Came in for deluxe car wash the crew promptly lit the machine break down and let bleach sit on my car with a $3,000 new paint job on it at that point ask for the owners contact info . NOW that the damage is done and I have it scheduled for a visit with the paint shop (absolutely no luster left to paint from bleach water drying on it) the owner wants to meet with me . Be happy too . BTW this could have all been avoided if the woman in charge simply would have acted professional and courteous. So folks lets see if owner makes GOOD....... To be continued.......

People that do the pre scrub are nice and everything comes out clean.

They do a great job getting all the bugs off, I only paid for the basic wash and they spent 5 + minutes scrubbing all the bugs off before I drove through the carwash. Excellent car wash. Best in the area. You vac your own interior with the most powerful vacs I have ever used. $5.00 plus leave a few dollars for tips for the guys who prep your car prior to going thru the wash. They do a great job.

Side window scratched during washing. Commented and owner refuted. After the vehicle wad washed and the scratch was seen, the vehicle was brought back and the attendant was confronted. The employee said there was nothing he would do to resolve the issue.**. While the owner disputes (with sarcasm) what occurred is impossible, his lack of professionalism is supported. There was no scratch prior to the wash and the scratch was seen within 10 minutes after the wash.

Sign says open. Tunnel has cones in front. Automatic wash bay is open. Swiped card and nothing happened. No phone number to call. Nothing. I would like a refund of my $10.00 please...Also as i was walking by the tunnel. I noticed your flex wrap hydraulic motor was leaking. Unless you are running noil then that could end up being a problem. Hopefully you have extra powdered laundry soap laying around.

Avoid if your vehicle us larger than a smart car! Difficult entry & payment processing and mediocre wash job at best tried top of line mgr special wash and was disappointed each time. The soap was left on vehicle missed spots bugs and road gunk left behind. Even went through a second time with no evaluation still terrible wash & wax for price. I do have to say staff was friendly & helpful! Just ashame for a new carwash in area it is not a top the line wash system.

Great car wash, BUT.... their advertised deal is not really true. I bought an unlimited plan (UN-LIMIT-ED)..... although with conditions which they knew. I drive for uber and was told my plan was canceled. Rules state no taxis or commercial. I get that, although regardless I wash my car daily. So the point is, if youre a person/customer that washes car daily would be ok? Hmmmm. So saying this he has lost 2 cars (mine/wife) and he has lost another uber driver I know well which HAD 2 cars on plan.The price of doing business shouldnt come at your customers expense I will return to RoadRunner Car Wash They have a true unlimited plan.Ask questions and get answers. There are several car washes in the area. Tommys is one and there are a couple new ones opening very soon.Good luck to all.NEVER SAID YOU WERE THE BEST. Like the free vacuums, last 2 times there was still soap suds all over the car when it went to the dryers which left tons of water/soap marks all over the paint. To busy to try and go thru again both times.

Under new ownership so all equipment is running, washes are cheaper than the competition, and friendly service!Edit 9/21/2018:They reopened with a new automatic touch carwash that is so cool! Prices start at $5 for the new wash and they have free vacuums! This probably is the new best thing in North Port where you can wash your car and not need to worry about how it will come out. They also have the same touchless carwash as before. They removed the self service bays, so now everything is automatic.

Let me start this rant by saying first there is still bugs on my car second when you pull up they scrub your rims and tires with a scrub brush then they start scrubbing your car with the same brush without cleaning it ( tires and rims have grease oil and brake dust) third the prices are not good place is kinda expesive. If you drive an expensive car like i do do yourself a favor and stay away. I do not recommend this place what so ever. Oh and everyone talking about free vacums all car washs like this offer free vacums espically at the price they charge they should.
