Helen and her beauty team are FANTASTIC! I was in today for eyebrow tinting and facial waxing. Helen, as always, did a wonderful job and Im very pleased. I was in last week with a friend for gel manicures and pedicures and we LOVE them! Ill be back next week to get another manicure and pedicure before a girls weekend up north. I just LOVE T&N and would recommend the salon to anyone in the Cascade/Ada area.

Today, my mom, sister and 4 year old daughter received our service. My sisters and my 4 year old daughter received their service by two women in their early twenties and they did a good job. I received my pedicure by a lady in her later fifties / Early 60s and she did good. My mom on the other hand, received her service from a lady in her later 40s and did an awful job. She soaked my moms feet for 80% of the time. She barely clipped and shape their nails. Both the ladies that worked on my sister and I, massaged our feet with the stone for good period and my mom got less than a minute. We also got shellac pedi for my mom, and the nail polish was already peeling as we walked out. The lady that worked on my daughters manicure took more time on her already cut nails compared to the lady that was working on my moms manicure. My moms pedicure was almost $60 And it looks awful. My daughter and I love how fabulous our nails look after leaving T&N nails. My legs and feet are always silky after my pedicure. Helen is so fantastic and super creative. All of her her nail technicians are very kind and do great work.

I spent the summer in Grand Rapids and needed a salon for acrylic fills and pedicures. Im so lucky that T and N was the first place I tried because I proceeded to come back several more times to see Helen and am now devastated that I dont live close by!This was the best acrylic manicure Ive ever had. At one point, life got in the way so I couldnt come in for three weeks -- not a single acrylic nail broke or snagged, and the regular polish I had on top still looked fabulous.I also got my eyebrows waxed here before a big event and it was quick, painless and the shape was just as Id requested.Services are great, prices are great, and not once did I have to wait for my appointment. Grand Rapids is lucky to have you Helen!

My husband and I both got pedicures with nail art and manicures with polish. Very enjoyable professional clean environment and nail technicians were more than anticipated.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Nail tech cut my skin several times, made my nails the wrong shape and length, and didnt clean up my cuticles at all. I waited an hour for service even though I called ahead and made an appointment. Super disappointed

Stopped in for a pedicure because I was on this end of town and had time to kill-What a wonderful experience! Staff was so friendly and inviting-but also professional. The pedicure was meticulously done -great care was taken to make it look right. Also the massage was heavenly! I will definitely be back!

We have always had a great experience here. We live in Dearborn and travel to Grand Rapids for volleyball. Everyone is friendly, and we have gotten fabulous manicures and the very best pedicures.

My sister in law and niece made an appointment for a mother daughter mani/pedi and when they got there had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes. They ran out of time and couldn’t get both pedicures. The polish they got chipped the next day. Will never receive our business again.

If you are a person of color never go here‼️ Also they did a horrible job with my shape, I asked for coffin shaped and one of the ladies completely disregarded what I asked for and gave me a completely different shape, absolutely HORRIBLE ‼️

Today was my 2nd time getting my nails done there, they did a beautiful job once again! I plan on going back in two weeks, I get my acrylics filled and a shellac done. Ive been supper happy each time. Pluss there open Sunday!

T & N Nail Salon is a definitely the place to go for a professional mani and pedi. Helen is amazing and is very accommodating.

My nails were the kind of ugly that required professional attention- on a Sunday. I tried to find an opening with no success; so when my GPS showed T & N Nails nearby (28th and Thornhills, by D&W), I was on it.From the outside, it looks like any other nail place; but when I was immediately greeted (at other salons, Ive waited a minute or two to even be acknowledged), it just felt different.Not only was it a Sunday, it was just before spring break. No time for me.. :( Kevin overheard and said hed stay after close at 5. By the time he finished his appointments and called me to come in, it was 8:00 PM.If youve ever had your nails done- especially near closing- you know this is unheard of). After painting daisies on high school girls toes for 8 hours, he just kept going. Stamina, baby.So first, pick your color. For shellac (side note: go shellac), you choose a color by swatches not bottles. The swatches are all in a few huge rings with the location always unknown- you get to search! Here, polish was clearly organized by brand and there was not a shade missing.Kevin got to work and impressed me right away with his fast, precise technique. After 30 minutes max, he was done- and it was flawless. I didnt have a single complaint. Prices are comparable to other salons for all services, but here, you always feel it was worth every penny. To top it off, Kevin is an incredibly nice guy and truly just wants to make you happy!He gave me his card and said they (he and his adorable wife run the place) never turn a customer away despite hours. Next time, he says call, he can do any time. At this point, Im certain Im a celebrity.Ultimately, T & N looks like every other nail salon on the outside, but their customer service is unparalleled. Kevin is an all-around pro and truly cares about your nails- NOT your money. The total experience was in a class of its own. I will never go anywhere else after this VIP treatment!

The staff was nice, mediocre pedicures. The nail tech I had was cheerful but haphazardly cut, filed, and painted my toes.

I suggest people of color to find a different shop.
