My half sister wanted to go back to Washington State. Her other sister reserved a car with her cc.When she got there to pick up the car they wouldnt let her rent it because she didnt have the card it was reserved on. Well guess what Rent A Wreck...We put her on a plane. They had no problem with her ticket being bought online elsewhere. So instead of YOU making money, the airline got it instead. So instead of making $500+ you got $0.Not a smart financial move.

It was super easy to rent a car from Rent-A-Wreck. I was so happy that I could go see my daughter. Had I known it was going to be that easy to rent a car I would have done it sooner. But because of bad experiences at other places (to rent a car).. I was hesitant. But then somebody told me to get ahold of Oliver at Rent-A-Wreck and thats what I did. And thats where I will do my business from now on until.

They were nice and fast and my vehicles was clean and rode nice

Oliver took great care of me today. My Town and Country broke down it had no power at all. So I got a lift over and he had set me up with a little red Toyota. Mad rude, disappointed in the customer service he acted like I was giving him a hard time.. my thing is if a customer calls to ask on information your not supposed to be rude in relaying that to them!!!

The renting process was quick and easy. They really work with you if you need to keep a vehicle longer than requested. Their prices could be better. But overall its a decent place

These people racial profile and refuse to give your money back if they dont feel like it my husband and I had to take our son to his appointments and do a little shopping but because my husband was black they called police to have them watch us and refuse to give back our money so our son missed his appointments. So my thing is if you are a mixed family or a family at all do not rent from them because they are careless and we are going to be sewing them

Flat out rude and lie. Was told in person I wouldnt be charged 4 days and when I asked why I was when we only had it 3 days I was informed I was never told that. Very rude from the beginning. Definitely will NEVER get a rental car from them again thats for sure. They dont even deserve 1 star to be honest.

So, I took my 2020 Jeep Gladiator to FX to get the spray bedliner done. I recieved a 2016 Toyota Corolla to utilize for my troubles. I had the cat maybe 20 minutes and it had a flat. Now I have to wait an hour for the wrecker and a new rental😡 So, waiting here on route 12 and Miller RD 45 minutes to an hour! Now im not the reddist apple on the tree but shouldnt tires be one of your checks before you send out a car? And lets not push the limits for worn tires for a customer. But its my fault for not doing my own inspection. But what should i expect around a military base, people see dollar signs I guess. We need quality for our Soldiers more than anything else!

Rented a very nice Chevrolet at a very reasonable price. Staff is extremely helpful!

I called attempting to rent a car and was met with an associate with a condescending and extremely unhelpful demeanor. Despite my obvious confusion with their website and locations, instead of explaining and fixing the problem, he only managed to add to the confusion while insulting and belittling a potential customer.

I went through the online to reserve a car for two days, the website told me its be 90 dollars. I showed up to pick up the car expecting to pay the 90 dollars. I was met with hostility and was told 300 card or 500 cash. No where on the process did it say any of this. I highly recommend going somewhere else terrible customer service and false advertisement.

They were very good to me, in and out quickly.

Glad they accept cash however very frustrating when. They expect you to put $500 down to rent a car. When u could put a credit card like renting a motel on for accidental reasons. Should accept $200 for two days and a card on file.

I do rent from there but was there for car repairs. Widricks service is aces.
