My experience with Master’s Plumbers Heating & Cooling was exceptional. My family was going through a tough time but needed help with a plumbing issue in our home. A team of plumbers; Brandon, Greg, Ray, and Paul, led by their supervisor Lee went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. The team’s work ethic and plumbing knowledge was outstanding and the work they accomplished was amazing.The best thing about working with this team at Master’s was their compassion. They really looked out for my family and I as we are going through a tough time. They worked with us to make sure we were taken care of as people not just customers. Service not listed because he didn’t fix anything. Charged us over $300 for fixing absolutely nothing. $200 was for diagnostic test so they can tell us that it will cost thousands more if we wanted it fix.Then he wanted to charge us $600 to pop in a hose that I already have on hand into my pull out kitchen sink faucet. Definitely would not recommend them they are over price for the little that they do. Do not agree to their $200 diagnostic test. All he did was take pictures of the parts.

I contacted Master plumbers and Brandon showed up and did his inspection, He made his recommendation and I am glad I took his advice. All of the plumbing in my house is new, I have a new water heater installed, two new toilets, a garbage disposal, even the faucet on the outside of my house is brand new. Brandon was professional, he was great at explaining everything and very thorough with his work. He checked everything, double checked and then triple checked to make sure everything was working correctly before he left, he cleaned up after himself and all of this happened the same day I called Master Plumbers. I have peace of mind and I could not be happier about the service and quality of work I received.

Customer Service was way above industry standard and the guys were able to come out same/next day! Very thorough inspection for a basic service call and laid out some different pricing options for us to keep us within budget. Definitely would recommend!

Identified themselves before entering my home placed footies on to prevent from dirting my floors, they were very polite and explained their process for diagnosing my issue. Rey explained Master Plumbers reporting process and explained to me the best route to take to find out where the foul order was coming from in side my home. Part of Masters process is to look at all potential areas that could possibly causing a problem. I appreciate he and Joel taking their time and giving their opinions on what the problem may be. A test was performed and the problem was found. I cannot express how happy I am with Master Plumbers. In fact I cancelled my current contract with another company and signed up with Master Plumbers to service my home on a yearly basis. Master Plumbers offers a home warranty maintenance plan that is much affordable.I also want to Thank Cammie for expediting the house call so quickly. Fannie was very polite and courteous. Again Thank-you Master Plumbers. I plan to tell all my friends about my experience with you!

A bunch of con artists. Always begging for a Google reviews every time they show up, I bet every good review is from people they asked. Every time something needs to be fixed it’s always 3k and over. (For plastic)The membership is bogus too, they say one thing and do another. Also lied about a the discounts which the membership is supposed to get, but everything is a minimum of 1k and that was For just a hook-up, we would have to provide all of the parts and they just install it nothing else. Don’t seem like the way a member should be treated. Also one time they came out and my wife asked if they could also do the safety inspection (since we had an additional appointment a few days later) and they said they weren’t the ones that did the inspection...fast forward to our second appointment when the exact same guys came out to do the safety inspection...The receptionist is also extremely rude and disrespectful giving an attitude the entire conversation and insulting my wife! That’s something you don’t do, point, blank, period.

I am super proud to use this company. They do fortune 500 company work, with a mom and pops personalized feel. Joel, the tech, is great, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Brandon Pascual was awesome,quiet and quick. it was reasonably priced and gives options before any work is done. not hourly and offered a monthly program for yearly inspections. Im a new homeowner and didnt think about these things. even with a toddler who likes to flush things... I work from home and he wasnt in my wayand was patient when he had to wait for to get off of a call.

Rey and his assistant were early, and assessed my whole-home Plumbing needs and provided an estimate for me before starting anything. They were professional, cleaned up when they finished, and answered any questions I asked. The job was well done! All round good experience!

Almond, Joel and two others did an excellent job replacing my water heater, repairing water lines, and installing faucets. They explained everything completely and got everything done in one day.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I requested service online at like 4am and received a call back at 7:30am. There was availability same day but we scheduled for the next day. I received a confirmation email and text and a call the morning before the technician arrived. I was sent the technicians info including a picture of him. Brandon was my technician. He was amazing! He did an inspection, found the things I needed fixed, and gave me several different options on what services I wanted. He did not make me feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services. He explained everything to me thoroughly and got to work. My appt was at 8am and he was done with everything by 2:30ish. This included installation of a new hot water tank, installation of 2 new toilets, and fixing a leak. Brandon did have help from a few other guys and they all were great! The whole crew worked together to get the job done and we’re very efficient! I will definitely use them for future jobs!

Rey and Ben were very professional, courteous and knew what they were talking about about the services to be provided.We had an appointment around 1pm and they called and said they were coming earlier, around 10am. They were her by 10:30Rey explained the options if what it would cost and his suggestions.They took the time to solve the problem and we are very happy of their work. One thing I liked is that they cleaned up the floors after the work was done.I will definitely would use them again and make sure Rey would be the one to come here.

Master Plumber quoted my job at $17k for repair work that it turns out THEY originally completed. They refused to honor their warranty and I ultimately got all the same work done for under $5k by Go Green Plumbing. I feel like Master Plumber used scare tactics to try and scare my girlfriend into overpaying for work just because shes femaleEdit: you can search all you want. The record is under my girlfriends name. the work that I refer to was done under subcontract with another company that did crawlspace repair at the same time. You can fluff your reviews all you want, Ill just put the same review back.

Brandon and Paul did an excellent job installing my new water heater the same day I called. The old one was shut off by the gas company due to a gas leak. They also re-seated a toilet and did repairs required by old hardware, and installed a high-pressure valve on my plumbing system. I was very happy with the results of the work. They spent basically the entire day dealing with a variety of plumbing issues.

Brandon and Justin were great to work with. They came in on time, fixed the issues quickly and explained everything very well. Our shower and faucets are all working as they should now. Thanks again!

She questioned me for 20 minutes, just to tell me, she had an available appointment 2 1/2 month later. Why did she just waist 20 minutes of my time?All I knew to tell her is, Theres a smell of settling water coming from under the house, around the bathroom and kitchen area, when I look under the crawl space I can see, a small area of water collecting.This is why I called this Company to locate the leak for me. Why do they advertise 24 hour service, but tried to give tried to give me an appointment 2 1/2 month away? buy the way it was 2:02pm when I spoke with someone .

Very impressed at the quick response of this company! The pipe under my kitchen sink somehow broke last night and they were able to get technicians out to my house today for an estimate and to fix it! Ray and Ben are the technicians that came out and they were very respectful, professional and very personable! They had extensive knowledge with their profession and gave us not only one estimate but gave us 4 different options after doing a FULL inspection of the entire system! They were even able to give financing options. When we decided what work we were going to have done today, they were ready to go and got started fixing the main issue (kitchen pipes) right away. They had to create a new pipe system under our sink and into the crawl space due to the damage, they worked quickly and kept the workspace very clean! Overall I couldnt have asked for a better company to handle our plumbing concerns and will definitely be calling them back to finish the rest of the work! Thank you all again you guys are awesome!

Let me be very clear, the technician that performed the service was very professional at all times and the work completed was done very well. My review is not an indictment on his completed work but rather the overall value of the services. When I called Masters Plumbers I knew the exact issue needing to be addressed. I had a leaking toilet shut off valve and toilet that was still partially clogged. When I called the office to schedule the appointment she clearly explained that the trip would incur an $85 trip charge regardless of service. It has been my experience with other types of service providers that these trip charges are absorbed if you agree to having work completed but this would later turn out to not be the case with Masters Plumbers (and my mistake for not clarifying). Upon arrival, rather than preparing an estimate for the requested work, I had to wait while they performed an entire house inspection of every toilet, valve, sink, shower, water heater and washer. This seems to be their common business practice for new customers. However, this took about 40 minutes then another 20 or so to prepare my options to replace everything uncovered by the inspection. I was appalled to find out that it would cost an additional $257 to replace the shut off valve and that they wanted me to pay another $220 to have them snake the toilet!! Now stuck, because to call another provider I would incur another service/trip charge, I agreed to the valve replacement only (you can rent a snake from Home Depot for $25 for crying out loud). The valve replacement took less than 15 minutes, which I am sure is attributed to the years of experience of the technician, again whom I have no issues with, but he tried to explain that the cost of the service was so high because of the guarantee of the part replacement. The guarantee being only 1 year for a part that was just replaced at 45 years old...Im sure I will see the benefit of that guarantee. I am extremely disappointed by the cost of the services provided by Masters Plumbers and will be seeking help from another vendor for future services.

Had a great and safe experience with this company, even during the pandemic. Very thorough and straightforward, and fixed my heating problems for a very reasonable price. Master plumbers heating and cooling was very responsive to our issue, we lost hot water at 10 AM and it was repaired by 5:00pm on the same day! The work is neat professional! The staff was well dressed and informative! We were able to replace or hot water heater for a fair and reasonable price and it works better than the original one we had! With 5 people we ran out of hot water quickly and now we have an abundance and can all take showers in the morning without a break! The staff in the office is friendly and they let you know up front their staff is highly trained, background checked, and drug tested which are a plus when you have small children in you home! Thank you so much master plumbers you will always be our first choice!

Brandon was the technician that worked with us to determine the low water pressure cause at our home. He and the rest of their team did a good job! We even asked for additional pressure and the manager or owner came back to the site to help. Great customer service. We still have a bit of sediment in the water but Brandon assured us that by this time tomorrow that’ll be gone as well. We highly recommend this team, and specifically Brandon.

The visual inspection that was included in the service call was just a way to find every up-charge possible in the house...tried to include unnecessary repairs and upgrades. Prices too high for a simple drain snake. Dont waste your time or cash!

I had googled Master Plumbing and they were the third company to provide me with an estimate.The Master Plumbing Estimate was 1/2 the next lowest estimate and the serviceman Tyler explained he doesn’t price the job to make it easier for him to repair but to make only the necessary repairs quickly and less costly and he was able to show me how he can make repairs only in the fittings that need replacing without replacing the whole shebang, even though it took more experience and skill and how they provided a warranty on everything.Tyler first came to see me and was patient, knowledgeable and experienced. He sold me by not selling me, but by helping me plan for the future of my home, even on other issues my home was having.They sent Brandon and his partner to do the job the next day (I had changed the time of the repair and they were very accommodating)who were great, and I insisted on Tyler coming back also... so, they sent not only Tyler, but Brandon and his partner were joined by a fourth very polite gentlemen whom my two year old son loved.When the job turned out to much more of a complex situation due to the very outdated plumbing (Tyler foresaw this happening), the service manager Lee Amos (great guy!) came out personally and the whole crew teamed up (with Lee also handling many of the tools himself) to insure that the job was done quickly, efficiently, and in the same day, and incredibly, it did not cost me one more cent than was originally estimated.I and my wife could not be happier and the crew allowing my son to tour their work vans made it a day at the theme park for my amazed and delighted son.Not only were they polite and friendly they enjoyed the experience with us and it was like a day with my new extended family.Professional in every sense of the word.Thank you guys!

The guys arrived as scheduled, took time to explain what needed to be done and completed some follow up work that I needed done in a very timely manner. Having the equipment you need on the truck definitely helps complete the job quickly! I have a feeling I will be doing quite a bit more business with them in the near future.

My furnace heater was not working and my home was getting cold. These guys made my repairs quick and took really good care of my home. My kids and I am grateful to have found them.

Master plumbers does good work but they are always late and charge more than the other companies. Master Plumbers charges for quotes when several other companies give free quotes. They had to call and reschedule with me twice. Props for them actually calling and letting me know but there was a lot of waiting and many hours lost because they kept having to reschedule. I asked them to waive there service fee because they were so late and I lost so much time but they refused politely. There pricing is extremely high compared to other companies for exactly the same service. I compared there price to install a complete A/C system on an older house and their quote was several thousand dollars more than every other company that gave me a quote. All were certified companies but Master Plumbers was extremely high. Close to 20k compared to the exact same unit and service from another company that costs me 13k. They also didnt give me many options. They only offered a heat pump when I have gas at the house that can be used for a gas furnace. Their quote for new air ducts was also twice as much as every other company. Again, the technicians are skilled, nice and do good work but the cost was not consistent with EVERY other company.

Brandon was here exactly when he told me he would be. Confirmed my problem and gave me several options to choose from in order to fix my problem. He fixed my toilet quickly and efficiently! Throughout it all he was kind and cheerful even though it was a Saturday morning! All of my experiences with Brandon and Master Plumbers have been good ones!

When we first called for service they were able to get us in the next day! We had several things that needed to be addressed and all were repaired or replaced in good timing. After presenting me with an estimate, they replaced a whole section of pipe on the same day. I was very impressed that they were willing to start the work at 4 p.m. even though they knew it would be a four-hour job. I very much appreciate that they took care of it on the spot. Highly recommend!

Joseph and Patrick came to our home immediately after we called which made us happy. Their knowledge and capability to repair our air-conditioning was stellar. Not only did they work well together, but they provided us with ongoing information to help us understand how they were going to get things to work again. A water heater leaked terribly in our church. I phoned late Thursday afternoon, and a crew of two met me at the church the next morning. The got the old unit out, capped the lines, and provided several quotes for alternative replacements. A bit slow in getting the “tech” part resolved, as 4G impossible inside and WiFi difficult to connect, and everything they prepare is electronic. They had to go off-site to get a signal in order to process the digital quote and invoice. Other than that, all went smoothly.

Today I received from Brandon and Ray. They were very professional and very patient with me. Asking so much question about service and warranty. Once I agree with service prices they work without wasting time, clean, organized. At the beginning I taught how expensive these services are, but they work fast, very organized and left working area clean I honestly think it worth it. I have used master plumbers for years now. They had always been prompt . I call this time because lightning struck my house and I lost all water source. They were at my house within a few hours of me calling for service. They did not stop until they made sure I had water and it was holding pressure. These guys are great! They took great care of my problem with our heat. They even fixed problems with secondary heat that was not wired properly when someone else had put units in. Very satisfied.

They came in to my home and within 5 minutes tried to tell me I needed.Drain cableDrain jetterDrain visionPull and rest toilet$2596.16 (could be financed over 18 months though!)All because 1/2 of a plastic spring loaded toilet paper holder was accidentally flushedThey didn’t even pull the toilet to make sure it wasn’t lodged in the toilet.Best part. Work not guaranteed and this was for the first 2 hours.I then called Martin bradley plumbing and they were able to come out and confirm I did not have a blockage used their cameras AND fixed my water pressure and cleaned a drain for $233 dollars.What master plumbers is doing is taking advantage of their customers. The owner even called to try to sell me. Told me they price match but ONLY if it’s a similar company and they MUST drug test and background test their employees. Unethical is an understatement.

I called Master Plumbers this morning to see if they could send someone to attend to a drain issue we were having. They quoted me a time between 1 and 3 PM on the same day! Then they called me back to let me know that they could be on site within 30 minutes if I was available. Brandon and Jacob came out and did a great job and were honest, polite and professional.

Although i have not had any repairs done yet (appointment set), I can comment on Almond, the gentleman who came for the initial service call today. He arrived early and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable of the job to be done and answered all of my questions to the point that i am comfortable with the upcoming process. He is an asset to the business. From the setting the appointment with Velvet, to the service call, this has been a pleasant experience.

I’m in Philadelphia, PA but Master Plumbers took care of my property in Greensboro. They sent my photographs, videos, and the technician talked me through everything. He was honest and saved me as much money as possible. The company is very professional and I will not patronize any other plumber to service my property. Thanks guys!

I have had Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling out back in 2018 for plumbing issues that I had at my house. They came out again today for a AC issue and I experienced the same quality service again today. Lee is the best service man I have ever met, and he is with the best service company I have ever had dealings with.

Have used the service for a few years. Always excellent service, great prices, polite and knowledgeable staff. Definitely reccomend
