I had a complicated heating repair that required extra troubleshooting to find the cause and repair. The technician was determined to find the cause at the least cost to us. He and the Gentry staff were considerate and responsive as they worked through the issues. Very impressed with their company.

AC unit condenser went out. Had to wait for parts but was under warrenty. When they came to install new parts they were right on time early and were done a lot quicker than I anticipated. Have been a customer for 13 years and have never been disappointed. Very reliable and dependable.

Great always use them

We purchased our home new in 2006 from the builder and it had an unfinished second level. The main heat pump had been installed by Gentry. When we started finishing off the upstairs Gentrys pricing and service for installing a second system were great. They left us all the duct work, etc. for a second room that we installed ourselves later. They replaced our main system with an upgrade in 2015 and we have had an annual service contract with them for 14 years. We would not go to anyone else.

Gentry Air did a great job installing a new 3 ton upstairs AC unit. Work done on time and within budget. Would go to them again and recommend to anyone else.

Greg made sure we had all our questions answered throughout the process and installers were quick and efficient. Jill set up county inspection afterwards and also set up the warranty for the system. We recently had a problem with what we thought was our air conditioning. We called Gentry Air for service and they came out to inspect. Come to find out it wasnt our air but our furnace, and the fan..etc. Steve, the estimator, assessed the situation discussed our options and gave us a fantastic price/deal to replace our 15 yr. old furnace and air conditioner. The team arrived the next day and within 6 hrs. had uninstalled the old and in with the new Trane furnace and air conditioner. These guys are awesome! I bought 2 central air units from Gentry Air years ago and they are still going strong. These guys have the best prices and do good work. Ask for the Goodman Brand units, cheap but good quality. If I ever have to get HVAC again I will call Gentry Air.

They have good knowledge to identify the problem and fix the problem. But the service attitude is not so well.

Bad experience not trustworthy to be customer focused....wouldnt reccomend.

Had to do an emergency re-fit of an old house. The AC went down in the heat of the summer and it required the Furnace be replaced as well. One company came out with an estimate twice as high as Gentry. They wanted me to sign right then, offering a $1000.00 off. Gentry put all in and did so for almost 1/2 the money. Two years later it is going strong, it has saved me money on heat and AC, and the AC is very quiet.Now my daughter and Son in law need a furnace, who do you think Im calling!!! Gentry Air!!

This company was chosen by my home warranty to fix my heat.They came and looked at my heating unit for 3 minutes and said I needed it replaced since there was a cracked heat exchanger.I had a super high rated company from greensboro come for a second opinion and they said there is no way that the 1st company even SAW the Heat exchanger since they did not remove the panel covering it. They also said that mine was working well and there were no problems with my system.This 2nd company saved me 4000 dollars and 2 days of work on my house ect.Gentry air is terrible.

The lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. Look elsewhere for your heating and cooling needs.
