On a ride with Uber to the Toyota Dealership, in hearing my complaints about some tire issues that Toyota wasnt able to easily help me with, my driver strongly recommended heading over to Randalls. Im so glad I did! I believe after my trip to Jiffy Lube to get new tires, they may have not returned my wheel lock key, which meant the tires could not easily be removed. Both needing a rotation and the removal of a nail from one tire, obviously I needed a way to get the tires off! Toyota wanted to charge me almost $300 for the job. They removed one tire and patched it, and charged $150. The next day I drove over to Randalls. They were able to fit me in and remove the rest of the three tires for the same amount of time it took Toyota to remove one, and a fraction of the cost. With great customer service to boot. I will be going to Randalls for my automotive needs in the future!

Randalls employees are extremely courteous and professional. I had to leave my car at their facility as the car needed more work than I thought to pass inspection. I was going to wait at the facility as it is very clean and comfortable which includes refreshments for their waiting customers. I decided to go home instead, so I was given a ride by an employee. I don’t usually write reviews, but the customer service and the workmanship of Randall’s Deserves one. I found them when I was looking for tires for my sons F-150. They beat all of the other Tire places in the area, they had the tires in stock, and provided next day service. During my tire search I wasn’t sure if we should increase the tire size of the truck or leave it the same size as it was. The owner actually brought two separate sizes of the same Tire so I could put my hands on them and compare next to the truck! Since the first set of tires they’ve serviced my sons truck several times and will continue to do so. Randall’s is a good bunch of people that know what they’re talking about and don’t just try to over charge you for things you don’t need. I can’t say enough about them, one phone call and one appointment later you too will be writing an awesome review. Randall’s Tire Pros is a garage that you can trust.

These guys are great, and I would suggest them over a big chain any day. Ive always been totally pleased with their service. I always bring really tough wheel/tire combinations to them, and theyve never scuffed a wheel trying to cram monster low profile tires onto wide wheels. (245-30/20 on a 8.5 wheel, 265-35/19 on a 9.5 wheel, 315-35/19 on a 10.5 wheel, etc.)Once you come in a time or two, they already recognize you. Its a personal touch and theres never a feeling that theyre trying to sell you something that you dont need.Im a guy that generally does my own general maintenance, and helps out friends do the same, but if I dont have time to deal with it, this is where I send them. Every time.

The service I received was great. They were knowledgeable, their cost was fare, and the wait time was not long. Also, I was particularly surprised at the cleanliness of their facility. Thats not always expected when you are getting car/tire repairs. I was well pleased and will use them again and recommend them to others.

I was in a emergency situation last week, my tire had caught a bolted nail in my passenger tire, and I pulled into Randall’s hoping that they would not only be able to help me, but get me out in a timely manner. The staff and management did both. Couldn’t thank those guys enough over there for helping me out and I purchased two great brand new tires and they mounted them correctly in under an hour and a half, while still making sure all the other customers were taken care of and satisfied with there experience as well. I will definitely be back to get more work on my car from Randall’s. Great place.

I use Randall’s Tire for my inspections. I have to get an NCDOT inspection waiver due to my check engine light on for a lame snag with my old Benz - but it’s not so old it qualifies for the 20-year safety inspection only. I have to go to Randall’s three times as part of the waiver process. They honor the appointment times I make online, and when I don’t have one, they still work me in quickly if I’m waiting onsite. Good guys and great service.

I was provided an estimate 1 week prior to service, which is what I paid! Quality, respectful and time efficient service, with respect for mobility limitations and proximity to assistance. Care and concern for the car and my overall well-being as a customer and community member. Customer service included wearing masks and respectful social distancing.

They tried to charge me $820 for a power booster + master cylinder, saying it needed immediate repair.I took it to my mechanic and he said there were no issues & that parts are $200 and labor is $200.They tried to rip me off & I would not recommend.

Great shop. Good folks. Stopped by with low tire pressure reading on car. They did thorough check. Found no problem. Put air in one tire and didnt charge at all for the service.

I have been a customer at Randall’s for 3-4 years. We have purchased a couple of sets of tires as well as had a repair and inspection completed. They are always personable and fair with pricing.

Reliable, trustworthy, and helpful with an urgent need. We have a Suburban. The original tires had 60k on them and had served their purpose. We needed them replaced and quickly because of a road trip. I called first thing in the morning, they explained the new and improved version of my tire(and some other options.) We dropped the car off by 9am and it was ready at 3. Including an oil change, top up the washer fluid and a re-alignment. The tires performed well as we drove a couple hundred miles in torrential downpour. The ride is quiet and safe. These folks are a great member of the GSO community. There is only one word I can use to describe the service at this place. OUSTANDING! I cannot overstate what an awesome experience I had with this tire shop. I was extremely pressed for time due to an emergency requiring a sudden need to drive out of town for the weekend. Randalls, even though incredibly busy, squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon and had me back on the road in less than 90 minutes without an appointment. Great experience. I was a walk in with a nail in my tire. They took me right away. Waiting area has television and coffee maker. A few other people came in to have various things done and everyone was treated very kindly and with respect. They repaired my tire and the price was very reasonable. I have used Randall Tire Co for almost 20 years exclusively. Trust, friendliness, honesty, price and quality of work is as good as it gets in my opinion. When in with what I believe to be a motor mount problem. I was advised to put for a new tires on the echo to fix the vibration in my Work van. Took their advise and put on four new tires around 600.00. That did not fix problem. Then had to have all motor mounts replaced around 400.00. The work was outstanding but I feel a little put out and not happy about new tires then motor mounts. Old tires were ok for what I need. I will say new tires ride better but I dont think I needed them right then. I needed new motor mounts !
