B did full sets for both me and my friend in about an hour which is pretty fast for how good both of our sets came out. i showed him a picture and he made them look exactly like what i asked. this is the best my nails have ever been done and i will definitely be returning.

I can tell that there are a lot of talented people that work at Elite Nails. I did not have the pleasure of working with one of those people. I got the one level above basic service pedicure and still have flaking skin on multiple spots of the soles of my feet. Even though I called to schedule an appointment for me and my friends, I felt the service was rushed and lacking attention to detail. I would try it again if I needed it and couldnt get a spot somewhere else.

Great service!Staff is super warm & friendly. Each member of the staff does a great job with a variety of services. We have a group of ladies that go every other week. I highly recommend this business.

I had such a great experience with Kathy! She didnt rush at all, even though we were very close to closing time! I appreciate you taking your time to make my nails look great. Thank you so much for your work! I work in the medical field, so my cuticles were horrible! They get very dry from the constant hand washing. Kathy filed them straight, coated them well, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Very pleased.

This is my new go to salon for pedicures. Very relaxing and clean atmosphere. Everybody is so nice in there. I am a nail tech myself so I am very picky. Kathy and Quyen both do an amazing job!! I always leave out with happy feet! ☺️

I havent been to Elite Nails in about 2 years. I went back today and the owner greeted me as soon as I entered and set me up with Kathy!! She is amazing, kind and knows how to apply beautiful SNS! I recommend this nail salon and spa to everyone!!

We drove 4/24/21 into town for a wedding that weekend in Greensboro from Asheville NC. I called ahead looking for a salon that would squeeze me in last minute and they were so accommodating and fast! I had a rehearsal dinner to attend at 6pm and they sat me immediately and worked on my nails with smiles on their faces. Very polite staff and all very talented that I saw! Manager seemed very kind and helpful to customers and his own staff.I love my SNS French ombré nails! And my gel pedicure is also of great quality. Very happy and very thankful to them!-Joanna

Can I just say how lovely this place is???? I walked in (without an appt) in the middle of the afternoon and they greeted me kindly and with sanitizer (great start!!!). Was able to fit me in and encouraged me to look at the regulator nail polishes that were displayed well right in front and the bottles appeared clean and new (not old sluggish polish past its prime). Then, I go to a seat that was sterilized, and had the guards on both sides, and one in the front to protect the pedicurist- I loved this! So thoughtful. When I closed my eyes in rest because the salon embodies peaceful calm- they were respectful. No one talking loud, on cell phones, being distracting- there is such a lovely atmosphere here. I will always go back.

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done here. She is adopted from an Asian country and already had apprehensions about going to get her nails done. The lady who did her nails not only gave her the wrong color but also cut her finger when filing her nails. To make matters worse she made highly inappropriate and culturally insensitive comments about how my girlfriend was “fake Asian” and that she should be able to speak and understand her home country language. These types of comments are disgusting and nobody should have to put up with this kind of unprofessionalism.

I havent had my nails done in years until 3 weeks ago. I randomly looked up this business and made an appointment. The kindness and courteousness given to me on the telephone was wonderful.Kathy provided me with exceptional service on my fingernails and toenails! She was extremely detailed and very good at painting my nails with precision. The owner stopped by to say hello and check on me while getting my nails done.3 weeks later, I returned to receive the same exceptional level of customer service and detailed nail care by Kathy...who is also very kind.This is my place for nail services from now on! :)

The nail Tech was excellent but Danny did a rush job on my daughters feet and didnt even wash it and charged me 25 !! Wont go back there again..

We were visiting from out of town and called Thursday morning for pedicures and gel. Fit us in later that morning and did a fabulous job! Seriously best pedicure and gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. So thorough. Not to mention, the salon was so clean - everything was being wiped down and made us feel very safe and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly!!

Had an horrible experience at another salon today and elite nails definitely saved the day. I went in only 1.5hr after getting my nails done originally with sns they looked awful. But elite nails fixed them and made them look amazing. This will DEFINITELY BE MY PLACE TO GO FOR NOW ON!!. was very clean and peaceful atmosphere, the employees were amazing and very friendly. I cant thank them enough for the work they did and making me soo happy by the time I left.

I went to get two pedicures and my girlfriend mentioned how bad the pedicure was hurting from how rough the lady was being. The woman also cut her big toe nail down too low so its now sore and her shin as well from the massaging part.

I absolutely love coming here! It is such a peaceful ambiance with excellent service! Danny is the best when it comes to taking care of you and I highly recommend this place! My nails have never looked better and he knows what he is doing! The chairs are brand new and I love sitting in them with a glass of wine to relax. You are pampered at the utmost and there are also USB ports in the massage chairs! Come here and youll keep returning!

I moved to Greensboro in July and this was the first and now only salon I use for my nails. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my toes and they always look amazing! The staff are so friendly and work hard to get you in as fast as possible.

The salon is a very friendly and clean environment. The staff are friendly and I dont feel like they rush through the service just to get as many customers in and out. I live that they take their time and give you the attention you are paying for. Customer satisfaction is very important.

What a wonderful group of staff

The first time I visited they did a wonderful job on my eyebrows! The second time I decided to also try a pedicure. As a walk in on a Saturday morning I expected to wait, but I did not expect for two women, who were also walk ins for pedicures, to wait five minutes and be seated before me after I’d waited 30+ minutes. I found that to be very offensive and did not stay for the pedicure.

***UPDATE: Normally this is my go to for a little me time with some pretty cool people. Ive been here a dozen times (and brought friends) if Ive been here once. Hair, nail and body appointments are a time for a woman to feel pampered and shouldnt feel chaotic. Today was turbo rushed, I left with hardened pieces under my nails. When i told Rose I wasnt happy with the rush job she simply said ok and have a nice day. Super dissapointed!!!PREVIOUS: Clean, professional, great ambiance and they are friendly. My daughters and I make it a me moment trip here often.

Came in last minute from out of town, they stayed passed closing to get me taken care of! Best pedicure I’ve had in a long time & I love all the many selections of polish!
