Fred the general manager is a boots on the ground businessman. They deal with a high volume daily so I recommend showing up as early as possible. They are straight forward and give you the cheaper option unless you otherwise specify. My lifetime mechanic is retiring so this Jiffy Lube will be my new go to for my monthly oil change.

Got an oil change. Quick, easy, etc...This is two years in a row when I went for an inspection however the inspection guy was out.First, shouldnt management be able to do any jobs of their subordinates in a pinch? Like...if the manager couldnt change oil would that also be okay.Second... Im not saying its a very unlikely coincidence...but have other people gotten it done or are they just constantly in between guys?

I just went for an oil change and they let me know my brakes were in need for repair so I bit the bullet and had them do it, I had a super long wait BUT they only had three guys working the entire time I was waiting, non stop working, I believe it was Fred, Patrick, and Jeremy, they gave me a discount for my wait and kept me updated the entire time and comped my oil change because of the wait time, which again was mainly because it was only the three of them! My car is running great thanks to them

Had a flat tire and was across the street at a different business. Manager on duty came over to help and it took him a couple trips. Very friendly and helpful.

First time there. Had an accident across the street full shop went over one person stay behind but didnt know how to do oil change. Left me hanging for a long time. Asked to check my transmission fluid told me to have my garage that works on my car check it. Only looking to see how clean it is and the fluid level. But I wish them luck. They need to be more organized.

Sent my nephew there for an oil change. The poor kid almost fainted when they handed him a bill for $100. This on a 2004 RAV4!! Total rip off. Go anywhere but Jiffy Lube. Warn your family and friends!!

What a rip-off. They marked their prices up $60 and give you a Customer Appreciation discount of $20 so you still end up paying more.

Can get busy, cars in and out nicely. Spent a little more than I thought I would. Logan was very nice and explained everything even I could understand. Miss the free coffee and free car wash. New owners I guess. Would recommend. Coupons and discount appreciated, too. Please do Not forget to replace all the caps. The reservoir radiator cap is missing, a used one I found online cost me $8.00+ and some angina.

I came in for an oil change, and the service writer and all staff were very accommodating, professional and super friendly! The oil change was done very quickly. I felt like I had a pit crew working on my car, I was amazed! I had Fred, the store manager, recommend some maintenance things that were due and also made a recommendation to use a windshield treatment since he noticed my windshield was all chalky and smeared due to the road salt sticking to the glass. I went with his recommendation and I couldnt be happier! The product basically works like RainX but its made by a company called Trico and it doesnt have the hassle of waiting forever for the treatment to set up. The cost was well worth the value as my windshield hasnt been this clear and clean since Ive owned the car!! I swear!! I HIGHLY recommend going to these guys (and girl- shout out to her as well) for ANY vehicle maintenance needs! Theyre so helpful and informative!!

I called Jiffy Lube first and they said state inspections begin at 9. I arrived at 9 and after waiting 15 min i was told he was running late and would be there at 10. I waited for the hour and at 10:10 I was told he was almost there, he called and was up the street.... so I proceeded to wait another 10 min when a different employee told me sorry there are no inspections today... he called in sick .... so the first employee lied to me.....i will go elsewhere and NEVER here again.... management needs to hold a customer service in-service training for employees

I told the associate to hole the transaction because I had a 15.00 off coupon on my phone and he said it was too late. He didnt offer to credit me and rebill me with the coupon. Plus 95.00 for an oil change.

Came in for an oil change. The man that took me to the computer to discuss what else my 2015 Jeep Wrangler needed after the routine checks told me that they checked my front differential fluid and it was very dirty and needed to be changed immediately. I declined this service. He tried to persuade me but I continued to decline. He then told me to return to my vehicle while the oil change was completed (per covid rules) and I did. A minute later, he came over to my driver side door and opened it to tell me that he had to notate my account to show that I had declined the front differential fluid change because it was so dirty it was no longer safe to drive. He said they would not be liable for any problems. Again I declined and then paid for the oil change and left. I took my Jeep to my regular mechanic in Pittsfield and told him what the man at jiffy lube said. He brought it in and checked, and told me that the fluid was absolutely clear and perfect and did not need to be changed. He then said that he could tell that the plug had not even been removed to CHECK the fluid. I’m disappointed and will never return. They absolutely fabricated a problem and then wanted to charge me $99.95 to fix the imaginary problem.

He did the job fast and complete and offer at financial help with Synco as I didnt have a lot of money. Best in the Berkshires.

I always go to jiffy lube they have coupons and they are pretty inexpensive. Got a cabin air filter, oil change and a brake light bulb for around 95 bucks. Not bad at all

I went to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection and was very happy with my service all around. I was also pumped to only be there for about 15 minutes. Called in to see if they could service my 2010 Porsche Cayenne gts. They had to order my oil filter in which was there by the time I arrived. Had me in and out with-in 45 min. Brought my car in to be inspected since it was making noise. They quickly identified that the issue was with the AC compressor and were able to replace it the same afternoon at a reasonable price. The team was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Every time I’ve gone to this Jiffy Lube they’re fast, professional and nice. They also do top offs on oil and windshield wiper fluid after I get my oil done. I’ve stopped there when my tire pressure light randomly came on and they check it and added air without charging me anything. They also put my windshield wipers on at no charge when I bought them online. After oil changes they also give you a free car wash. I’ve never had any issues at this location and only had positive experiences.

Very pushy workers, who continue to shame and speak down to women car owners. When all you say you want is a basic oil change and nothing more 6x and they proceed to tell you your engine will seize if you don’t get the flush, your warranty will be voided if you don’t do 47 additional services that a brand new car with 5k does not need, you get nothing done and angrily vow you won’t go back!!! Also how a synthetic oil change costs $89.99 here and at the dealership it’s advertised as 49.99? Is that just the price for “dumb broads??”

I have gone to the location for years, but the last few visits service has been exceptional. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Coffee available while you wait. They provide good advice on car maintenance and can do most routine service, including replacing batteries. And I love that I get a free carwash when I go.

Poorly managed. I waited 30 minutes with no indication of how long my wait would be. I ended up leaving and going to a local Valvoline. I gave Valvoline 5 stars for their continued outstanding and timely service.

Brought car in for inspection; was greeted by a service person who was courteous, pleasant and helpful. They walked me through the garage and to the waiting area. The inspection person plus the mechanic brought me to the car and explained that it had passed but there was a front side light bulb that was loose and flickering and the rear brake pads were going to need replacing. They replaced the bulb and put some product onto the connecting wires and replaced it and it seemed to fix the flickering. And the mechanic showed me to what extent the brake pads were worn and how much it would start at to fix. Everyone showed excellent customer service skills and were extremely helpful and courteous. Even the person who checked me out was great. We continue to use them for oil changes and inspections with good results.

Always in and out! Love this one stop shop with the carwash and vacuum! Also coupons are always welcomed and never shunned! Zero pressure when informed about additional services, this is truly what keeps me coming back.

They left my cabin filter cover off, and the glove compartment door improperly installed. I can only imagine how careless they are with the oil filter and drain plug. I won’t be back, and I don’t recommend going there.

The guy at the counter was very pushy and tried to upsell me on a lot of other very expensive services and repairs when all I wanted was a simple oil change. I felt that I was talked down to nd arguedbwith when I kept repeating that I only wanted the oil change. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations where they vacuumed the interior, but I stead of doing that, they actually made a huge mess on the floor of my car and left it full of leaves and dirt that wasnt there before. They did not even put a sticker in my windshield, and the oil change was $5 more expensive than the posted price because of an extra fee that they dont tell you about until you are checking out. I will never be going here again.

Had to get recently registered car inspected, inspector was very nice and told me exactly what needed fixing to pass, nothing more. Told me the cheapest way to get things done, and I feel like the mechanics would do the same. Definitely would return.

They also went out of their way to help me print a copy of my new registration so I could get my overdue inspection done. I had arrived after working overnight so I was tired, and they did an inspection and oil change and several other services so quickly so I could get home to sleep, they are so considerate. Cameron was particularly helpful, and broke down my inspection for me step by step so I could see how “healthy” my car was, so I was reassured that my car is in great shape. They also gave me 2 free car washes for paying for those services. Couldn’t be happier, will be back again for my next oil change!

I own my own company called to setup a fleet account left message with technician, manager did not get back with me. sent my employee down for a oil change to check out the establishment, after seeing it advertise on the website for $59.99. After Service ended up with a bill for $98.84. Do not Recommend this place at all. At my regular Service Station (Pittsfield Tire) in Pittsfield Ma. I can get a care package which covers everything including a complete check over for around $52.99. They are truly Rip Off Artistes to the person who has little mechanical knowledge.

I went in for an routine oil change on South St. Ended up with an oil change and a new cabin filter which I didnt know I needed. They always let me know what I need done immediately. Thats why I always trust bringing my cars there. I also had some entertainment as well from the staff. They were short handed and running kind of ragged that day. The manager was seen out back punching the wall and screaming at one point. The staff made light of it and were saying she does that a lot when she is frustrated. They ignore it, that kinda made my day. At least they had some comic relief there. Those boys all need raises for all they deal with in that shop. Seems like it gets crazy there a lot.

I arrived at Jiffy lube just before 9am, after going next door to Haddad Toyota for a state inspection. The wait next door at Haddads was an hour and a half, so I was looking for something a little faster. I was greated by a friendly face the moment I parked my car, I didnt even have to walk in the building. The employee performing the inspection, and the manager were very hospitable. Anytime I have ever gotten my car inspected, it has taken at least 30 minutes, usually longer. These guys got it done in 25! I was absolutely amazed. Not to mention they give you a free car wash coupon!! Needless to say I was very happy with my service, and will be returning for future service.
