Came all the way from mebane. Heard the place was good. Talked with the guy up front. Didnt really seem like he wanted to help. Had an attitude and let me walk out of the store empty handed. Took my business elsewhere.

Excellent., From my 3D printed models they able to perfectly reproduce custom AC lines for a 1 off automobile. I made a custom compressor manifold and Alliance brazed the tube in place.

Simply the only place I will take my RV to. I called ahead to make sure they could fit a 39ft class a in their lot. Told me exactly where to go so it was smooth getting in. Repaired a slide out hydraulic line while still in the RV with their portable clamp machine... They knew exactly what parts, got it fixed in 10 minutes and let me take 20 or so in their packing lot to rewire the line the next 15 feet through engine bay, chassis, over the axle and back to electric pump. Was able to pressure test in their lot to verify. Top knotch guys had all the parts in house and even had my front air bag couplings. If you want great passion for craftsmanship go here... I need to trust that the mechanics that work to keep my RV safe care about their work and advice....

I have used Alliance for years to help with all types of hose for our equipment. Over the past year or so they seem to have gone downhill. The most recent problem I have had was Alliance ordering a hose with the wrong ends and then trying to fix it incorrectly when I brought it back. I was very specific in what I needed as well as showing them the parts on another hose. They were also very specific in saying that they could order exactly what I needed. They were specific when they said they had the end and could correct it when I called them back after I picked it up. I ended up wasting another trip for them to try to fix it with yet another incorrect end. We shall see if they can get it right anytime soon. I am now 3 trips, a work week and one phone call into it. If I hadnt already paid for it, I would have just told them to keep it.
