Booked on line, 5:00 apt. the confirmation said 20 min slot. arrived early. waited patiently. girls laughing in back and front (on break??) waited. waited. new people come in...waited. took the new people before me (perhaps they had scheduled apts at the same time as me, no problem). waited. asked if they were going to take me. after these customers are done ... but u JUST took them and my apt was 15 min ago. IF U CANT TAKE ME UNTIL 5:30 OR 6 THEN TELL ME YOU ARE RUNNING 30 MINUTES BEHIND OR BETTER YET, DONT LET ME BOOK FOR 5:00. WE HAVE LIVES AND COMMITMENTS TOO. ...i walked out. not worth the 45 min drive from Gouldsboro.

This is the only place I can got that cuts my hair to correct way that I like. They also give me good advice and knowledge for me to properly care for my hair.

So Ive been coming to this super cuts for about 6 months. Ive always had a great experience, except for today. The girls name is Becca, and Im not impressed with her lack of professionalsm and she should go back to hair dressing school. I submitted my appointment online, asking for a haircut w/ wash and an eyebrow wax. She didnt know what I wanted and I had to repeat myself a few times to remind her about the wash and wax. Never have I ever gone into any hair salon and have the shampoo saved for AFTER the haircut. That was weird.I have my hair styled as a short pixie, and explained that to Becca. So she asked me what size do I use for the razor for the sides. I couldnt recall if it was a 3 or 4 from my last visit, so she said shed just use a long 3. Whatever that means. Then she began to hack away my hair with the razor. Like, she was going up way too high on my head, past the sides. And it really didnt look like she was being careful, just literally moving the razor over my head with quick jabs. The haircut took about 7 minutes roughly, and every other time Ive come here, the stylists are much more careful and take their time. This felt super rushed, like she had to get me out of her chair quickly, even though there were only 2 people waiting, and they were walk ins. Needless to say, the cut looks awful to me, and she didnt even properly blend the sides so it looks neat and you cant easily see where the razor lines end and the scissor began.The eyebrow wax was okay, minus the fact that it was rough. She pulled very hard on the paper and even rammed her hand into my nose when she ripped off the paper between my eyebrows. She barely said anything to me during my visit, only when she had to redo my paperwork about waxing, which Id done on my last appointment but she couldnt find it.She also scrubbed my head really hard. And I felt like my only option for shampoo was tea tree, which is okay, but usually Im offered whats available and get to pick. And when she was toweling off my hair she stuck the towel in my ears with her fingers, which kind of hurt a little. She then asked if i wanted some styling stuff in my hair, which I cant remember now what it was, but Id never heard of it. She couldnt even explain it to me. Some kind of gel stuff for styling? If youre going to offer a product to someone, you should make sure you understand what it is so you can explain it to them if they ask. She didnt put the shampoo chair back down (she had to make it go up because my head wasnt far enough in the sink) and I had a hard time getting out of it and stumbled. She had just walked away after saying we were done. And the only reason I know her name is because I asked her for it when I was leaving.Just overall disappointed with todays experience. I feel like a hair stylist should be willing to take the necessary time with their client and make sure they do a good job, and also engage with their client. Its awkward to just sit in a chair watching someone hack away at your hair without saying anything. The customer service from Becca was severely lacking. I still highly recommend this hair salon because all my other experiences here have been very positive. Just be wary of Becca.

They are discriminatory against the disabled. Without allowing scheduling of next day appointments, you make it so that I cannot use ADA services for transportation. They were my hair stylists for years, but sadly that is no longer the case.

Great place for a quick cut. No appoint necessary. The girl I go to is quite and thats what I love the most. I hate holding a conversation with people about nothing. I give the girl a nice tip just for that reason alone.

Excellent Cut & Color! - Very experienced and competent stylist, (Michaela) which I have never had occasion to say before. Friendly atmosphere, (staff were very busy but not stressed) and very attentive to all customers as soon as they came through the doors. :) - It was immediately obvious that my stylist was very adept at listening, and gathering what I wanted. And I finally found a stylist who can blend highlights naturally! Which is something Ive been searching for, for about 10 years now! - Fair market pricing, and high quality experience. Excellent building and location too. - I will definitely be returning!

I have always had a decent experience and appreciate being able to walk in. The online check in function is very convenient. The prices are reasonable as well.

My two sons (ages 15 and 10) feel comfortable having their hair cut at Supercuts in Brewer. Anyone with boys knows that scheduling them for haircuts can be like pulling teeth! We can walk in to Supercuts without an appointment, and be confident that they will be seen within 0-20 minutes (longest wait is on Saturday mornings, of course). The staff is always extremely friendly. My boys are always happy with their cuts. Glad to have this business in Brewer!

Went mainly for a cut/trim (wanted close to an 1 off the top, as indicated when I showed where I wanted it when I compared the length to my finger) and thinning. The cut on the back length was fine, but the stylist hardly touched the top. Then the thinning was more like uneven trimming than thinning, so hair is still too thick. When I arrived home, I finished the job myself. I took over a handful of cut hair from the top alone.

We love Supercuts in Brewer! After trying to go to a traditional Barber for our little man a few times, and him having a horrible experience (his iss ie not the barber shops) we decided to try Supercuts. My husband took our son several times himself, then I went before Christmas with them and we had Jerika as a stylist. She did such an amazing job and my husband said, until this time he had an issue everytime we went. But thanks to Jerika, he now has an amazing hair cut, and he isnt petrified to go to get his hair cut anymore! He even gets excited when we drive by saying hey mom is the Suoer Hair Cuttinf Store!Thank you Jerika! You now have a customer for life!

Ive had two very bad experiences at this location. This past Saturday the very young female who waited on me was very uppity and didnt want to do what I wanted her to do to my hair. The cut was good but she colored it and left the lower section of my hair uncolored and it was obviously very noticeable. She seems to have a problem understanding and gets frustrated and angry easily. Today I went in to see if she would correct her errors and she became very belligerent and disrespectful to me. She said she would fix it but the price she quoted me was way out of line. The Saturday session there cost me $138.00 (or close to that) and now she wanted even more. Naturally, I left very upset with her not caring about her customers. I also couldnt help but notice that the parking lot was completely empty there as it was also on Saturday. I cant help but wonder if others are being treated the same way as I have been there because both Saturday and today I was the only customer in the salon.
