So my husband booked a message for me in January ! And a facial. I was told by staff when I called to make a appointment that only the owner does the facials . (Which is fine ) and that I had to wait for her to reach out to me do give me a time and date . I revived a message to my phone with the time and date when I came to my appointment I was told that it was a “no call no show “ the host was extremely rude and nasty to and told me “we won’t be taking you at all “ and that’s exactly what happened ! My husband brought a Groupon for a message and facial for me in December I have been calling the number on the website site none stop and no one has gotten back to me since January ! Look at the reviews on group I am not the only one that this company basically stole $100 from my family! I’ve left over 50 voicemails and no answer
Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten and I’ve had a lot! Carley was great! Place was very clean and relaxing! I wish I had gotten the 90 minutes instead of an hour, another 30 mins would have been everything but I’m definitely going back!

This was my 1st visit here for any service. I waxed for the 1st time. Crystal was ready to talk to and talked me through what to expect. She helped me relax and not react which could have made this experience unpleasant lol. While I had a lot of anxiety before, during and after and thought I wouldnt do this again I have to say I made a 2nd appointment 😅. I would recommend this place. Its clean and cozy.
I really hate to do this bc I believe in giving everyone 2nd/3rd chances and supporting businesses, but I’ve seriously had it w this place. I have a Groupon for this establishment. I’ve been trying to get in contact w them for OVER 2 WEEKS to redeem this Groupon. No one and I mean absolutely no one answers the phone. I left countless voicemails so someone could eventually get to me. I live an hour away so driving was very tedious for me. BUT I DID IT ANYWAY. Drove to this establishment TWICE and on both occasions, doors were closed … during supposed business hours. At this point, I wish I could get a refund for the Groupon purchased but it’s too late for that. I don’t understand all this. Very frustrating and annoying.

My first experience was not what I was expecting. Massage was cut short, my areas of concern were not addressed. Lady acted as though she was scared to touch me. Will have to try again this one didnt work.
I bought 2 groupons one for a facial and one for a back massage with hot stones and I called to book an appointment and they texted me saying it changed from 9 am to 10 am so when I got there at 10 am the receptionist didn’t know the text changed the time and she got nasty with me and my fiancé and didn’t give us a new appointment and said she would and still charged my Groupon voucher and still never called back when I left voicemails trying to reschedule

You dont have a record of me being there because who ever answered the phone was short like they didnt have time for my business so therefore you lost a potential customer
I was lucky to make an appointment same day as normally I have my kids and they were all going out for the day last minute. I got a facial and it was wonderful and much needed, the owner was so nice and so knowledgeable and just a great experience. She also showed me some of the other services she provides and I will definitely be back!
Honestly I usually go with hands and stone for a spa date with my mother. I wanted to try a new place and was highly disappointed. There voicemail was full and I couldnt leave a message. For a business you should delete your voicemail so customers can leave a message. I had a family emergency and was unable to cancel. I had to send an email and was told it was under the 24 hour window. No type of accommodation at all! Poor communication!
I made an appointment two days ago for a Brazilian wax for this morning at 9 AM I was called at 8:58 the weather was real bad because it was flurrying which I can see I could’ve been held off till later today it is now clear not sunny but it’s clear it’s about 40° A very show up to work day outside besides the fact she called me and told me she would be there in about 15 minutes from behind my appointment time at 9o’clock meaning she would be there around 9:20. she never called back she never reached back out I tried calling several times nobody answered I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for somebody to show up for my appointment or give me a call to say something I had already purchased a Groupon online and was coming to get the Groupon plus other services that I saw they offered online I am now no longer interested and I will definitely wait till I can speak to a manager and let them know how I was treated today after I made the appointment and paid for the service already through Groupon. Besides the fact for the weather to be “so bad” I made it on time with one arm. An Kristen calling at 8:58 for a 9 am appointment ridiculous
I arrived at 1 p.m. on a Saturday and upon my approach, there was a sign stating that only one person was allowed in at a time and to either wait outside or in your car. Due to there being a person in the shop, I waited outside until it became too hot and proceeded to wait in my car. This lasted until 1:53 p.m. when the person that was in the shop finally walked out, I approached the door and asked if I could get a pedicure and was told they were closed at this time. I understand the shop closes at 2 p.m. on Saturday but if you knew you were going to take until 1:53 or even close to closing time, it wouldve been considerate to let me know within those 53 minutes you were not going to be able to service me.Thank you for the updated information. As a recommendation I would put that on the sign because all salons are not requiring an appointment. But I now know for next time. I would love to experience the 5 star services everyone else have been able to enjoy one day.
I am typically not one to write reviews but due to how poorly my service went I felt as if I had no choice. Although I am not a waxer, I worked alongside a licensed waxer for several months and she never once waxed me nor any other clients using soft wax with strips. She also never went over an area several times before continuing with the other sections. I have also never received a “face,” mask on my intimate areas. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they turned out extremely thin and poorly shaped, which was highly noticeable. Although I mentioned this to Ms. Crystal, she told me they were already thin but I have relatively thick eyebrows, and I also felt with her level of expertise, she would be able to properly wax and shape them. Overall the customer service went well, but for the amount of money for each service, I don’t believe it amounts to quality of the service whatsoever.

Crystal was amazing!! She took me as a last minute walk-in and gave me exceptional service. It was my first time having any body waxing done, aside from my eyebrows, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. And No Pain!! Still no sign of any of the hairs she removed growing back either, which is awesome! Highly highly recommend! Cant wait to go back and experience some of the other treatments she has to offer!

Beautiful spa with friendly management and ownership. In the brief time I spent speaking with the owner, Crystal, I got a beautiful vibe and energy from her.There are different areas for various services so clients are not packed together too closely. Services range from brows, lashes, nails, esthetic services and massage. Beautiful and modern look.

I had an eyelash tint and curl today with Crystal and, oh my gosh, I’m in love!! I have allergies to everything, Crystal was careful and kind and could not have been more gentle. She checked in with me every step of the way and worked so wonderfully with my light sensitivity. My little blonde lashes look so alive with color (I won’t have to mess with mascara or an eyelash curler for at least 6 weeks which is a huuuuge relief.) I cannot say enough how thrilled I am. The space is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. See you in 6-8 weeks Crystal!!
I have had manicures, pedicures, a facial, and massage at Luxury, with Crystal and Sherley. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is professional, and the prices are very reasonable. You wont be disappointed!
