Apparently, Amazon is too cheap to repair the label return machine for customers now. Machine has been broken since New Years!! So Jeff Bezos wants ALL the 💰

As a Flex driver, when I show up at my time the people coordinating vehicles are great. They give clear directions and they are always helpful and friendly when questions arise.

Ive used this drop off place a couple of times since the Pandemic. Easy to get to, easy to park, Ive been the only person there so no line. Some one comes out quickly, scans the package from behind plexi glass and were done. A bit outside of town, but theres no traffic and it gets me out of the house.

Another high tech amazon warehouse

Lots of busy folks around here and they were nice enough to stop and take my giant return into the back room, since it wouldnt fit in the drop off and I was standing there looking confused. Ill most likely use this drop off again, since its probably easier for the folks that ship most of my stuff and the people working here are great folks.

Hard to locate suite entrance, but fast and courteous service.

Robilynn is one of the worst employees that covers the werehouse. She is extremely rude and should be fired. None of the drivers likes her

Huge, maze like parking area with no signage. After getting stopped by security for going the wrong way on a 1 way, I saw no other way to get to an unexplored area, and given directions; and then asking for directions again to learn the correct entrance to access my desired area of the compound, the return process was easy. Self service but an Amazonian was readily available to provide instructions and inspiration

Dropped off returned items here. Fast and easy for amazon returns! Staff was friendly.

Compared to the North Austin dropoff at UT with literally only 1 legal parking space, and a guy standing around waiting to ticket you, this place is great. Theres ample parking. I take them a cart full of returns and Im in and out within minutes. Bonus points because its close.I had to deduct a star because once half the returns I brought them didnt get scanned properly. I had to contact customer support twice and they handled it. Still this is exactly what I needed.UPDATE: Deducting further stars because losing my returns is becoming a regular occurrence. I return the item, Amazon says they never receive it, then they charge me for it again.This facility refuses to give a receipt, or allow me to scan any proof that theyve received the item. Sticky fingered employees? Generic loss that happens sometimes? Hard for me to say, but since they refuse to give any receipt, hard for anyone to prove either.

Driving for Amazon using there vans over my personal has been the best delivery job ive had. Great perks and super easy if you can get use to walking in the sun and lots of stairs. 2 weeks for the legs to get use to the stairs. Now I feel I could handle a MT. I dont like the fulfilment warehouses centers or jobs. aside from pay and the vast building itself is cool. Been the bottom fish to a assistant manager. The job isnt enjoyable unless your in a leadership position or indirect role. Jobs are so easy its boring and drops your IQ. Monkeys can do those positions but the pay makes it impossible to leave.
