The lady Leslie that did my nails was so upset because they asked her to stay late and do my nails, even though I called ahead and asked if they had enough time to do them. She was so rude and took an hour and 20 min to do a gel polish change. I am the nicest person ever and always leave a big tip this is the 1st time I did not leave a tip to a nail person. She was the rudest person ever. And I feel she took a long time to make her boss mad for making her stay late. I was trying to look past her rudeness and make her feel better by giving her compliments but that definitely went south. I said I love your tattoos she responded with hmm. 10 min later my polish is coming off. I paid 35 dollars (was told 40 in the beginning and said why 40) she then changed it to 35. All I had was a gel polish change. Never again will I go here, and now I get to go out my own polish to fix this mess. You are better off going to La nails 5 min down the street. The people at La nail are much nicer and only charge 22 for a gel polish change the only reason I didn’t go there already were booked. Now I know why. I would not have mind paying 40 if the girl wouldn’t have made me feel so uncomfortable. Maybe the manager needs to not make people that are already grumpy stay past the hours they were told to work.

I liked the nail experience but I think its hard to find a nail salon that considers what the customer wants when they ask for it. I’m always very nervous when visiting a new salon to get my nails done because I don’t like wasting my time or money. I like the application of my nails but I feel they could have been smoother than the end result. Eventually I’ll find a salon that is consistent all the way through. I would definitely say give them a try. I always give people the benefit of the doubt when visiting a salon because this is what they do for work and you expect them to do a good job. Anyway, I love the colors but I like to feel a smooth nail bed and consistency in the shape I select. Thanks for your time and efforts!

I went and got a pedicure and a full acrylic set done by Leslie and she did an amazing job with my nails her pedicure was a tad bit lengthy but she she was very informative about the service she was performing and was very nice with answering my questions about the steps because I’ve never been here before. I definitely recommend her for ombré nails and pedicure services.

My first time coming here and they didnt burn my hands with the nail drill. The gel polish was also done well. I also saw employees cleaning every chance they got and because of covid a lot more places need to be cleaning as well. They do seem to be short staffed well thats to be expected good help is so hard to find these days. All they are missin is the eyebrow waxin. If they did that I wouldnt need to go nowhere else ever.

I came wanting something i seen online. And the nail tech was eager to do them. She was very nice wuth helping me pick the colors and even color matched them to the orginal photo. After she was finished they look evety nice and clean. I would definitely recommend coming back to ser her again.

The pedicure was ok but the owner lady did a horrible job with my nails !Went in for a full set and asked for long slender nails since my hands are big -Her kids came in - and it was chaos !My nails are horrible - I’m so embarrassed !I asked them to fix - but they said they had to soak them all off !

My mom and I were excited to try a new place so we decided to go to Cutecle Nails. We regretted every minute of it. I called to make an appointment for manicures and pedicures because there was three of us and they were able to get us in with no problem at all. When we got there the 4 ladies were standing around like they werent sure what they were supposed to be doing. First red flag was when I said that I wanted a powder dip manicure and was informed that no one there knew how to do that. Second red flag was when she acted scared to cute my cuticles, didnt do any filing and then when she started painting it was getting all over my skin around my nail. She fixed that with a brush but it was really bad. I looked over at my mom and by the look of here face I could tell she was having the same experience. Our massage lasted maybe a minute. And my mom didnt get the massage or hot towels. At that point we started asking questions. I asked if they were in training and one girl said something like that and the other one said she was still doing her classes but virtual. Then those two same girls were talking to each other in front of us saying that they couldnt believe the owner was letting the third girl do a ladys toes that wasnt in school or had a license!!! The owner finally showed up. When we started checking out she came and asked us about our service and we voiced our complaints that we were unhappy with the service that we received and that we shouldnt have to pay full price for mediocre service by people who werent experienced or licensed. I could have done my nails and toes and saved money. The only discount that we got was $25 she didnt make my mom pay for her manicure because it looked so bad. No licenses we displayed either. I will never be back!!!!

My nails are horrible, I went for ombré nails and the lady doing them did not know how to do it. The end result was so bad we ended up just painting a solid color over my nails. My nails are crooked, bulky, and a couple of them you can see the whole side of my real nail where the fake nail wasn’t glued on straight. I was also there for 4 hours to get my toes and nails done. By the end I was so upset and just ready to go I paid and left. Definitely not worth 90$

I wish you guys well and hopefully you will receive this constructively to improve.I have been going to Cutecle Nails for approximately 6 mos. Though I think they are a little pricey, I use their services because they are close to my house and the work wasnt bad...until it was. Over the last couple of months, I had noticed a gradual decline in the quality of my manis and pedis but my last visit a couple of days ago, did it for me. I will not be returning. The nail tech took more than two hours for a gel manicure with solid colors. Also, she did not trim my cuticles (stating they looked fine), she didnt massage my hands nor give them the hot towel treatment. She filed my nails down so low, I had to ask for a tip on the thumb and Im pretty sure I was charged for that. It was so big and bulky, Ive been filing it every day trying to make it look normal. So what did she do that took two hours? I havent figured it out yet. I hate to leave bad reviews but not as much as I hate to waste money. Sorry, but this place is officially a NO for me.

Friendly service want to please the customer. I enjoyed the pedicure so much, loved that they use fruit and flower petals in the water. They have dip nails too and do a great job!

For acrylic and am very happy with it. Hard to find anyone who will do acrylic instead of dip. They seem very honest too.

I was so excited to check out this new nail salon. However, I had a really bad experience. My first time at the nail salon I was accused of not paying for my service and then I received a phone call that I did not pay for the service and after the owner looked at the cameras she noticed that I did pay. I did not appreciate how I was accused of not paying when I actually paid and gave a tip for my service. This was very poor customer service and was not professional. However, I ended up going again to give it another try and that was not a good choice at all. I used some acetone to clean my own nails and the owner, Hillary wanted to charge me for using just a tiny bit of acetone that one of her coworker gave me, to fix my nails. I did not appreciate that at all. I do not recommend this nail salon due to the unprofessionalism. I will not be returning back.

I really really wanted to like this place. It’s close and convenient, and the girl at the front is extremely nice. The first time I went in, everything was great. The second time, the gel polish peeled off of half of one of my nails after about 9 days. I went in again to get it fixed and have my nails filled, I mentioned that one of them was peeling off. 6 days later that same nail is coming off again. I’ve been to many nail salons, but have never had nails come off after a week.

I love this place as if it is my home. The services are amazing and caring. Going into this shop is like being welcome at home with joy and kindness. The employees are very attentive and respectful. The prices are fair. My hearts goes big for this shop! Trust me, you will see it is worth being there.

My daughter made us a pedicure appt as a late Mothers day gift to me. It was very relaxing. Kathy did an excellent job. I do recommend to make an appt as the place is rather small.

Extremely disappointing, I went last weekend with some girl friends. I had been here once before and at the time it was fairly reasonably priced. However, this time that was not the case. I was charged $68 for a powder dip manicure on my bare nail(no acrylics, no soak off). The most I have ever paid for this service in the area is $40. If it was just the price increase, I would not have been upset. (After all, I should have double checked that the prices hadn’t changed before booking.) The day after my service I had 2 nails chip, and my friend had one chip as well. That has never happened to me since I started getting dipped nails, which typically last a couple weeks. I went back and asked if they could fix it. They did repair it, but later on THAT evening it chipped again! The most expensive manicure I have had in my life and it didn’t even make it 2 days! What a waste!

I was excited to try out a new business, but Im so disappointed. I had a set of dip nails put on and they always last 4 weeks but this set only lasted 12 days before they started coming off. Paying $65 dollars and getting poor quality is not acceptable. They will not do anything about it other than have me pay for another complete set. Not going to happen. I will not be returning to this establishment and DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone.

I found them on google when I was looking for a place to get my nails done. I loved the atmosphere, the person who did my acrylic set was amazing and held great conversation, and to top it all off my nails looked GORGEOUS!! I am most definitely going back 10/10 love love loved it.

Treated my mom and sister to a Medi Pedi and I had the same services. You can always count on the owner to get your nails together as she has been doing mine for years now. The Mani Pedis were excellent as well, the water felt amazing and all of our nail techs took very good care of us. I will always use and recommend them when I am in town.

Walked in with no appointment, but had a minimal wait time. I had a conventional pedi with Monica; there were more luxurious options, but they include rose petals and I’m allergic. Monica was super sweet, very gentle, and everything was clean and organized. Next I got a full set with gel polish with Billy. Again: clean, professional, put me at ease because this was my first time with acrylics.Also noticed how the staff kept everyone socially distanced as the salon became more busy. Everyone wore face coverings, there was at least one seat beteern parties. Was highly satisfied, and will be back.

Monica did a great job!

Went in an hour and half before closing there was a lady who walked in right before i did and was sat down. When i walked to the counter, i was told that they were closed. I said your door says you close at 7:30 and the man at the desk proceeds to tell me we do but we’re now closed.
