Jamie B. Cut and colored my hair. Going through personal issues and told her wanted to rebuild myself. Trusted her to work a miracle. Which she did. Like the new me. She did a GREAT job. I went home and stared in the mirror and cried. She made me feel good about myself again. Thank you.

Scheduled haircut on their app for 12:25p. Left building at 12:50 because it was going to be another 10 minutes before they could see me. I was very patient, there was no apology. Will not be returning.

Pricing has gotten ridiculous for a hair cut and hot towel.

Stopped in today at 530pm to get a haircut. There were zero customers in the chairs and zero customers waiting for a cut, no exaggeration. So, nobody in the entire place. One stylist comes out (who was very nice, might I add) and said she can get me in for a cut at 630pm. Um, in an hour? When nobody is in your lobby or in your chairs? What? That is the finest 1 star service you can receive! Will be taking my business across the street to Lady Janes, as this place clearly doesnt want it! ✌️Editing my review for the owner who replied- if your business is booming and is so great, why was every chair in your establishment, lobby included, empty? I cant wrap my mind around it! Nobody in the lobby or the chairs, but there is no room to service a walk in customer? 🤔

This may have been the best Judes experience I have had. It is becoming harder to just walk in without a long wait, but if you schedule a time by calling or check-in online the wait isnt bad at all. This last visit there were only two stylists, but also only myself and one other customer. The space is clean, the haircut was good, and The Jude was a great choice.

They really jacked up my wifes haircut and didnt even apologize. They took 50% off (no pun intended) the bill, but the the fact she had to pay anything for a mistake this big is ridiculous.Edit: Christina reached out to make the situation right. She handled the situation effectively and professionally.

Clean and friendly staff. Decent haircuts, plus you can go right next door to IMAX and see a movie, all the while your wife thinks your out buying yard supplies.

Great and quick haircut, fun environment. They dont seem to advertise it well as I didnt even know it was an option until my most recent visit, but the wash afterwards is 100% worth the few extra bucks. Ill be coming back for my next haircut. Thanks Becca!
