I normally dont leave reviews unless theyre good reviews but im disappointed. Super quick but ... Im pretty sure she did 3 Coats on one hand and not the other. The glitter doesnt go all the way around the nail and the coffin is shaped like kiss press on nails. They look fat and floppy? Price is good other than that they really dont give a s**t. Didnt ask if shape was good or anything before she just clear coated everything. Sharp not supposed to be no matter what shape! Lumpy! Didnt even check her work! I wont be back sorry. Do better! :(

This nail salon is a diamond in the rough! Its a little shop on the side of Alpine in between Belle Tire and an old Play it Again Sports. The Facebook website chat was very quick to answer any questions I had and to take my appointment, even beyond business hours. They got me right in and, for someone who has never had acrylic nails, or long nails in general, they were super great! My nail tech kept reminding me to relax and breath, as I was shaky and am kind of weird about other strangers handling my stuff. Such a wide variety of shellac nail polishes that dry in seconds too!! Great customer service, speedy, clean and professional. I will definitely be going back to this place for my fills! (ps, use to be called Diamond Nails but different owners now).

Fast and really great service for a good price!

Price is ridiculous. Rushed and told me I dry. Only went for polish change and shap. Theses are the results. She didnt do the junk nail.

Staff was friendly and professional. They made sure I got what I wanted. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other salons, I’d rather pay more to have good quality. You do get what you pay for. Extremely satisfied and highly recommended.

A diamond in the rough. Ive passed by this place so many times and could kick myself for it. They were able to fit me and my mother in for pedicures after being turned away at Tammy Nails down the road because I had my daughter with me after making us wait 40 mins and we had an appointment!I was very impressed with Studio 9 Nails. Very clean, very friendly, and professional. We both got the Deluxe pedicure and it was well worth it. They let us know that they will be moving in the next couple months up the road and I know we will be following them to their new location.

Went in with thin nails (after a previous salon had filed them to nothing) looking to get a dip powder manicure. The lady was super nice, shaped my nails better than I have ever seen them. And asked frequently if she was hurting me after letting her know my how thin my nails were. She took her time and made sure they were exactly what I wanted, and they were! Definitely recommended! Cant wait to go back!

My nails has last the best here, many places I’ve gone to chips within days of getting them done. Pedicure is very relaxing and all the staff is very nice.

I have been searching for a new nail salon for a while now and thought I would give this place a try. Ive been looking for great service with a peaceful atmosphere. I walked in tonight for my first visit and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Crystal did an amazing job with my nails and eyebrows. The place was comfy and even the other clients were extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Studio 9 and Ill definitely be coming here from now on!

My daughter and I we just had the opportunity to visit the Studio 9 nails & Spa for the first time yesterday. Everyone works really hard and collaborates well. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Advertise a fill for $23 ends up beings $40 out the door. I had a nice first time there but my last two made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I had the same lady for my last two appointments and she made me rush to pick a color which she didnt apply the correct color and got blantenly frustrated with me when she couldnt understand what I was saying to her. My last time I was sad to see my French tips were wonkily lined.

I got an acrylic refill done for prom. The nails turned out great but I had to give them 2 stars because the lady doing my nails poked the skin around my nail and it started bleeding which wasn’t a problem until the next day when I noticed a huge cyst on the finger that got poked. I ended up with a nasty infection covering that entire finger and was on antibiotics for a good 3 weeks. The dermatologist suggested it was most likely caused by dirty tools used by the studio.

Ok so I came back and gave this place another chance. I loved it. I really need to learn to be more open minded. They definitely remembered me and my sister from last time. This time we didnt make an appointment and the place was definitely not packed so that was nice. Very relaxing. We will be coming back. It felt nice to be pampered after feeling under the weather.

Every time I visit Studio 9, I always feel welcomed. Never once did I feel like my service was rush and it really makes me feel like “me time.” My manicure always looks flawless and stays on until I’m ready to get them redone! Love coming here.

Absolutely the BEST salon in the area. Super kind staff, great choice of colors, and perfect nails when I leave. I love shellac but even better for me was the dip. I recommend giving them a try.

Extremely small parking lot, but super nice staff. I must have had a new guy as my nails arent even, but I appreciate the effort. I will definitely be returning.Edit: I went back 4 or 5 months later to give it another try & Im extremely disappointed.

Went here with my sister to get our nails done and absolutely HATED my experience! I went in to get my old set of acrylics off and new ones on and the lady didn’t even listen to what I wanted. She put some sparkly dip powder on my nail. When I left my nails were so sharp and jagged. I will never go back.

Crystal always does a great job on my nails! The shape and thickness is always perfect as I’m super picky about that. It’s hard to find a good nail tech so I’m happy I found studio 9.

High priced, filed nails down to the nail bed. Left horrible dents and divets in my nails. Took 2yrs to grow them out without breaking or ripping and being paper thin....

They’re the best! I’ve been going to Crystal for years because she does the best job out of anyone. Even after moving almost 20 minutes away I drive to Alpine because my nails last the longest and their prices are very reasonable.

I love getting my nails done here at Studio 9 and they have the best service available. They are very talented and if you make an appointment you will get right in. They have the best nail technicians in town and I do get my eyes waxing done too. They always provide great service

Came in today to get a pedicure and from the reviews, I dont want to say I had high expectations, but they were higher than what was provided. It is nice an welcoming nail spa When I came in it was fairly warm inside and there was not much wait. I was greated and sat down quickly. I did accept the deluxe package which included a scrub, a mask, and a lotion. I dis enjoy that part as well. The polish job was decent also. The part that I didnt appreciate was my pedicurist talking on her phone several times during my 30 minute visit and after I said no to the additional manicure several times her still trying to pressure me into it.I am not sure if I will come back. Between the hot room and other ongoing phone conversation I think I can receive the same service for the same price without the feeling of inconvenience elsewhere...

Absolutely love this salon! Crystal always hooks me up with the best service and nail quality! I brought my sister, mom, and Aunts here for my sister’s college graduation and she hooked us up with mimosas and snacks. The prices for shellac, mani, and pedis are so good for the quality you get!

Got a dip manicure here and it’s the best manicure of my life. Friendly staff with great skill, precision and eye for detail. So many cute, trendy options.

I went in for a gel fill in. Im not sure who did my nails, other than the person was a middle aged female. I was not impressed, even though I was the only customer, she rushed through my service. My nails on one hand were longer, and the product was not applied evenly. She didnt remove my excess cuticles, and when she was coloring my nails she got color on my cuticles, took a cuticle trimmer out of a package, trimmed the painted cuticle off, then put the trimmers directly back into the package and into her drawer, without sanitizing. My nails were lifting after a couple of days. I went to get my nails redone, at a different salon, a week later and the technician commented about how horrible they were. I will not be back.

I left this salon crying today. I asked for blonde highlights.. pretty simple right? The girl doing my hair dyed it PURPLE! As I sit in the chair crying she leaves to get a manager.. the manager comes after leaving me waiting and “educates” the girl on what she did wrong but does nothing about my purple hair. She asks the girl what she did to style it and the girl really had no idea if she did balayage or highlights or whatever. I’m still asking ok but what do I do about this? She says “I don’t know I’m just the manager of the stylists..” ok.. so I sit in the chair crying and they still have the nerve to charge me $100 for a service I obviously did not receive. To top it all off- the girl had a terrible cough and coughed all over my head THE WHOLE TIME! I found out she has just went to the doctors three days prior. Great.. now I can add being sick to also having purple hair. Thanks Studio 9!

Ive shown up twice now at 930 and the doors are always opened late. This time it was more tha 15mins and they were still locked. I ended up going across the street for service.
