I went there in August so they can soak off my nails. Instead of doing that the manager clips them down and start plucking them off with a fake nail. I told her it hurt and that I can just go somewhere else but she insisted that I stayed, when it came down to my last nail, she ripped it off which caused my real nail to come off. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went to this nail place twice. The first time I went the lady was rude. I figure maybe she having bad day. Second time I go was 3 days ago for my 2 week fill in. I got a different lady she had an attitude as well. And my gel polish is coming off 3 days later. Well never go there again. Or refer them to anyone. And when I show them pictures of what I want they act like they cant do any of the pictures I showed she wanted to do it her way. Worst service Ive ever experienced in a nail shop

Trash!! If you dont have the color I asked for then say that. Dont give me something I didnt ask for and then charge me. Ann is the only person in there that is great with nails. Ill miss Ann.

This place is terrible, I called ahead of time to make an appointment for a pedicure and they took in a bunch of walkins and denied me my appointment even though I called the lady who runs the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful and dismissive and she needs to be replaced. This place needs to be shut down they have no manners and they will not be seeing any of my money

One of the ladies didn’t even finish my full-set before leaving for the day, the next day my nail broke off completely & they told me i would have to pay for them to fix it..

Dont waste your money!!!! I received a fill in and pedicure my nails started breaking after day 1, another nail broke after day 2. I called the spa and they told me they would not fix for free because it was a fill in and not a full set. I spent $70 and left a $20 tip totalling $90. This place has poor customer service and values. I will never come back.

My experience on 05/18/2021 was TERRIBLE! Not only did the lady mess up my nails but when I asked for her to soak them off she assaulted me by grabbing my wrist and not letting it go gripping my hands and cut my nails rigged with a nail clipper. Poor Customer service!!! Rude and short no greeting when you walk in… my tech was sleep on the couch in front when I arrived! Tried over charging me bc service was poor, i guess she knew I wouldn’t tip her! I won’t EVER GO BACK!!!

The wait was long because it’s full but Tina did my nails so good, and they went pretty fast also if you go there go to Tina and Anne . But other than that they just got a new customer 😁

I was in this nail shop Dec 2 along with two or three other customers. While in there I witnessed one customer being assaulted by a staff member and she locked us in the shop . The owner was loud with me and told me to be quiet when I tried to speak up for what was right . Police were called and they tried to lie on the lady . This is my third time being mistreated in this shop. Please do not patronize this shop . I will never go again 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I came in to get my eyebrows done. I waited for about 15 minutes for them to finally take me. She literally did them in 30 seconds and she obviously was rushing and my brows look like it. I was charged $10 and I’ve had my brows done way better than this at a cheaper price. I now have to go home and clean them up myself. I will not be going back.

Ive been to this nail salon several times. And honestly I never had a bad experience up until recently. I got gel over my natural nails. Now mind you this is my second time letting them do this process. The first time went great. Thie second time I did it even gave a 10 dollar tip. My nails immediately cracked. In the process I told him what I thought was a crack and he wrote it off as hair. Yes I agreed. So I comeback and the lady in the front was going to do it, but I simply asked if she couldnt grind my nail down too much because I know it makes them brittle. I was then denied service by her. So the lady in the middle did it. They wanted to charge me 10 dollars when 2 nails repairs from them are actually 6 dollars. But because I came back within hours of the same day the guy said I didnt have to pay which is cool and what I expected. The lady in the middle told me I should get a darker color so I couldnt see that my nails crack. Which really wouldnt matter because the way my nails cracked it would be noticeable. And whats even more ironic all my nails cracked in the same exact way. As I left the man said that they was all going to crack. So I come back a second time and I get my nails fixed but I can tell they are talking about and dont want to help me even though I am paying for they services. Today I went cause two more of my nails cracked, the lady in the front completely denied me service. I got there about 1:40 and by 2:15 I was told it would be another 30 minutes because one lady didnt want to help me and everybody was busy, but I could tell nobody wanted to service me even though I was never rude nor displeasing and I was willing to pay whatever. I just believe in the customer is paying and the business is providing a service, so the customer service should always be good. I hope they business get better and be prosperous. Be blessed.

This was the absolute worst nail salon I have ever experienced ever! Once I arrive to the salon wasn’t greed! Once i showed the nail tech a picture of my nail she suggested power but I didn’t I see a color I picked so I decided to go with the gel full set once I told the nail tech this her whole attitude turn very nasty and negative because of my choice! When it was time to pay I asked for the total because of my length which was an extra $5 and design which also was an extra $5 I had already planned on paying an extra $10 for those two plus the $ 30 for gel full set which was stated on the price list! The nail tech told it would be $45 once I asked the lady to explain she got very aggressive and told that they charge $30 for gel powder and A extra $10 for gel nail polish plus the additional $10 for the length and design! I told they lady that’s $50 but why would I get a gel full set that is shown to $30 on the price list and pay an extra $10 for polish that I is usually included with the gel full set! The nail tech then start to talk about me with another customer that she was working with and the start to say the nail tech said I couldn’t afford the nails that she would pay in very sassy and rude way! I let the lady know that’s it not about the price it’s about how the company couldn’t explain the reason for over charging me and I wanted to advise people to stay away from the scammers in this nail salon also on the price list it didn’t have the cost of the gel polish alone.

I was not impressed. the person doing my nails did not listen and rude. I had to tell her not to rip my nails off but soak them off. I asked for tips to even my nails, I had to tell her twice. I wanted Ombre, she started doing my entire nail. I had to go somewhere else to fix what she had done wrong. I have no plans of ever returning

I went in a few days ago to get my nails done with Tina. She is amazing and listens to you unlike other technicians! I recommend getting her to do your nails!!

The lady, I think she was the owner, when she did my nails she was really aggressive and didnt care when I said that the nail drill hurt. The nails look crooked and plump and she got the nail polish all over my cuticles. So be wary of getting her shes has an attitude and doesnt seem to have a lot of training.

Got my nails done with the short woman in the very front and they look better than they would’ve looked if I went to my other technicians
