Place is packed pretty tight, I understand business as usual. I mean really the person next was so close, they could read my small text messages😳. After completing my fill in and my hands were all dusty from sanding the lady was just gonna apply polish. I had to tell her I was going to go wash my hands🤦🏾‍♀️. Decently completed fill in, but kept pushing my hand out the way each time she went from left to right. Umm, I can move my own hand when your done, no need for roughness...😡

I visited your shop and got a manicure & pedicure a couple weeks ago I got acrylic nails which only lasted for about 2 weeks, I finally got tired of them because they were ugly & I shouldn’t have paid 155 dollars for them. They were hard to take off so I waited another week to do so. I bought 100% acetone to take them off myself but the nails wouldn’t budge. I cut them down & had to have a nail Utensil to pull them up. Every nail had to be pulled up & pulled all my real nails off!! The nails were very thick & I don’t know what kind of acrylic you used but it ate my nails & cuticles up. My real nail on my ring finger is gone & pulled off skin!. If I could rate you guys zero stars I would.

I asked for coffin nail shape and this is what I got. Also to thin on some to thick on others, shape messed up. I asked for pink acrylic only they charged me $55.00 for this bs! I didn’t even get polish! Just a top coat on my pick acrylic, that’s not even pink 😡 Not even what I ask for. Never see me again. 😡

My sister in law and I were very excited to get our pedicures. She had a very nice lady that did a great job but I on the other hand did NOT. I’m very easy going and don’t ask for much but the lady that did my pedicure had VERY poor customer service and did a terrible job on the pedicure itself. She rushed everything, hurt me a few times and overall made my experience there horrible. I will NOT be going back and if you choose to, make sure you ask for someone nice because if you get the lady I did. Good luck!

The manicure is so ugly. It looks like a child did it. Additionally, my fingers bled from being sanded so much. The lady was so nice though, so I give it a 3 star.

The person doing my pedi she cut my heel n I had a hard time putting on taking off my shoes. My nails were sore! But they did a great job on my eyebrows! Will only go back for my eyebrows!

This is my preferred salon for my pedicure however, I had not been since the onset of covid. I got a pedicure which are usually $20 but now are $25. Although I appreciated the young ladys commitment to cleaning up my cuticle line around my big toe; she was over zealous & hurt my toe. She dug so deep I thought blood would appear ay minute. Before, I could let her know she was hurting me she stopped. Needless to say my big toe was sore for two days. I like their work so Ill return but will not allow the lady who hurt me to do my pedicure.

My nails are uneven and the gel they put on my nails are so thick they rush and dont take the time to do it right and its pretty expensive aswell i paid $50.

They are not professional and do not know how to properly provide customer service. will not be going back.

Bad service, the lady laughed at how my nails looked before that i attempted and she left my nails looking worse than before, she painted it awfully, there was bubbles and too much nail polish, she messed up the design and didn’t even fully clean what she did, i payed $20 for her to do gel and she messed my nails up, she was disrespectful and rude, the other guy kept saying he didn’t know how to do a design and i told him if he didn’t know i could go somewhere else but he denied and kept going, he quit halfway and said it was difficult 🤦🏻‍♀️ PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Nails were thick and uneven and not smoothed out so I called to make an appointment to get them fixed the next day. I drove an hour away just to find out they couldn’t help me. Will never be going there again. I suggest y’all don’t waste your money.

At the time of my SNS service I informed the nail tech that I wanted my French manicure thin. After She was finished they were so thick I hated my nails but I didn’t have time to get them fixed. Two days later my nails are lifting(bc it’s way too much sns) I go back for them to fix them they wanted me to use the same nail tech who could not follow instructions the first time. I left without any resolution.

No chemical smell, great atmosphere also the prices are on point.

The shape of my nails were amazing and the staff was nice however my nails began breaking after only having them for 2 days. My money was wasted. I would recommend that you don’t go here.

They were really rude the lady that done my nails sit down with me she got up probably seven different times and was arguing and fussing with the other lady on the other tech I mean hollering and screaming in their language it was the awful experience I have ever I will not ever go back to this nail salon again she would not file my nails shorter than as I would like no no youll be fine for you they had a price up on the wall that said white and pink $40 my daughter got her nails done also with tips and polish when we were done at the end the lady come back she told me $115 I said what the she says you this shoe that you this I said your says $40 she says its 50 I says 50 and then my daughters was like something another she come out to 115 will not ever go back to this place again

Ive been coming here for awhile, but lately the quality of the work has gone downhill. The lady with the short hair is the best one by far & shes the only reason I go back. The last 2 pedicures(by the small guy & another lady) have been lackluster. They rush to the point where it looks like I could have done it myself. I have had to go back numerous times because the polish wont dry. I ALWAYS let the machine dry at least 3 times & leave out in flip flops. But the next day the polish is smudged & fading. I would assume that they put polish remover in the polish to thin it stretch it out. Please stop doing this. Nobody has time to keep going back, getting questioned about when I came, who did it, & trying to fix it. Ill probably just go find another place in Greensboro.

All my nails were not put on right and for all 3 of me and my friends they charged $140 when it was $25 per person and they were not clean and I speak more than one language and I noticed they like to laugh and talk about their customers and I didn’t appreciate that especially calling my friend fat they were rude

LorT . I came here because it was convient. The service was all around TRASH! They are very aggressive and do a sloppy job! I received a full set and pedicure both processes were rushed and not completely done. A CHILD couldve done a better job. When I asked the tech if she could fix my nail she snatched my hand. When I finally told her that their service was terrible, the tech raised her voice at me saying, come on come on since you paid already . I told her forget it, Ill leave it so I can post a review. She begged me not to but these folks dont deserve not one good review!

Horrible experience, I went in to get my nails (toes and fingers) done on February 13th at around 6pm, I had a man named DJ do my nails and when he asked me if I wanted gel polish or not I said no both before he did my toes and before he did my fingers. He still put gel polish on my nails despite my saying no to that service. I was charged the fee for getting gel polish ($45 instead of $33) even though I had said I did not want that service and he did it anyways. I then decided to pay and just let it go since my nails were at least done. Fast forward to the next morning at 11am (less than 24 hours later) my nail broke and started to peel off. So I returned to either get the service fixed or get a refund, they gave me a $13 dollar refund (originally offered $5) and a coat of my own personal regular nail polish on my fingers to fix the broken nails. I will never ever go here again, for their terrible service.

Honestly the worst place Ive ever went to. They rushed, had my nail polish chipping, barely had it painted. Didnt do my nails how I wanted them to like never again will I EVER go back. Poor Quality. Customer service is trash. Came in for a full set he asked what I was getting and decided that he was closed. So basically your telling me If I wanted something different you would be open either you are or you aren’t. If you need more than 40 mins to do a full set with gel polish you have a serious problem. Change your hours from 9 as it is online to 8:30 so that you can stop accepting at 8:20. Then I get online to share my experience just to see why the have one star. How are y’all even still a open business with these reviews. If anything try turning it around & making your business better 👎🏾👎🏾

It was the most un sanitary place I have ever been to! When I went to sit down to get my nails done there was nail dust from the previous customer there. It is to over priced for a bad job they messed up my nails one of them had a big lump in it. Do not recommend going there.

For just gel nails no acrylics they did pretty good I loved the massage the put lotion on your hands arms and legs the guy I had was pretty good since there was only 4 customers I got out in 45min on a Sunday charged 60$for mani pedi gel nails I would go back the girl I saw getting her acrylics looked pretty good!

Poor service. People very rude. I was taking my daughter there to get her nails done for the 1st time on Sunday before school started. The salon was full they said come back tomorrow. I went back at 7 on Monday after work. Their were 2 customers and 2 employees. She let me sit for 20 mins and got loud on the phone with someone and then told me to leave and that they didnt have time. No apology or anything!!! They will never get another dime from me!!! The employee that was rude and hateful to me and my 15 year old daughter was Lilly!!! The rating is a 0. Wasnt the 1st time!!!

The customer service is very poor they talk about their customers and they are overpriced. Ray rushed the quality of the service was horrible they discussed clients why doing their nail please go somewhere else this was the worst experience I have ever encountered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a full set a week ago and today I had to go get a fill at my regular salon because my nails were lifting and my thumb nail was already broken off. My paint was faded and chipped. I was charged extra for the shape and I still didnt even get a quality set. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Worst service ever.

I went in about 8:15 pm I asked what time they closed I was told 9pm so I got my feet done. While drying I was asked to move to another chair by the worker so she could clean so she could get ready to go. No problem I moved. I was told 3 mins later you have to go we are closed I looked at the time it was 8:37. I said well I was told yall closed at 9 the lady said well we are ready to go home you can wear the flip flops out. I said no im not wearing them out I have shoes and want my feet to dry before I put them on. She said well we are leaving when the man comes from the back to lock the door you have to go I said ok. He came straight from the back and said why are you here I said my feet are still wet he said but we are closed long story short 2i was put out. I said this was horrible service and I wont be back he told me well dont come back then. Ill never go back there!

These acrylics are very bad. The employee did not size the tip with my finger, therefore all the tips were too big and sticking to my skin. When I took the acrylics off. All my nail is gone and it pulled off my skin. Bad service.

Rude and pedicure was terrible! He did it on 10mins. I asked for wax and other specials and be ignored me and acted like I couldnt afford it. Heals were still rough.

I Came in to get a full set and the nail tech was rushing so fast to get me out of his station that the acrylic was laid on too thick and bulky and tried to ignore me asking to file it down more naturally and they were not natural at ALL,then a day later my nails started lifting . They took almost 2 hours to do a simple acrylic set and there service was extremely poor and in general I wouldn’t tell anyone to come here.

It was terrible I was waiting for a whole hour just to get my feet done and this man who did my nails jacked them up and this ln there was waiting and the lady said can I help u she said I would like a pedicure the lady said Im sorry I cant help u
