Couldnt ask for a better team. I hadnt seen a dentist for years over the trauma and stress of the gamble that comes with finding one that will listen and not make things worse. They listen and care and do phenomenal work. I just wish I had insurance that cared as much as they did.

Dr.Rajdeep K Sandhu is really attentive and friendly to her patients. The best dentist I have ever been to!! Would definitely recommend her.

The doctor and staff are very nice and supportive, especially Dr. Sandhu she is marvelous with her skill and words.

Check-in was quick and seamless. The necessary Covid-19 protocols were followed from arrival to departure. Dr. Sandhu and her assistant were very clear and considerate in their care and the instructions they provided.

I’ve had such great experiences here! I was previously going to a dentist that made me feel so uncomfortable and unhappy with my smile and started looking for a new dentist because I was dreading going back. Everyone at Germantown Dental Service has been very responsive from the moment I made the appointment and throughout my visits. I have to say that the one thing that made me want to write the review the most was a little unexpected....I had to get a filling on a tooth that Had an old broken filling and it came out so nice and realistic! I really appreciate the time and work, I will definitely be referring my friends!

This practice far exceeds my expectations. The staff are professional, friendly, take pride in their work and treat patients very well. I’ve never had any issues with the work that I’ve had done....... during or after any procedures. Sometimes going to the dentist you expect the worse when getting certain things done but, I know I don’t have to worry because I’m in good hands with them.

Dr Sandhu is very gentle and kind himan being despite of the fact that shes is an excellent Dentist. Have been treated well every time Ive had an appointment. The staff are friendly & talkative, instilling confidence in me as a patient & making me feel less nervous, which is a great quality when it comes to a dentistry office. The times Ive had fillings here I nearly fell asleep in the chair, Dr. Sandhu is gentle & after nearly a decade of avoiding going to see a dentist, Im no longer afraid to get my teeth worked on. Ill keep coming back.

I had an awesome experience at this dental office, starting with the front desk they are very professional and friendly as well as the dental assistants, always with great attitude and friendly smile. The Doctor is very nice and gentle she treats as if you were her friend/family not to mention she is very intelligent lady. This is a perfect place to go and get your teeth cleaned not only because of your teeth but because of the attitude that they all have at this office.

Not impressed. The entry way seems as though you are walking into a barn, or stable not a brightly lit, clean dentist office. Door entry way is not clean, and the receptionists are off putting. The receptionist barely recognizes you, really no formal greeting at all! I arrived early, at approximately 12:05 for a 12:30 appointment, completed the paper work, but was not seen until about 12:50 or so. Finally made it back and first thing I noticed was a thick amount of dust on an office chair located in the room where I am supposed to get my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant who took my X-ray was nice and accommodating, however I did not feel comfortable with the apparatus that you hold in your mouth for the x-ray because it seemed worn and needs to be replaced . I can appreciate the attempt at giving new clients a “gift” but the coldness of the staff and uncleanliness of the office made the gesture insincere. I have seen better in a war zone Do better with your entry way, lobby, front desk personnel, office equipment and dental materials and you may have a much better rating. In the mean time, my family and I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Sandhu has been our dentist for over 10 years. The staff is always kind and they really care about their patients. My family and I couldnt recommend a better Dentist.

This place is a mess. Unprofessional, rude, and they dont really know what they are doing. Doctor does not do the cleaning, but the hygienist. She barely looks at the patient and recommends you to get filling done even though you do not need them. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible. I was in there for 2 hours for a CLEANING. Hygienist was slow and inefficient, overall a horrible experience. Definitely going to switch dentists.

We did some windows and glass work for them, very clean office, professional and friendly personal.

Dr. Sandhu has been seeing my family and I for years. She and her staff are very professional, friendly and up front with costs. I cant recall a bad experience at her office.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!
