Checked around for prices they had the best one. Got me in and out fast, didnt try to upsell me for anything extra. Great place guys were excellent. Ill be back there again when the wifes car needs tires.

Simple and efficient. Id summarize it as a frictionless experience. Ive given you Tires, Breaks, Batteries for all my vehicles because the experiences is excellent every time, Im now considering sending all maintenance to you all.

You can’t find a more honest place for car repairs.

Had tires damaged after hitting a raised manhole cover. Over time, this caused bubbles to develop on two tires. Ultimately, the car became undrivable. Sullivan had to order the tires and do an alignment. Good as new. Very satisfied.

Guys always try to work with you if possible. I like their, cut above the rest approach.

Clean work and above average service for sure. This place employs true gentlemen.When I came back to pick up my truck they had misplaced the wheel lock key unknowingly. One of the associates personally searched my truck with me while the rest of the team searched the shop. Ultimately I had to leave and they promised to keep searching for it and then call me once found or offer a new wheel lock kit. A couple hours later, they called to inform me that the key was found. It’s the little things that make a difference. Great job guys!

Theyre okay but my biggest pet peeve is that an appointment means nothing to them. Theyll schedule an appointment for you no problem, but when you get there for your appointment, its treated as first come first serve regardless. I had my truck scheduled for an appointment at 10:45am, and I was told it would be 2 hours. I called them at 2pm and they said they hadnt even touched it yet. Mother scheduled an appointment with them for an oil change at 11am and its currently 11:50 and they still havent touched her truck.

Yesterday, Andy was most helpful in checking out my service/purchase history and finding the exact tire to replace my blown-out tire. He ordered same from the warehouse for store delivery today. He made the sound decision to keep my old tire so that the new one could be mounted in advance of my return visit today.Today, the crew got me checked in, made whole, and on my way within 45 minutes. One of the desk guys even held the door for me as I walked out. It felt better than my birthday.

Went in to price shop, salesman prices with whistles and bells and without. Even looked up prices at competitors. When I am ready will probably go back as they price match.Update 9/28/21. Made appointment for 5k rotation, in and out in under 1 hour. Always nice!

Dont go here!! Terrible customer service. 4 new tires, told me no alignment necessary. Car shakes and tires are wearing inconsistently. I brought it back 3 times (all within a couple of weeks) still no resolve, went to another place and they fixed. No problems

He thoroughly answered every question I had and ensured that I made the best decision for me to fix my bent rim. I even got a customer satisfaction discount. Its looking like Ill be back!6/22/18Booked a same day appointment online. When I showed up, I was told theyre booked for two days straight and I should have gotten a call that the appointment actually wasnt available. I never got that call...My father had an issue with this Sullivan tire location years ago and hasnt been back since; Neither will I. Appointment bookings should be up to date. Simple as that.

Changing my review because incompetence. Paid for tires, alignment, and inspection sticker. Got the truck back with bad ball joints and sway bar bushing. It was easily noticeable, but I was told that people make mistakes.That shouldnt happen when it comes to safety. Nor should it happen when a front end alignment is being done. That is the kind of things that should be looked for prior to an alignment being done.What a shame....Nearly a year later and not one person has called me from Sullivan like they said they would.I cant say how much the customer service lacks. What a shame..

Good place with friendly staff. Very good quality instillation of a good selection of tires. The only problem was that they put the wrong tires on the first time, but fixed the problem quickly with friendly service.

These guys have kept my 99 Corolla on the road! They have gone above and beyond by being willing to obtain some used parts for me, when other places, and the dealer, will only sell brand new. This shop has probably saved me hundreds of dollars, if not thousands, by working with me on the used parts alone.They have also been great about prioritizing work, and letting me know what services can wait and how long, and which ones need immediate attention. Thats really helpful when you have several projects to undertake...I usually have to wait for my car because I dont live in the area, but they have a shuttle service that will take you around the nearby vicinity. I often use it to go to the shopping plazas and Ive never had to wait very long for a pick-up.Sullivan also sends out a lot of coupon offers, as well as ones they have on their web site.A lot of their service advisors have been there a long time, like Andy, so they really get to know you and your vehicle. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and I have no need to go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Bought all new tires, they put them on and aligned it but didn’t even align the steering wheel. Went back because there was a noise and a thudding feel to the tire. Had one of the guys test drive it and he said it’s a wheel bearing. First off if it’s a wheel bearing that’s broke you can’t even align the car. Anyway we went to Honda where we have a warranty and they said it’s not a wheel bearing it’s the tire that is messed up. It had a big bubble. Just Horrible customer service, ANDY over at the Plaistow facility was very rude and did not provide good customer service he needs to be checked ! Greg over at Stratham Sullivan tire picked up their slack and did a great job. They looked at the bubble put on a new tire aligned it and didn’t like the sound so they put on 4 brand new tires and aligned it. GO TO STRATHAM SULLIVAN TIRE !!!

Will not go here again. My husband is a veteran whose been in combat multiple times. He asked for the military disc and the blonde clerk said oh, you didnt join the military just for discounts huh? Very RUDE! Even if you have an appointment the wait is ridiculous. For example 3 hours. Wow... Andy was rude when I told him that after they balanced the tires my car was shaking like crazy. Got defensive like as if I was accusing them of doing something wrong. Although, after waiting 3 hours then having to come back because they failed to tell me that the tire they put in the front needs replaced. Ruined my entire day and jobs scheduled. Thanks a lot guys.

If I could give - 5 stars I would....Called on a Friday for pricing on tires, was pleasantly surprised and actually happy about the quote. Spoke to coordinator “Desiree” on the phone at the Plaistow location who assured me she would order the tires which would be available for installation on Monday. (Even told me I could drop the car Sunday night for early installation Monday morning!) dragged the kids out of bed Monday before school, had someone follow me to the store, dropped the car off— only to find that the woman I spoke to Friday, never placed my tire order!!!!!!! Had to drive all the way back to pick up the car after leaving it there thinking my tires were being installed! Now scrambling to find tires and the time to have them installed. Will never ever do any business with this location and will spread the word. I would have been scared to have my tires installed there anyway, if they can’t even order them correctly I would be stupid to let them near my vehicle.
