This was my first time at ABC nails and I couldn’t be happier with my nails! Lee works quickly but skillfully. I showed him a photo of the design I wanted, he said he would do it better and he did not disappoint! They’re soooo much prettier than the pic I found online! He filed them until they were perfect and kept asking me if I was happy while he worked. He’s funny and very kind as well. Hannah gave me a great pedicure. My toes look so cute and neat. They’re super friendly, treat clients like family and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The chandeliers and calming music make you feel like a diva. I found my new go to nail spa! Give them a try!!!!

I’ve gone here four or five times now and I’m never disappointed. At one point I visited a different nail salon because they were closed I wish I would’ve waited for them to be open the next day. Because the nail tech at Cheshire nails did a terrible job. Luckily the extremely nice man Lee hooked me up yet again! They’re so nice friendly and accommodating. He fixed what was done and improved. i’ve also had my nails done by the lady name Hannah she does an amazing job as well. She’s so friendly and all the nail techs are so into each others work very positive environment! She also hooked up my friends nails to do an amazing powder ombré for her today. Cute AF deafly gonna go back I promise I will no longer cheat on my nail salon LOL.

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon ever! I absolutely cannot understand why they have such good reviews! My friend & I did not get what we asked for even though we showed pictures of exactly what we wanted. They could not even do a simple flower design that any nail tech anywhere knows how to do. Instead they used a BUTTERFLY NAIL STICKER as close to it. WHAT?? I even spent an hour researching this place online, reading reviews and looking at photos to be sure they did elaborate nail designs. So, I dont know who did the nails on their website, but not these people. I will never recommend or return to this place.

They have a great business with great people! Always nice, professional and I always love my nails. They’ve made lots of upgrades in the past year and I love the new style it’s really clean with pretty chandeliers hanging.

ABC nails has been wonderful every time Ive gone. I never used to get my nails done regularly until I tried this place out. The staff is nice, they have SO many colors to choose from and Im always impressed by the result :)

We had appointments made for the morning, relying on this appointment for our plans the next day to have our nails done. She told us they ONLY do shellac and no polish, which there was an entire wall of nail polish i was standing next to. I moved past it & said ok I’ll get shellac then she continued to tell me she couldn’t do what i wanted (which were very small easy smiley faces) and basically told us to leave. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in customer service i will never recommend ABC nails.

I’m here from out-of-town & stopped in to get my eyebrows waxed. They’re friendly, fast & the prices are reasonable. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely come again.**The mask wearing I don’t like but I get it. Michigan was really tough on small businesses.

ABC Nails is the only salon I will trust with my nails in Grand Rapids! Every employee is so kind, friendly, and talented! Their shellac lasts so much longer than any other place Ive gone to, the attention to detail is remarkable, and I always leave so incredibly happy with my nails and the experience Ive had. I had two friends try them out and they will now only go to ABC. HIGHLY recommend them for manicures and pedicures!

I saw the job they did on my friends nails where the paint melted off in the shower 12 HOURS after getting them done (regular pedicure ~$55). Not only did they not refund her but the manager hung up on her and refused to hear about her experience. Extremely unprofessional and obviously inexperienced staff. DO NOT GO HERE.

They don’t answer the phone. I called to confirm my appointment i made online and no answered. So i went to the salon and they talking about they dont see it. Wasted gas and money on parking.

So I used this shop once before and the quality was decent, since then every time Ive tried to return I get turned away with rude ignorance. I tried to do a walk-in and me and me friend got turned Way at the door with one of the woman saying appointment only. Then I call some time down the road for 3 full sets, and she tells me they dont have enough people and cant do full sets. Im disappointed in the customer service of this shop and rather take my well earned money elsewhere!

I have been going to ABC nails for the last 3 months since moving to Grand Rapids and I absolutely love it!! Their selection of OPI colors are new and extensive, Lee and Ann are so polite and work quickly and beautifully! The shape is always how I want it and the price is great too!! Students even get a discount! Highly recommend this clean and nicely decorated nail salon

Very upset with my nail results. turned out beautifully, I paid more then enough including tip. I got dip, (which they did not use correctly. they did the nail process as if I were getting acrylic) Within the next 48 hrs my nails started lifting at the nail bed which caused pain. And I had to go somewhere else where I had to get another full set! Very inconvenient location because you have to pay for parking. I wouldnt recommend getting dip from here.

Just moved to gr, and was looking for a new nail place. I walked in to ABC with no appointment, they took me right away and gave me the most perfect no-chip mani I’ve had in a very long time. My nails are a nice shape, no weird blemishes in the polish, and it’s not even lifting off the nails at all in the slightest. Definitely coming back.

Lee and his wife were very kind and did a great job on me and my friends nails. The salon is beautiful, but a bit pricey.

When I first sat down this lady just started grinding off my shellac instead of properly taking it off. Then another girl started working on my nails the right way but even she was little bit rough and kind of made some mistakes. Overall it was an okay experience, I probably will go back again.But it isnt my go-to place.

Very rude and overpriced

I went here three weeks ago for a shellac manicure, and left very impressed. Hannah was very sweet, and did a fantastic job! Three weeks later, not a single chip in my polish, which is unheard of even with shellac. I only had to have them redone because my nails had grown so much. A great service for only $30!

My sister and I have been trying to find a good nail spot for ages now and I cannot stress enough how wonderful this establishment is. Its unassuming from the outside but dont let that hold you back. Everyone here is so friendly and so attentive, and when we returned for our second visit it felt like were were being welcomed back. Weve easily decided this is our spot and refuse to go anywhere else.

I always have Hannah do my gel nails. She always does something magical to prep my nail beds to ensure that the gel coat stays on my nails for a month before they start chipping. I have been to many other nail salons, and have never experienced such longevity. She also does my gel pedicures. After a month, nothing is chipping on my toenails. Hannah is absolutely the best person to work with. I always make sure I tip her well for her incredible service.

Pretty good spot! Clean and convenient to my office downtown, they had me in and out over lunch. There is quite the mix of clientele. Lee and Jasmine did a great job. 🤞🏼Hope my shellac lasts.

I got my nails done over the weekend at ABC Nails for the first time. I had a great experience, Lee was very professional and welcoming! They also have 10% off for students which is great! The place is newly remodeled and clean. I would recommend this salon!

Cindy knows her long time customers very well and is awesome when it comes to doing nails. I was hoping this place would work for me, since its so conveniently located. Manicurist was pleasant and nice. Thats about all this place has going for it.Everything seemed very, very dirty. When I sat down at the desk and laid my hands down, I could clearly feel dust and dirt underneath... a lot of dust and dirt. She didnt even bother giving it a quick wipedown before I sat down. This place also had the worst chemical smell Ive ever experienced in a salon, and it didnt seem to be ventilated at all. The lady clipped off the skin around my fingernails, which Ive never had done before, and now I have splitting skin around my nails and one nail is infected. The manicure was basic at best. I will never go back here nor recommend it to anyone.

I actually like my nails a lot, however the guy that did them was very rude. He was as rough as he could be with my hands and I honestly think he was taking out the anger he had at another client out on me. Personally I’d never go again.

Second day, toe nail polish is already chippin! Called them and asked if I could come in so they can fix it. She was rude and also they did not get all the dry skin off my feet she wanted me to come in tonight Im at work I could not she said they were too busy tomorrow.

I saw Lee to take off my horrible dip nails (from another salon) and get a shellac. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that! Very clean salon and everyone was extremely nice.

Went in this nail salon last minute to get my daughters prom nails done and the owner was yelling at my daughter when she asked why he charged her an extra $5 when it was unnecessary. Man did not even justify his actions and just told her to pay the extra $5. Of course I paid for it so we could just leave. Will never come back here again! I want the old owner back. Ms. Cindy was a reasonable and kind woman. I dont know why she gave her shop to Mr. Lee.

I recently went here with my friend Valerie for her 21st birthday and to our surprise we were greeted very rudely. Lee was at the door smoking a cigarette and told us to wait outside instead of letting us pass and get into the shop. That shouldve been our first sign to leave, but we decided to stay because we already called for an appointment. They were prompt with getting us our pedicures quickly. Instead of asking us what we wanted they were pushing very hardly for the most expensive pedicure, we told them that we just wanted the basic and were given dirty looks. Overall the pedicure was very rushed, the employees were rude. This isnt my first time here but now that its under new management I feel as if I need to find a new nail salon to go to. Would not recommend!!!
