Just moved to the area and found this amazing perfect pretty and unique Salon nearby! I got my hair cut, style and blow dry by Mandy, and she was simply AMMAZZZING! Such a delight to talk to and she really made me feel super comfortable and right at home. I will be Definitely be coming back again and asking for Mandy! She is so great at cutting hair and mine was long and super thick which she knew exactly how to give me what I was looking for 😃👍 thanks so much Head to Toe !! You guys all rock! Be back soon 💗

I started going to this salon after a botched hair color job at another salon. I had seen Melanie’s work online and thought she was really talented. She took her time and got the scary colors out and made my hair better than ever. I have not looked back and get compliments on my hair a lot - even from complete strangers and other hair dressers. This is also a “no drama” salon which I love. Everyone at the front desk is awesome and are happy to be there and they all work as a team! I always look forward to going!

The girl who cut my hair was friendly and polite but never listened to what I wanted. Told her I dont blow dry my hair and she straightened my hair after telling her I like my natural curly hair. I was quoted $45 and was charged $63. I never got the hair cut I asked for. I told her I wanted short on top to keep out of my face and I ended up with hair hanging in my face. She was suppose to feather it away from my face. My granddaughter could have done a better job and she is 9 yrs old.

I have had a couple of skincare treatments done here, and Joni is amazing. She has a wonderful personality and knows how to achieve fantastic results. My skin is glowing thanks to her. I’m looking forward to trying other available services.

When the Salon at the Rivergate Dillards closed, my lady went to Head to Toe. I followed not knowing anything about this salon except the building always reminded me of a whimsical castle in a Disney film. Being nervous, they were quite welcoming. I have been going to Joni for sometime now. She waxes my brows just right and we have a fun time every visit. She also helped me discover an additional chin hair and lip acne issue that were un-noticeable. I highly recommend Joni to whomever may need her services. She is professional, fun, and experienced in her field. Also, the ladies are very nice and the owner is quite efficient in making sure all COVID protocols are followed.

We have had great service in the past. This past year and today made our choice to never come to this salon again an easy decision, despite the fact we really love our hair stylist. Our first incident last year, I called to schedule my appointment for my daughter and I. The receptionist told me that the stylist we had been seeing in the past no longer worked there. So we made our appointment wiTh someone else. We showed up on our date and time scheduled and was told that there were no appointments scheduled for us. Today same thing, appointment scheduled for the wrong day and they had no one that could see us. All the receptionist could say was sorry. This is the second time this has happened and we will not be back. My daughter cried in the car for 20 minutes. Luckily I was able to find some place else. Terrible customer service, not to mention a huge inconvenience to us.

Me and my mom got our haircut on Thursday by Kaitlyn. She is the best! Im so happy with my cut. She actually listened to me when I told her a concern I had about previous cuts by other people. It looks better then it has in a long time and my mom loves her cur as well. I also really love the atmosphere of the house where its located. Its charming and comfortable.

First of all i have 13 years in customer service and this place was by far the best one Ive been to. I had my eyebrows waxed and hair cut. They both were amazing. Wonderful ladies. Love love this place. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Called back for fillers for my nails from the same one who did my nails and was told by the desk person answering the phone, oh, I didnt know she did fill-ins.How on earth can a person get nails if there is no continual fill-ins.The person answering the phone either knows nothing about nails, or it was an attempt to discourage me to return to the shop.Either way, that day they lost my TOTAL BUSINESS.I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH UNFRIENDLY AND HIGH AND MIGHTY SHOPS.THEY DONT NEED ME AND I MOST ASSUREDLY DO NOT NEED THEM.PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES WILL BE HAPPY TO ACCEPT MY $$$...without the attitude

Christy is the best. I went to her after recovering from Chemo. After she cut and styled my hair exactly like I wanted. Went back as second time for as shampoo and style. It was great. Prices are good, service is great. Will be my permanent hair salon.

I’ve always gotten my hair done here and they always do such an amazing job no matter if i’m doing fun colors or simple highlights. Warning though it’s a nice salon so you will spend a good bit but it’s worth it!

Full set of nails (acrylic) with just polish was 65 dollars. I had gift cards thank goodness. Which shame on me for not checking before hand but it was a price shock for sure.The tech was very nice but the nails were not 2 hours sitting there and 65 dollars good. I had them painted a darker color but everyone could tell were the tip ended and acrylic started. The file work wasnt smooth at all. I really was surprised when she finished, i just sat there looking at them in disbelief. Ridges and lines were extremely noticable. I really hate writing these reviews but I hated more having people ask who did your nails with disgust. I was going to ask her to please fix them when i was drying when she handed me the paper with the 65 dollar total and her next client sit down so i just decided to leave. I ended up filing them down as much as i could to try to smooth them out. I wont be returning. I was very disappointed
