If I could give them 10 stars ⭐️ I would. My AC was blowing hot air on the hottest day this year. They were dispatched to check it out. Got here and found out it was the motor. With it being late in the day, said they were going to order the part and come back tomorrow. Well on today the motor came in, but not the fan. So, now I was going to have to wait a couple more days. After speaking with Ashley she said the supervisor was going to come by on his way home and do what he could to get something done to get me some air. Well Eric did it!! He came in and checked everything out, got me some air. I truly appreciate all that they did. I can’t give them enough praise for the way they handled the situation. From the first two guy that came by to Eric completing the job. I definitely recommend them for your job. PSR had to come out twice during the pandemic. The first time the employee wore a mask while in my house but came back to talk to me WITHOUT a mask on. The second time when they first arrived the employee came to my door WITHOUT a mask on. I was wearing a mask in consideration for THEIR safety. Seeing my mask and telling the employee I would not speak to him unless he too had on a mask prompted him to put on his mask. He left my home to work on the unit outside and came back in WITHOUT a mask. I had to ask him to put on a mask for the SECOND time in ONE visit. Why is wearing a mask at ALL times during a maintenance visit not practiced? This not only puts your customers in danger but your employees as well!

Woke up freezing and Google led me to Piedmont Service and Repair. Lisa, the office manager, was more than awesome! She listened to my issue and got someone out to me within an hour. Matt shows up in about 30 minutes. Heat was back up and running in no time. I really appreciate that my heat problem was discussed with me and the amount of the repair before any moves were made. I know a replacement is in the near future and I assure you that Piedmont Service and Repair will be back to do it. Thanks again!

Great company. Our AC went out on Tuesday, they came out on Wednesday and installed a new unit on Thursday. Very fast and great work. They cleaned up after themselves and came in to check and make sure everything was working fine. Told me to contact them if we had any issues.
