Although they were not busy...she took out temp at the door and provided sweet and welcoming service to me and my daughter. I definitely will return for future services.

It was a quick session with great conversation and my nail tech did an amazing job. We laughed about how my nails looked prior to her recovery of them lol.. it was the younger lady, didnt get her name but I will be back looking for her again lol

I NEVER give bad reviews because Im a hopeless optimist but this is that one in a million time when I just have to. This place was horrible!!!!! After wearing nails for 20 years one visit here and I wound up with a fungus on my nail. No more than I shouldve expected from a place with cockroaches. On the bright side the roaches were a little more friendly than the staff. The guy filed more skin and cuticles than nails. He picked an argument with me and Mimi consigned. I was licensed to do nails in 1995 so please dont try to play me. I got gel polish that looks like dollar tree polish. Im disappointed. I wont dare tell you not to go there but I will say proceed with caution. I was nice, paid for my over priced service and left to return no more. I pray that they SLOW DOWN and get it together soon.

Love their pedicure selections, but they havent reopened yet so Im unsure if they are reopening at all

So I had a lady here and felt like she was rushing the whole process. She was very sloppy and left paint all over my skin. After a day the paint started chipping up because they ends were on my skin and so would come off and rip half the polish off. I got a gel pedicure and a gel polish on my hands. She rushed so much my nails were bumpy and didn’t look good she didn’t clean underneath nails and my skin around my nails was covered in top coat. I asked her to go over my nails and she did but was still very sloppy and now it’s chipping and the sparkle pieces have ripped off because she didn’t Apply top coat evenly over the sparkles. I am very disappointed in my lady who did my nails. One of my toe nail polishes came off completely and my nail shape is ugly and not done well. My step mom and step sister came with me and had a much better experience with other people. I think the lady that did a great job on my step sister was named vee! If you go here maybe just request vee she was sweet.

Mimi is always very focused, fast, and affordable. They are usually very busy so its better to go to her when they arent crowded. They are very polite and prices are posted on a board so they never change. I had my gel nail polish mess up the day after i had them done but she redone all of my nails for the inconvenience. Been to many nail shops by far this is my favorite one because the prices are fair and the services is good considering i do my nails every 2 weeks i dont like to spend a fortune.

Nail techs are no good. Would have given a negative star review if it was an option. For a simple manicure they soaked my left hand longer than my right and it turned my left nails yellow and made them flexible weak. I never have had this issue before nails were long, strong and white thats why I only do manicures with clear gel polish. When I addressed the issue and they argued with me and nail tech got an attitude. The right nail that they soak for less than a minute. Is still strong and white. I dont know what kind of manicure solution they use but it is damaging to nails as well as they use plastic bowls and not glass as they should. Got a toenail polish change prior to the manicure and they used paper towels as toe separators. As I was about to leave they were being rude with an older lady with a bad arm when she addressed them they got mad she asked for someone else they told her no and that she could leave. My left hand is now yellow weak and tranparent......they have no idea what they doing.

Mimi is such a nice lady and a bunch of you guys complain about her work but you need to know that she has other customers that are waiting for her. Also you should know that the brand Verity is a terrible nail polish brand so dont pick that brand so you might get fooled by their brilliant color choice.

Went to get a fill in, worst nail painting job ever. My 3 year old could do better, and it cost me $30! 4 days later my gel polish was coming off.

Did a great job the first time however the next time for SNS...was terrible. They would not do again, or give me a refund. Basically stole my $35 and a $6 tip. It is dirty also. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

So I asked for a soak off and gel polish on my natural nails. In other experiences at other salons, they would put acetone in a bowl & I’d soak for 30 mins. Well the nail tech took it upon herself to drill my nails, almost cutting me in the process. I get that the shop started crowding & they’re short staffed but if I’m soaking, let me soak. Anyway long story short i warmed her 3x and she had the nerve to go back & forth with me claiming it was my fault she almost cut me! Horrible experience & poor customer service

Horrible service!! Ming ling constantly tried to give me acrylic nails when I asked for and planned on paying for Gel nails.. Had I not read the Containers she had on the desk station I wouldve had acrylic claws for the price of gel 🤦🤦 not to mention Everyone who entered after me would say what they want and she kept adding, you said pedicure too right😂😂😂 knowing they didnt.😂😂😂 and 1 week later my nails were lifting and snatching my weave, to the point where I had to soak them off and now my real nails are ate up and in pain..& the difference in Gel& Acrylic is gel is supposed to last longer and keep your under nail healty. Never again!!!!!

AWFUL! Ive asked for a full set three times from this place and all three times have been bad. She rushes like CRAZY and twists your thumb constantly and it hurts like hell. She gets easily distracted and her work is not even decent. I left today with patches of skin peeled off on my fingers. A regular full set is $23, but instead charged me $25 to get a tip out of me. I left the salon with dry, patchy hands. I will never come back here ever again. If you want quality nails, go to Bella Nails off of Spring Garden. DO NOT COME HERE ! Save your time and your money.

I wasted 70....the other times they did a excellent job on me and my daughters toes....tonight I got two pedi and one manicure.....pedi was a rush job on me...my daughters was ok....then when it came to my nails I wanted the gel polish and that was a mess....it was coming off before I made it home....my polish on my toes was sticky and I had to remove it....Will be looking for a new place to go.....just mad I wasted my $70

Im usually very happy with my service but today ..not so much..I requested pedicure w/Mimi and waited then she tried to get Eric to do it...it was nt busy when I got there but got busy...pedicure was gd then she rushed on my eyebrows and messed up one very thin...Im not happy with this visit :(
