I needed to replace my 20-year-old Trane condenser and coil. My usual HVAC company wanted almost $1700 more for this job than Webb. Chris Davis came out and did a great job listening to what I was looking for including adding a whole house filtration system. Chris was super professional as was the entire team and the install was great. Good quality, great communication and good prices. I highly recommend Webb in the future.

Webb installed a new heat pump for us and has also been performing our yearly maintenance on our other units for a year. In our experience, their office staff and technicians have all been knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Their pricing for a new system was very competitive. The technician that performed our spring maintenance helped us fix an airflow issue we have had since moving into our house 6 years ago that we have mentioned to other companies and no one has suggested the easy fix that our Webb technician easily knew how to address. They are also very courteous, always wearing a mask during COVID and always putting on footies to respect the cleanliness of our home. Definitely recommend!

Contacted this company for a quote for a commercial project, they submitted a quoted and agreed to the timeline and scheduled a walk-through to look at the facility. We sent a courtesy email to verify the schedule the day they were supposed to come and when they finally responded later that day, they said they could not make the appointment and they were not going to be able to do the job and we already had project managers on-site to meet with them, very unprofessional and they did not communicate any issues up front during the bidding process and they were made aware of our expectations.

I had a cracked Condenser Blade. I was told an estimate price before the install over the phone. The price of the install was $72.00 more than what I was quoted. The technician was only there for 20 minutes for the repair. The blade cost around $100 which I looked up because they didnt itemize the invoice and I was charged $370 for the repair total. They charged me $270 in labor. Ridiculous. Will not use them again. I was quoted $300+tax not $349+tax.

I received a phone call 30 minutes before appointment that technician was on his way. Sosa the technician was so polite answered all of my questions & was done in 1 hour. Had Soso out it took hours to diagnosis my heat pump problem. It was the reversing valve. He called his boss alot to get guidance on what to do.Their estimate was $900.Called Empire their price was much lower. Curtis knew what he was doing. Found and repaired leak Moved dryer to line outside to save if it needs replacing. He did not charge for repair or moving dryer. We use their preventative maintenance package on our two systems and both have performed reliably and we have no worries about unforeseen repairs. All of their technicians that have serviced our units are polite, knowledgeable and explain any concerns in a way you understand. They also carry items on their truck such as filters and commonly used parts so minor issues can be resolved during the maintenance visits instead of having to schedule a second service call. Ben came by today to do regular maintenance on our HVAC system. He was cool and professional and polite. The HVAC is running well. I am happy with the products and service I get from Webb.

They came when they said they would come and took care of my needs in short order. I will definitely use them in the future.

Had Soso out heat pump would not cycle to heat cycle. He tried hard but had to call his boss many times with questions and get guidance on how to diagnosis problem.Price was higher than most to diagnosis. It took hours before he finished.Not sure I trust Soso diagnosis so paying another company $20. less to check out my system.Got a call from Webb told it would be $900. to repair. Online it says 250. To 650. to replace reversing valve. Did a Mr. Fixit online get other companies. Heard from Micheal early today told him why it was diagnosed as reversing valve. He said that sounded correct.Reason having it double checked because if pressure difference is not at least 70 then valve will not function. Sosos equipment was marginal 1 connector broke he had to move another hose to check. Not sure he did pressure check properly.Took a photo of information plate on heat pump with all the information. He checked with Goodman it was registered by home builder so parts are coverd. He could get part Monday fix quickly. His guy is coming out Saturday morning to check system. He has 28 years experience bet he spends a lot less time to figure out the problem. That company never charges extra for nights or weekends.He quoted a price of $450. to do the same repair. In my opinion Webb is very expensive.Soso was a nice guy but must be new to the HVAC business. For top dollar price you should get an experienced pro.Eric from Lombard IL

After vetting three different HVAC companies, we ultimately chose Webb because they were the most willing to work with us to achieve our SEER efficiency goals and answer the many questions we had. When the installation dates arrived (we had two complete system replaced), the Webb teams were courteous, efficient, and highly skilled. Although the two HVAC systems have only been in for a month, so far my wife and I are extremely pleased.

The Appointment Specialist called me back before officially opening at 8:00am and fit me in for todays schedule.The technician arrived on time as promised, and knew right away what was wrong with my system. I have an annual preventive maintenance plan with Webb Heating and Air Conditioning. They check out the AC in the summer and the furnace in December. Today was furnace check up day. Stan, the service tech arrived exactly on time as scheduled. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. He proceeded with the check up in a timely manner and advised me everything was ok. I have been using this company for a number of years and have always had good experience with them.

The technician arrived ahead of schedule for our seasonal check, was personable, and very thorough. He explained the small issue he found, what it would cost, and why he felt it could be deferred. Came from a pretty bad vendor previously and Webb has been a breath of fresh air (no pun intended).
