorated! I came in today after being away for a while, but the shop and service was still exceptional, cant wait to go back in a few weeks! -Metra

Had my second pedicure - in my lifetimes - at Mani-Pedi. T did a great job My feet looked horif before I went in to the shop. Im glad I do not have to walk around with zombie feet. Mani- Pedi is a nice family owned store with great service! I will visit again in a few decades - or weeks!

The owner Sandy is friendly and polite... the service was awesome... the salon is clean and the staff is great... my nails and feet came out awesome!

I went to the owner sandy to get my eyebrows done. Long story short sandy cut the tail off my eyebrows,which was very noticeable considering the tail of your brows should line up with the corner of your eyes. My boyfriend made the comment when I got in the car “ where is the other piece of your eyebrow.” I expressed to sandy the issue all she did was say no no and make my claim invalid. Very unprofessional. I hate to say this because all of the other staff are very pleasant and sweet; but I will not be returning.

Thom is always patient and does a great job on my nails. I love that they are open on Sundays. I always make an appointment and she is available. She makes my nails look brand new. Permanent customer!!!

One of the best nail salons on the west side of Greensboro..Very clean and neat place...uplifting music, earth tone decor, inviting hospitality and my nails have held up for 3 weeks..am going to get a fill-in today!! I recently started going here a few months back and always had a great experience. Almost two weeks ago I got my nails done and the technician was rude. My nails now look horrible. My jel polish is completely peeling off and my nails are chipping. I called to speak with the manager and explain the situation and she could have cared less. Nor did she want to accommodate a good time for me to make an appointment. I will no longer be using their services.

I use to love going here to get my nails and toes done. And I have been going there for 3 years for their services. In the past few months the services have declined. I went in for a fill in with gel polish and within 5 days my polish had peeled off. I went in a week ago to get a fill in and my polish had bubbles in it. And now I’m on day 8 and 2 of my nails have chipped from where they were supposed to have been “fixed”. My friend goes there as well and she got a fill in the day after me and her nail tip broke off on a nail that was supposed to been “fixed” as well. And the owner acts as if she has an attitude while doing your nails and tries to rush through doing your nails if you don’t say anything to her. I will not be going back. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt numerous of times but there’s no reason I should be getting terrible service when I’m a paying customer.

Thus place was on point. Might be the best pedicure Ive ever gotten- she didnt try to upsell me on anything, took her time, and my toes look great! Thank you#

I use to love coming here to get my nails and toes done. But the last few times I went to get my SNS manicure. Tum has been in a rush and my SNS has been chipping within a week.

Staff was very kind and I enjoyed my pedicure! Was left under the drying station for over 20 minutes though and finally just had to get up and ask if I could pay so I could leave.
