Not enough acrylic nails break too oogle fast!!!!

I went to the salon on a lunch break the man who is owner got mad stop doing my nails because I was asking question about the he had to file down my nail bed jus to get polish and that its damaging to my nails he got mad and stop doing my nails in the middle of the service and left my nails all scuffed up

Ann gives the best pedicure her massages your feet and leg is what I need when I see her. Jack always do my nails and he hooked me up before I left to Texas

Before i could even get my feet wet, the new young girl was scrubbed my feet completely dry! & I haven’t even soaked! So when i addressed the owner, she sided with the employee, saying “Oh we do the service right away”... & left it at that. I will never return. The have poor customer service. I will tell everyone I know in Grand Rapids, to never patronize this “business”

Its one person in there that does a awesome job and her name is Ann everyone else Tammy and her husband Jack in there is really rude and disrespectful very sad wishing she could go somewhere else to work

They always remember me and make me feel important when I come in. My nails always look great and Last a long time. Ive never had any issues with them. I dont let anyone else touch my nails.

Its a ok place sometimes to slow not enough workers to go around. They move so fast I dont notice a mistake on my nails till later because Im already sitting to long you never know what to expect one week good nails next week messy.

Ann is the Best at pedicures. She makes my rough and dry feet feel ten pounds lighter!!

Tammy I think is her name but she is part owner with her husband but honestly if her husband did not do such a good job I would never go there again because Tammy is very unprofessional and I wish I can find someone that was as skilled as her husband. Because I would definitely not patronize this business because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism

Cheaper than other places Ive been and better quality. I get shellac French Mani on my real nails, looks good, lasts longer, and price is good.

Jack did my eyelashes and they were horrible. He is very mean and is not concern about customer SATISFACTION. I WAS NOT PLEASED w/ my Lashes today
