Listen, I used to really love this place but they aren’t consistent anymore. Every time I go here I get the same guy, the one that isn’t the owner, and my nails either start lifting a few days in or they are very poor quality. He doesn’t take criticism well either, one time I mentioned a problem and he very angrily continued his work. Today I went for the last time, he clearly did not put enough polish on the nails as I chose a lighter color and the color is very uneven and see through in spots. He filed several nails at an angle and instead of a straight edge on one of my thumbs nails, there’s one side that’s rounded while the other side is straight. Also, he didn’t take the nail polish all the way down to the bottom of the nail and it’s obvious. I don’t think I’ll be back because I’m really tired of paying $40 plus tip for subpar nails.

I’ve visited this establishment two different times, and my experience has been the same. They are awesome! They do my nails exactly the way I like them, (thin and natural looking) and the owners are so nice! I’ve really been contemplating leaving the place that I’ve been going to for a few years to become a regular at Lovely Nails!

I absolutly love this place! Ive been coming here since I was in middle school and im now 21. I love this staff, just like I loved the pervious staff and they always do the most amazing job! I walk in with a picture of what I like and they are always spot on with the replication. They can literally do anything i want and i love them!

I found this business on Google and was absolutely satisfied after my visit. They are following COVID-19 guidelines and the salon was clean, which made me feel good. I got a full set done and was happy with the outcome. I returned two weeks later for a fill in and all went well. This is now my nail salon, Don is great!

I love it here! I got my 3 year old daughters nails done and she loved it! They are very patient and they greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! They do pedicures with all natural products! So everything is very sanitary and clean! It feels very peaceful and relaxing in here and we will DEFINITELY be back!

Lovely Nails has been my go to salon for about a year now and I absolutely love them! Christie does my nails and shes wonderful! She pays close attention to detail and always makes sure Im happy with my nails. Ive always walked out very satisfied every time Ive been. The salon is super clean and the staff are all so kind and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

The pedicurist cause me to bleed so badly that the other technician asked if I take blood thinners. I felt him pull a little to much on my toe and looked down. It was bleeding all over my sandal even after he tried to stop it and even after I left. I came home and cleaned it and put a brandade on it. I do not take blood thinners by the way. He apologized but they did not offer to discount anything. I feel that they should make it mandatory that when a technician causes you to bleed that pay should automatically be deducted $10.My toes were not done well. Overall it was a bad experience for me.

My first time at this salon couldnt have been better ! I have a gender reveal sunday and me and my best friend came to get our nails and feet done. I love my nails & I will definitely be coming back and recommended to everyone!

This is hands down the best salon. Everyone is friendly and remembers you. It’s my only go to salon . Kristie is my girl and is awesome and the owners go over and beyond to make sure you feel special. The pedicures are all natural products and they also offer facials. They also take appointments on Saturdays!!

No lifting 5 weeks later, yes thats right they have pretty basic nails but the job they do is amazing

I normally love the service here but when I went this time the girl doing my feet did not do the pedi i normally get they didnt even ask . i had just left work so i had close toed shoes on and she assured me my toes where very dry. Get home take my shoes off and have sock prints on my toes.. The full gel set was horrible when i got home i took a good look at my nailes and they where smudged and some of the side of my nail was not even covered couldnt get back up there .they where closed the following to days .. Not happy

Great nail shop. I moved from VA and have been looking for a nail shop I like. Lovely Nails has a calming, friendly environment. Kevin is great at shaping nails and my pedicure was nice. They have a variety of pedicure options too. I would suggest giving Lovely Nails a try.

I originally came here because I was looking for a new nail tech and they are open on Sunday. We were able to be seen quite quickly, the staff is very welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable!Ken pays attention to detail - he saw how my nails were when I came in and shaped them perfectly without me having to tell him.While having my services done he would greet everyone, the regulars by name. This to me shows that he cares about what he does, and makes the effort to appreciate his clientele.

This is the best nail salon in Greensboro hands down! Ken did such an amazing job on my nails! I recently had a full set done by another nail shop that was done terribly! Ken was able to remove my full set and do my nails the best I have even gotten them! No complaints just pure excellence! Mind you I just recently moved here! I love this place. The nail technicians there are wonderful, they know what they doing, they care about what your nails looks like, they take their time, they dont rush doing your nails just to get to the next customer they do things right. Like I said, I love this place.

I used to like this nail salon. My mom and I went for a relaxing time and it was not relaxing at all. The service was not good and the nail tech made my cuticles bleed. Now they are infected. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Save your money and go somewhere else

My mother wanted to have a pedicure and fill in on her nails and wanted to treat me as well. Ken and Hannah gave us pedicures and Ken did both of our nail services. They were great! What stood out to us the most is that even though their salon filled up with people wanting services, they never once rushed to finish us. They took their time and did a thorough job! We will definitely be back.

My mom went here twice and received excellent service from both the ladies and gentlemen that worked here. They were kind and conversed with us. I think this may be our new go to place.

The tech who did my full set was very rough even after the numerous times I told her she was hurting me. It seemed like she was rushing to get the lady in line for a pedicure. The shape was terrible on some of my nails & so was the foundation of the actual nails. It’s been 3 days & the polish has chipped on all my nails and it’s supposed to be a “great gel nail color”. I informed her some of the nails weren’t the same shape as the others as I asked for coffin and 2-3 of my nails were oval shape. The only good thing I can say is the tech who did my pedicure did an amazing job & took her time, my toes look amazing. I’d go back for my pedicure but definitely not anything to do with my hands.

Best pedicure and manicure that Ive had in a long time. This was my first time at Lovely Nails and I loved it. My pedicure was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep(which never happens when I get a pedicure). To top it off, as my fingernails were drying I was given a back massage. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later!!!!! :-)

I love this place! They are reasonably priced, a clean environment and the nail technicians are excellent. They also offer tons of colors in regular polish and gel polish. I highly recommend Lovely Nails.

Ok place. The only thing that concerned me was they used the electric nail file on my toes and didn’t change the tip or clean it before they used it on someone else. My pedicure was nice.

Best place in town.I just walked in & was served right away. The service is A+. The shape I like my nails is hard to achieve by other salons but this place did it perfect. My pedicurist wasnt afraid to get down & dirty to make my feet smooth as possible!

I wish I could give a review of actual service. I had a gift certificate for a Mani Pedi, but when I walked in, there was so much incense burning I had to turn around and leave. My daughter and I were going to get our nails done together for her birthday but we both walked out of there with sick headaches. If you are sensitive to smells DO NOT go in there.

Service is typical for nail salon, but horrible end-result. SNS nails have chipped and cracked within 1 week of having. As observed from last visit, same technician that did my nails had a previous customer come in after a few days of having them done with two cracked nails. This said individual is not qualified to do SNS yet he is there... charging $35-45 dollars to have them crack within a week.

My 2nd time getting s and s and Ken did an awesome job protecting my natural nails when he removed the old set . he made my nails look so pretty and natural, I forget I have anything on it. He provides excellent service. He makes you feel so comfortable and never rushed. Ill be going to him for now on whenever I get my nails done.p.s. they offer you whine, 🤗🤗🤗 cant get no better than that.

Absolutely worst nail experience Ive ever had. My friend and I went in for acrylics. The guy working with me didnt even clip my cuticles. There was no prep- straight to putting the nail extensions on... To top it off he then put gel over my acrylic.... My friend had a similar issue. We were charged 31 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible.

For one, they greeted me as soon as I walked in. Believe me, this count a lot in any business. Not many can say they get this experience everywhere, and I for one, have not had this experience at my last nail shop.The nail technicians at Lovely Nails were patient, took their time with my mother and me, and did not rush any service they had to do. My eyebrows have never looked so good and my SNS manicure is gorgeous and neat looking.I also observed the way they treated other customers. There was not a long wait, and they were getting people out of there.If youre reading this, and new to Greensboro or looking for a nailshop period, I recommend Lovely Nails.

2nd visit. Went in to get chrome nails. I should have known they didnt know what they were doing when they did not have chrome on sample nails. The tech argued with me when I asked her to try it in one nail to see if it was what I wanted. She then went to the back to tell other tech what I wanted and came back and slammed down nail polish. Then she painted black polish on her nail and put pink chrome on top of black polish.........come on now, then i had to tell her pink chrome goes over pink nails not black! well you know the rest, started talking that language to other techs and I ended up paying $35 for some damn glitter nails! I will never return!!!!! Dont waste your time or $$$$ plenty of other places in Gboro!!

Went there with my mom. This was by far the best service my mother and I have ever recieved at any nail salon. They spent a lot of time correcting our ingrown toenails and making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Ken did a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure...really went above and beyond. My mom also has really thick toenails and Kelly was so through. My mom always finds something to complain about but this time she couldnt stop saying great things. Their prices were also very reasonable ($35 for the highest level of pedicure). We will definitely be repeat customers!!
