I’m a new foster parent and came into today with my new 11 year old son for a haircut. This was my first experience taking a boy to get his haircut and I called around local shops in my area. Carlos was the first barber to answer my call and when I asked about walk ins he told me to come right in and he’d take care of us. And it was the best decision I made! Carlos gave my son an amazing cut as well as being patient, kind, and took his time to make sure everything was clean and tight. The look on my son’s face said it all once he got out of the chair. I swear his confidence skyrocketed 100%.We will definitely be back. Thank you Carlos for taking the time and doing such a great job!

The older lady which is the owners sister literally cuts off my whole beard and mustache which was not asked to do and they still tried to charge me full price crazy didn’t try to work with me at all to compensate me for the see what they could possibly do to make it right for the customer did nothing
