I usually come here and go to T, she does 5 star quality. She was off so this time I tried a new tech and paid $70 for simple full set and gel polish. I broke a nail 1 day later. It’s been 3 days now and I’ve broken 3 nails.

Pedicure was fine. Nothing special but no issues either. Got dip nails and the color she used was not the color I picked. My nails all have lumps and dips and are not even or smooth at all. Asked for free hand jewels and she did the same design on both but one is missing jewels in the design and has a random accidental jewel way off on the side 🤦 I almost cried when I got to my car. I really wanted my money back for my nails. But I couldnt make it past my social anxiety to go back in 😭😭

I went here twice to get a nail repair. Both times different ladies repaired my nail and charged me $10. The third time I went for the EXACT SAME service with the EXACT SAME length, color, etc. the little guy charged me $18! After questioning the difference between what he did and what the other ladies did he replied “It’s only $18” very rudely. I decided to just pay and leave because the situation would have escalated quickly based on his attitude. He did a horrible job on the one nail as well. Very lumpy and not shaped to match the others. I was in a pinch and had an engagement to attend so it was better than nothing, but if you have a choice DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!

Horrible job!!! These are my sisters nails. We went in the same day at the same time. They tried telling her they were $67 how?!?! Mine are shorter, have designs on them and rhinestones but mine was $50??? No one gave us a name and didn’t even speak to us. Horrible place to go!She ended up with a bubble in her nail and it broke while she was taking a shower!!If y’all want us to pay high prices then y’all need to have better polish and attitudes!

They have gone up so much on their prices, it cost $215 for me and my daughter to get our toes and nails done. It was 51 each for our toes and 40 for my nails and 73 for my daughter. I could not believe it.

Today I took my sister who just came home from Florida to get her nails done . She loved them and of course so did I ! This is my go to salon since I moved here 4 months ago . The techs are amazing and take their tome with their clients and always makes sure youre satisfied before walking out the door . Oh, and lets not forget to mention the PRICES are AMAZING ! GO GET YOUR NAILS DONE TODAY YOURE MISSING OUT ! ( Uno nails were before my Pink Barbie nails ) ( My sisters Black nails )

There is never any residue left under nails and last so long! They are incredibly creative and will try any design you throw at them and make it fit your nail style. Already looking at what to do next time.

Very busy and unorganized. Seemed decently clean. Nails turned out nice however shape and paint was not the way I wanted but tech didnt listen she did what she thought would look good. I like short and more natural and asked for sport length, rounded with American manicure for paint.

This salon did a very good job on a gel manicure for me and new artificial nails for my niece. More, the prices cant be beat. My niece recommended it, but I had never been before. They lost a star for the lack of colors I was offered, lack of detail, and some attitude issues. We actually came one other night before the night of service. I stepped up to inquire whether they could do our nails. Though it turned out it was closer to their stores closing time than I knew, we were treated somewhat rudely unnecessarily. Had it not turned out that we were back in the mall soon & my niece vouched for their work, I would not have tried them. I have chosen to chalk it up to holidays this once. Definitely worth you giving a try too, especially if finances ever matter.

DONT GO! Ive had manicures for over a decade at clean spas! I was in a hurry and sadly, I stopped by Elite Nails for a manicure.  One week later, my nail bed began hurting and then throbbing...and now it hurts to touch it.  I went to the doctor and I have a Bacterial Infection that started at my nail bed!! NEVER AGAIN! The nail tech pulled out tools from her desk and I shouldve said please get another tool set so I could see if they came from a CLEAN TOOL KIT! Pay the extra $ for a spa with clean tools!  I will ALWAYS SPEND MY $$ at a nail salon at VENETIAN IN GREEN HILLS OR HENDERSONVILLE!!!!!

My wife likes this place and has had many good visits over the years. Im sure shell be back.

I was in the city visiting for the weekend. I decided to get my nails done. This is one of the most professional nail shops I have been to. I currently live in Kentucky and do not get any service like I experienced today. A young lady named T did my nails. She took her time doing my nails, but steady at the same time. I am beyond impressed. If Im ever in town again, I will surely be back.

I had to go to NAILS 1st across the street to relieve my pain from a new full set I got from ELITE NAILS. & Giiiiirl, theyve lost their touch BIG TIME. The color didnt last long & the nails were not completly dry or not pushed down hard enough because things were stuck under my nails.. I ONLY HAD THEM DONE 1 WEEKand not to mention the nail tech was judging my babys weight compared to hers (because theyre around the same age) the majority of the time and when her mother came in she started talking about her in their language with her and they were giggling. (not knowing i understand bits & pieces) & the mom peeps inside the car seat and follows with and how old is she? ...Now, at NAILS 1st Michelle was so sweet and did everything I asked for and more fixed the nail that wasnt fully on to begin with and replace a nail that completely fell off. She even played pik-a-boo with my daughter while doing my nails. I was in and out so fast once she got started & theyre not EXPEN$IVE!! Nails First 💅 is located right next to Panera.Will most defintely be going back there. Not HERE!

I love this place. I moved here a few months ago, and went to a lot of places looking for quality, and consistency. This is the only place that has that, at a very reasonable price. Elsewhere I went to either way for too much fee for a trivial job, or just not good. This shop is clean, and everyone is very nice. They also work great. I was extremely pleased when each visit

3*23*19 my first time at this nail shop. Received a pedicare. Was seated quickly. Afforded wine. I declined. Saw young lady rinse another glass after some drank the wine rinse with start water. No soap at all. Saw another work recycle the bag that go on foot tub. Just flipped it over for next person instead of getting a brand new on.

Everything looked new. Most importantly, my nails turned out beautifully! The only problem I really had was deciding what colors to get my nails in and they helped me timely. Amazing people! Amazing price! Will be back!

Ive gone here at least 3 times now. It was a pleasant visit. The employees are all friendly and helpful. And treated me like family. Damn good manicure. I literally could not be more happy with my nails! Hands down still the best place to get my SPA On! !

This is my second time here at Elite Nail & Spa,. And had a positive experience. They listened to what i want and gave great expertise advice. Once again, I could not be happier with my nails! They can do the coolest stuff with your nails too, like gold foil and dried flowers and lots and lots of glitter :)

My wife has been here twice, the first time was not good, today her appointment was with one lady and she was sent to a different man who she had last time, he did a terrible job, she left in tears with nails that needed to be fixed, and was over charged. Oh yeah, and to remove the nails from last time the guy used pliers and just ripped them off instead of dissolving and loosening them with acetone. Just unacceptable.

My first time today come to Elite Nail & Spa to get my nail done, I am really happy with the result. Friendly staffs and excellent custumer service . I got my long nails with some art design, the lady who did my nail very funny and fast . The price is so reasonable. I will definitely come back and recommend people to come .

I get the dipping powder on my nails, lots of color choices. Their prices are reasonable, same as most salons. The techs are very nice, friendly and do great work. Ill be returning for my next color change!!

I need to start out by saying that my first experience of going to this place was actually pretty good. I cant remember the name of the lady that I went to but she did a fantastic job. I am a classical guitarist that happens to get gels put on my nails because my nails even with plenty of carotene, seem to be on the brittle side and steel string guitars will do them in and just a couple of minutes. Because of this I get gels and I do not get acrylics. Acrylics are too hard and Destroy any shred of tone and control that I could have out of my guitar. Plus considering that my guitar is made from French polish they are hard enough to do severe damage if I accidentally were to hit the top of the instrument. When I go to a nail salon Im kind of an unusual Customer because I specifically request that they do not do anything to the tip of the nail. This includes shaping or doing anything destructive whatsoever to compromise the integrity of the tip. Essentially all I need for them to do is throw three coats of gel on and be done. That being said after 8 months of going to this particular nail salon I can say they have steadily declined. Instead of getting gels and a month later I need to return to have them touched up I get gels on and usually within a week the gel has completely deteriorated. But this past visit definitely has made it my last visit. I went in specifically requesting gels and I sat down as I usually did and explained not to touch the tip. I explained that I simply wanted them to apply gel and then leave everything else alone because I will take care of shaping it. I was in for the first time in about a month and a half from having a breakage and I was waiting for my nails to grow back so that I could properly shape them with the gels equipped. After explaining it, I made the mistake of turning to watch the television and when I looked back down suddenly I noticed that she had completely ignored what I said and put on acrylics. I immediately pointed it out to her and said they must be removed immediately. She tried to explain and tell me that gels are acrylics in which case I explained to her that they were not and literally reached around the counter and pointed at exactly what it was that she was supposed to put on my nails. This is such an insane screw-up that I almost have to question the validity of her license. She went to take the acrylic off and only got about half of it removed and then proceeded to literally file all of the tips of my nails down and literally ruined my thumbnail entirely. Not only did she leave part of the acrylic there but she did a pretty god-awful sloppy job of putting on the gels after the fact and to be honest with you it hasnt even been 3 days and the gel is beginning to deteriorate excessively more so than usual. Needless to say Ill be looking for business elsewhere when it comes to getting my nails done. Side note. if any of you can explain a great place to go to get said gels done.

Went in for 1 broke nail, my female nail tech didnt bother to speak to me, didn’t bother to try and find my nail color and was about to put a color so far off from what i have, charged me $5 which would have been fine had they had my color or even tried to find it!. I don’t expect anything from this post I just want people to what to expect when you go there.

Outstanding service and beautiful flowers in my pedi, everyone is so nice here not the typical nail salon.Love this place! Its nice to have nails done, but not usually a fan of nail salons. This was a wonderful experience all the way around! Will definitely go back.

Not A Critic Just A Customer!Thumbs Down!Disappointed in the service I received, I got the Basic Spa Pedicure but I guess I should have asked what all it included first because base coat, one coat of polish and a top coat, really?WhennI asked if she was going to exfoliate my feet ? she said that was e$tra, normally its included in the the spa treatment but hey what can I say except you get what you pay for I guess.....

I was the only customer but the guy still rushed on my nails paid $36 which wasnt worth it I got silver and pink but was charged an extra $5 for silver lines under the pink nails dont understand why I was charged an extra $5 for a color I already was charged for. The guy only did one coat of nail polish the silver lines are very messy he didnt do anything with my natural nails before he put the acrylic on and he didnt get all the nail polish I had on my natural nails off he seemed like he just didnt care my nails are also different lengths overall he did a horrible job and it wasnt worth my money! Ive had much better done. This was my first time here and I was really hoping for a good experience and didnt get one

All my nails came off the same day! They treated me with horrible respect! I payed 70 dollars for my feet and nails to be done bad ! I would not recommend them they did a terrible job !!!!

Guy did my pedicure and they talked him through the whole process. He didnt put a towel down for me, he files my skin of my toes, he nipped me three times, then had the audacity to half scrub my feet and did not use the correct lotion I PAID for. SPECIAL DELUXE MANICURE MY TAIL. I GOT A SPECIAL ALRIGHT. THEN THE OWNER WATCH THE WHOLE THING AND LIED ABOUT WHAT HE WITNESS. I FINALLY GOT UP CAUSE I COULDNT TAKE IT ANYMORE, Im a patience person and I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but NEVER AGAIN. Then on top on that he still expected for me to pay the full price. Not!! I will definitely be going further because this is new life extortion and to think because you said you will call security. Call them, I will dial. Because right Is right and wrong is wrong. And the icing on the cake talk about me in another language, SAY IT IN ENGLISH. AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! This is the worst nail shop that I have ever been in. I got a full in and asked for a particular color and he paint my nails white them the green. The whole nail, I did 2ask for when nail wanted French. Then set me under the dryer. I guess I was taking2a long time to dry do to the fact that the polish was so thick. They came and touched my nails and told me I was dry. I went to get my keys and guess what they were not dry. I called to tell them that they were not and my nails were messed up they completely ignored me. I left and went across the street and got what I wanted. I was just passing through, I do not love in Tennessee. But when I do come back to Tennessee. I will never go here again and I am telling everyone avoid this place like the plague. If not you will be so disappointed...you have been warned!!!!!

I randomly paid this salon a visit after I yelped them while in the Goodlettsville, area. I have thin nails but she still knew how to make it look nice. Perfection is very important to them. The only reason I need to come back.

I got acrylics for the first time and the employees were very nice and the service was fast. My only complaint would be that the person that did my nails I guess rushed so much that they didnt really paint a few correctly but thats not really a big deal. (Warning) for someone getting their nails done for the first time, they will probably hurt a bit for a few hours.

I just had a bad experience I went to them and got a pedicure with a tip on both of my big toes and and it hasn’t been a week and already the tip didn’t last mind you it hasn’t been a full week yet, I will not be going back and I don’t recomd anyone else

We went for pedicures and my gel fill!! !! She was a bit soft spoken and sweet. Great clean environment to get a manicure, pedicure etc. I will definitely be going back EVERY time Im in Goodlettsville.

If I could give a no star or negative star review I would. Went to go get dip powder done on my nails and the young lady was rushing the whole time so much so that she forgot to put the base coat on my second hand and I didnt notice because I was talking she drilled my cuticle and made it bleed my nails shape is very ugly I had to constantly tell her how to try and shape my nails but she acted as if she didnt understand I told her that I was not happy the older man with glasses asked me how I like my nails and I explained to him that I didnt he didnt say a word and I told them that I would not pay full price the younger Asian guy proceeds to look at my nails and say they look just fine which I expected him to say needless to say I want return of you do decide to go get your nails done go to the older Asian lady she seems to be the only one that actually halfway cares.

I usually go out of my way to my usual nail tech about twenty minutes away in the next city over. There is relaxing music and complimentary water! I definitely recommend here!

Don’t waste your money. It took them an entire hour to do my nails thinking that if it takes them that long it would be decent. No. I got them done Monday it’s now Thursday and half my nails have came completely off. Not even my fault I’m very careful after I get my nails. I called to see if they could fix and they hung up. Most awful service ever.

Professional, paid attention to detail which I very much appreciate and all very nice people! They got me in quick and I had the whole day to myself basically getting pampered from 12:45 to 4:45. The time did not bother me one bit! It was the best experience I’ve ever had! I had gotten a pedi with acrylic and they are wonderful, maybe the best I’ve ever had and also a dip mani Which are beautiful! They do not disappoint at all! Next time I’m at my boyfriends house in whitehouse I will be returning to them!

The guy here didnt do my nails right. They lift up and didnt get the shape right. He also wouldnt fix them I asked him to. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

My first time coming here... the acrylic job was off and lumpy and the paint job was just straight up bad. Only used one layer of nail polish, which was clearly sheer. It felt very rushed which is why it turned out so bad. Also, one of the guys did this. :/

Lots of dip colors and for only $40, which is cheaper than anywhere else. Only down fall is they are extremely busy with only 3 nail techs n two people doing pedis. Happy with nails but wait was at least 35 to 40 mins

Have been to Elite Nail for pedicures a couple of times. They are extremely friendly and do an excellent job! My last pedicure lasted at least 4 weeks.

The lady that did my nails was not welcoming at all. She rushed on my nails, didn’t do anything I wanted right. I wanted a dip with glitter tips and instead of using powder she used regular polish and a glitter paint on topand the acrylic looks like I need a fill in already. Poor customer service.

I was the first customer of the day. I got my fingernails dipped because its supposed to last longer. I usually dont fingernails done because I work with my hands a lot and play guitar -- so the polish or gel never sticks around long. Its been about a week and the dip has already outlasted most other polishes. The reason for the 3 star rating - I felt the staff member did a rush job for a manicure. My nails and cuticles were not cleaned or removed properly before starting the process. The tips that were added are not glued down all the way on some of the nails. Also, the manicure did not include them putting any lotion on my hands nor a massage, which every other place Ive had one has done.

Me and my daughter just had pedicures. We had a great experience!!! Will definitely be back next mother daughter day.

This nail salon is under new management and within the last three months it has totally changed for the better. I rarely have to wait that long. I have officially traded nail salons.

When I went into this salon I was told “sit down and we’ll be right with you” I waited for over 2 hours while watching people who came in way after me get their nails done. By the time he got me to the chair it was almost time to close and he did a sloppy job. My sister had went to shop so I was in there by myself. He handled my hand roughly and did not care about hurting me. He put me at the dryer and did not even give me a top clear coat. Now that it has been 3 weeks my nails are grown and I can tell he did it too hard because where the acrylic nail starts is blood shot red and when I try to take it off it pulls off my real nail even if I soak it in acetone. It is also very difficult to take off. Also he told my older sister a way cheaper price than he told me told me and we got the exact same thing (mind you im 13 and my sister is 19).

The wait is super long but they do a great job!

Andrew is amazing with my nails. I’ve been coming here for years and everyone has done my nails at one point and Andrew has been the only one who has done my nails how I want them at a reasonable price. I don’t let no one touch my nails unless it’s him and everyone at the shop knows it. I always get my long acrylic nails with colored powder. With my pedicures there I really haven’t had the greatest experience. The last time I was here the man doing my feet asked if i wanted them trimmed and I said yes & he was acting like he was cutting them and when he noticed that i was on my phone “not paying attention” he stopped trimming and moved on to the next thing. Everything was half done and the amount of polish he put on was insanely thick and he was all over the place with putting the polish. Just messy! So I wouldn’t recommend getting pedicures here.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I waited for 15 minutes even though I was told it was a 5 minute wait, then they allowed someone else to sit down when there was an open chair that had just walked in. Very unprofessional.
