Bear does an incredible job with my nails and the salon is extremely clean. They’re taking Covid seriously and require masks. I keep coming back! 💗💗💗

I have been to this nail spa 3 times and have had such good experiences. The service I received from Shawn was outstanding. He has given me the best nail service I have had in this area. The salon is professional and friendly. It is pretty and the atmosphere is relaxing. I am so happy I found Embassy Nail Spa.

Ive been coming to this location for about 3yrs now and I love it here, Cindy Lu is my go to for pedicure service, she listens to all my requests which puts me at ease and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this location for all nail service!! Very clean and professional! Ohhh and I cant forget the complementary wine they serve definitely an A+ in my books!!!

Each time I come here the service is always professional and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I always go with Jenny for my Pedicure, but they are all awesome because of the many recurring customers I see. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting great service and customer service!!

My best friend and I went in today to get gel manicures. Typically, a manicure consists of cleaning and prepping the nail bed prior to applying polish along with removing ALL of the remaining polish that is already on the nail. I got neither of those, yet I still paid the price of a full gel manicure. The polish is all over my cuticle, the edges of my nails are rough and scratchy, and you can see all of my old polish that I had on before I went in. I get that places can be busy, but if I’m told the wait is 20/25 minutes, and I end up waiting almost an hour, do my nails properly. Definitely could have done this myself and I will NEVER return to this salon ever again.

My gel nails that I asked for look like they are grown out after just getting them done. The polish doesn’t even cover my entire nail. The sides are filed down and bubbly. Do not recommend this place at all.

Have gone here one time, my nails grow fast and since my last visit cost me over $100 for gel manicure and pedicure I wanted to save my self some money. I dont know what they used but I bought two different brands of acetone and No gel polish would come off my nails after soaking them for over and hour! Not to mention it was applied so thick it left a divit on my nail as it grew out!

My first time here and Holly did my nails so beautiful, she did it fast and very nice and very friendly. She give me the opinion to do my eyelashes and I love it I will recommend to friends and family come to Holly to do.

I have been to this location before and I did not have a positive experience, however it has been more than a year, so I thought I would give them another go. Shame on me. I made a 1pm appointment, and I still haven’t been in the chair. I was on time, and they took customers in front of me, who arrived after me. This place is obviously understaffed. If I could give them a lesser rate than 1 star I would. I am completely dissatisfied. There also seemed to be less regard for the black and brown clients and I will NEVER be back.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I got a pedicure with Andy, the tattooed guy, and he was very rude and unprofessional. He also did a poor job with my nails. I’m not coming back to this place again. What a waste of time and money.

My friend and I came in today (Monday), and after waiting 45 minutes after being told a 25 minute wait - we finally got called to get our nails done. We both had natural nails but with gel polish that needed to be changed. Our nails look SO bad. Hers worse than mine, but mine are still not worth the $36 I paid. The salon was a train wreck and they could not keep up with walk ins and appointments. I was sitting at the chair getting my nails done for a total of 15 minutes and it was so rushed. I can’t wait to see how quick my nails are going to start to chip. It was ridiculous. I will not be returning to this salon ever again.

The lady that was doing my nails was rushing and did a horrible job. My nails are super uneven and extremely crooked. She was just trying to get me out of the chair as fast as she could. I’m usually not picky with nails but this straight up looks horrible.

I usually enjoy it every time I come but this time was different. I had a picture of exactly what i wanted and the product was nothing like the picture. The lady working on me seemed like she couldnt care less about my nails or how good she was doing. Everyone around me was yelling or loudly talking while crowding the station I was being seated at. As someone with anxiety things like this should be relaxing but instead, this caused more stress and made me very anxious almost to the point of tears. An employees child has been running around causing chaos and just overall not very pleased🙁.

Long story short....I was specific about what I wanted, with pictures. Some of my nails are narrow. some are almond, long, short...even lifting after 1 week. Only 1 nt..... the wait is too long first thing in the morning. Most importantly women of color arent treated the same as non. Side bar... ALL of us dont use slang as our first language. And, SOME of us TIP, WELL.I addressed my concerns which mean nothing so adding to the reviews surely will too.

Last Saturday (day before Mother’s Day) my daughter treated me to getting my nails done. I always get the dip powder and it always last me at least 2.5 wks. The older gentleman in the back did them and I’m not sure if he didn’t put enough powder or did the entire process right. Sadly to say not this time by Monday two nails started chipping by Wednesday 2 more. So I definitely will not be going there any more! Waste of time and money!!!

This place is horrible. Went on Sandy to get my nails done paid $57 went back on Monday to get two of my nails fixed. Had to go to a whole Nother salon to get my nails fixed pay $58 went back to this salon to get my money back and they tell me they do not do refunds that he would give me someone good to do my nails never again whatever you do do not get these incompetent people to do your nails

I highly recommend this nail salon this was my first time ever going here and they did absolutely fantastic!! My previous salon messed up my nails really bad and they fixed them and they look absolutely amazing! Will for sure come back here.

Waited for more than 40 minutes for a pedicure despite making an appointment. They certainly don’t care about their customers

Came in with my daughter and they did a very poor job on both of our pedicures. Barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet wanted to charge an extra $6 for something (unknown). Total waste of a $30 pedi. Ill stick with other places that value their work. No to mention cant understand English nor polish.

Pedicures are not that great for a man, the length and attention to detail is very small.

Will never return. Tattoed guy with Last Airbender earrings did a terrible job. My cuticles are a wreck, they didn’t have any of the colors I wanted, or he wouldn’t get them for me, there was product on my fingers and skin, overall the work was awful. He was rude, didn’t talk with me, he just word vommited to me the entire time. This was a trainwreck of an experience and a waste of money. Now I’m stuck with a mess on my hands that I’ll have to pay more to fix.

I went in there as a walk in hoping for a pedicure. They told me it would be about 5 minutes—I said sure I’ll wait. Right after they said something to me another customer getting her nails done said “I’ll be after her if it’s only 5 minutes” well five minutes rolled around and they were going to take the other lady back before me and proceeded to tell me I had to wait 10 more minutes. No thank you—if you run better by appointment only please have a sign on the door. It seems like they didn’t even care when I said I was going somewhere else.

Its hard to find a place that takes their time and pays attention to the details when getting a pedicure (especially for a guy). They did a great job and the ambiance is better than most other nail salons in the area. My technician was very friendly, attentive, and did a great job. Well definitely be back!

I came here about 4 weeks ago to get a manicure. Two other ladies walked in ahead of me. I noticed that they immediately left. That’s when I noticed that there were employees in there without wearing mask and a large amount of flies everywhere! I immediately got up and told the guy never mind. He asked why and I told him you guys have way too many flies! What was really weird was the fact that he acted as if he didn’t even see them. The place was covered in flies. Note, it’s fall! It made me wonder if there was something dead in the back room. Never going back.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I have been to this nail salon 4 times; have gotten gel nails 3 times and a pedicure with gel polish twice. The shop is very clean. Everyone there is very nice and professional. I have never had to wait long any of the times I have been. My nails look great!

Anne and Dough is the best! Anne is my nail technician but when shes unavailable, I will see dough. Overall, I enjoy coming here. All the staffs are kind and the environment is very nice.

Took my wife for her birthday. We both got pedicures but they provided us with a rush job asking for money before nearly finishing. There were some extra charges that were not made known prior to the services provided. I just feel like they could have provided better service and made the entire cost more transparent rather than trying to tack on things during the process. Will not be returning.

Dont waste your money or time! This was my first and last visit to this place. I was shuffled around to 3 different stations and they spend more time talking to each other than talking to you about whats going on. Then for some reason this woman was insistent on trying to cut my natural nails down....I had to tell her 4 times...NO! Which seemed to give her an attitude and she did the bare minimum of a manicure. When shes done my polish doesnt even start at my cuticles.....there is gap of blank space between my cuticle and where my polish starts....ON ALL OF MY NAILS!! and even on the side of some....what kind of nail spa cant paint a whole nail....

My first time experience in this place with Shawn was GREAT untill 3 days later 2 of my nails started chipping off i went back to get it fixed again, but 2 days later the middle nail broke. I honestly can tell you it is NOT Shawns fault. He does an EXCELLENT JOB! I LOVE IT! But, I truely believe this place uses one of the Cheapest product. And i also have a complain about this place always having flies every where especially while waiting on the seats, its so annoying how lots of flies surrounds the area.

All my nails are different shapes and sizes and look like someone’s toddler did them, I’m livid🙄

It was in all a horrible experience the man who did my toes was very vulgar and the man took forever to do my finger nails for them to break the same week .. my toes look like a Child painted them do not recommend!!!!!

I walk in and asked for an acrílic set with a regular shape but round the edges since I have a baby, they did an awful job before polish I complain that some nails where thick and some looked uneven and crocked, the manager tried to fix them but before fixing them they asked for a payment $30 and I said ok I’ll pay he said he will fix them. Then he attempted to do a coffin shape but my nails are no where a coffin shape. Once he “fixed” I didn’t even let them paint my nails. I felt awfully bad my nails didn’t looked fixed and I had to put a clear nail polish at home not call attention to this ugly nail job!!!!!!! But hey they made me paid before “fixing to my satisfaction “ . Don’t go there. My sister in law went with me and she got an awful job too. She will review and post images Too!!!

I got neon french tips with a cow design that you can see in the pictures for this nail salon, and my technician did amazing!!! Exactly what I asked for!! James did my nails but honestly everyone does great.

I got a mani-pedi, with regular polish, and an eyebrow wax. I went earlier today (a Sunday afternoon), and the service was pretty quick. The back door was kept wide open and there were so many flies, big and small. Also, there were two wasps flying around that no one seemed to notice. I was terrified. The manicure table I sat at looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in a while. Some of the people inside weren’t wearing masks at times (customers and employees). I paid $60 for my 3 services and left a small tip because of COVID, but I won’t be back.

Shawn has done my nails for the last 2-3 years. He is absolutely amazing at what he does!!! My mom has Cindy do her nails every time. They always for come out AWESOME. I love love love this place- had to follow these two talented people from their old place they sold. Wayyyyy worth the extra 10 minute drive ❤️

Shawn has been doing my nails for years now and has now moved to this new location. He is awesome and have never had a problem. He is easy to get an appointment and does great work. Hes great to get a long with and will listen to you in how you want your nails done. Highly recommend him at Embassy!!

I called at 11:30am on Sunday, October 4th. I asked did they have any openings for a pedicure and they told me I can come at 12 because that’s when they open. I was in the parking lot at 11:45 and watched 3 people walk in to get service. I walked in at 11:55 because I thought they weren’t open until 12 and it’s 8 people inside already getting service already. They told me it will be 5 mins until I can get serviced.5 mins past and they still haven’t called me, someone finally tells me the last pedicure chair was ready for me and when i get over there it already had a plastic bag in there with a little bit of water. I sat for 10 mins and nobody acknowledged me so I get up and walk out and now they offered me something to drink and how someone can help me now.I’ll never return. The embassy nail spa in cary was not like this one!!

Visited the store on 7/9. Store didnt have alot of customers which was good considering Covid. Nail tech did an awesome job with nails. The downside is that the store was not very clean. Open soda cans and water bottles were left on counters, windows were dirty and dust was everywhere. Quite a few nail techs were sitting around which made me wonder if anyone saw the dirt. I also didnt see any sanitizing of nail stations or chairs.Sadly, the salon appears to have gone downhill since it first opened. Theyve definitely lost me as a customer.

Went for a pedicure and acrylic soak off. Pedicure was decent. Instead of soaking off my nails the lady wanted to take a short cut by trying to remove them with the plier looking gadget. She was being extremely rough and punctured my finger which then began to bleed then I told her to stop and just paid her for the pedicure. She carelessly said sorry and did not try to clean the wound or anything. Unsanitary! I will not be back!

I like this spa. But, today they started breaking covid-19 restrictions by placing strangers beside one another without a shield. It was very uncomfortable. I hope they do not continue operating in this manner.

Love this place! Been going for months always super nice clean and fast! Shawn did my nails today and he is my new favorite! He’s new at this shop everyone go check him out!! I’m super picky about my nails and the shape and he really outdid himself!

First time experience was not pleasurable at all! Polish did not match on my toes and nails and I requested toe it to be fixed. I understand this is not their fault but neither is it mine but they charged me to remove the polished and to re-paint them. For as much as it cost and I always include a tip I shouldn’t have to pay for my polishes to match. I will never go back!

Shawn is the best, been going to him for a couple years at another location and he has moved to this location. Will follow him where ever he goes. He is very knowledgeable on what is going on with your nails and how to correct any issues. Ask for him if you go here.

I made an appointment for an hour before they close to get gel nails taken off because I can’t have gel nails for work. I got there 5 mins early and the lady told me rudely she had been waiting for me. She was in a rush for me to leave the whole time, was very rude and rough with my hands, and when she finished as I was leaving and about to pay she rudely said “finally, now I can go home, I’ve been stuck here because of you!”. Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon and I won’t be returning.

I understand there are added precautions due to COVID 19 but if you can’t provide quality service to your customers you should not be open. I only came for a pedicure and was not even allowed to let my toes dry. Needless to say my polish was ruined by the time I reached the car.

BEST MANICURE EVER! I got my nails done here almost 3 weeks ago. I got an almond shape, light pink color, acrylic polish with tips. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, I have had many manicures in my days and this is by far the best quality for the best price, too! I came in an hour to close, and I was in a rush as I had a plane to catch the next morning. They sat me down right away, there are no shortages of employees or tables!! Definitely going to be my new go-to spot. Can’t stress enough how wonderful this shop is.

I just started going here because my former nailTech just wouldn’t do what I wanted. No matter how many times I asked. I went in on a whim with nails that were really a mess and was assigned Shawn as a tech ( walk in appointment) He was totally professional and personable, friendly and knowledgeable, he understood what I wanted and got it done. He actually removed my old set and put on a new set in less time than my former tech could do a fill. And he did a wonderful job! Just went again today and again he did a great job. As a business owner myself I know that people are quick to write negative reviews when any little thing upsets them but seldom write when a job is well done. Embassy is relaxing and clean and all the people there seem to know their craft well. I love the sparkly chandeliers and the huge pedi chairs. You should give them a try.

I went in for a full set of gel nails. I needed tips. I was there two hours and I’ve never had nails so uneven and wavy and not shaped normal. You could clearly see the tip in the end of each of my nails. I paid $55 and even left a $5 tip. The girl was very nice and the atmosphere and the place was nice. She just needs way more practice in nails. I left there and couldn’t believe how bad they really were. I had to call my connection at another nail place and had to in turn go pay $40 more to get my nails to look as normal as they could possibly do. I’m not bad mouthing the tech, she just needs more training or experience. I just didn’t have he heart to tell her badly they looked.

Today was my first day going to Embassy Nail spa . Shawn did my nails and he did a fantastic job. But then he always does .it was the first time he gave me a pedicure too. As long as hes there Ill keep going back.

Gel nails lifted after 3 days. The service was great, however, the gel was placed at the cuticle. The technique was properly done (layering and curing), however put on too thick and touching the cuticle. Anyone with any training, or watching you tube lessons for that matter should know that gel polish can not be placed at the cuticle or it will not last. I typically end up doing my own gel nails because I can not find anyone in the Garner area that knows how to avoid the cuticle. It is infuriating to spend a bunch a money, and sit for that long only to have the entire nail polish lift, catch, and peel within 3 days on at least 4 nails.

Despite how cute and luxury this salon looks I had a horrible experience. I went for an eyebrow wax and had a horrible experience. The man literally put the hot wax on my eyebrow without cooling it off first. Who does that? It was entirely too hot and he didn’t even use anything to clean the brows after waxing them. Absolutely terrible I won’t be back.

Amazing service. Professional nail technicians. Beautiful spa. I come here to have gel manicures and pedicures. Their manicures last more than two weeks. I make sure to go on days and times where there is less of a wait, like Friday evenings or Sunday afternoons. I dont wait long for service. Drinks are offered with service. I love this spa 💜

This was the very 1st nail shop I experienced here in Garner almost 6 months ago. The decor is awesome, feels like Im in some posh salon in Beverly Hills. All of the chandeliers and everyone is so warm and friendly. Definitely would say make an appointment, they get a little busy, but definitely worth the wait.

Meh - the location is handy for me, and they were able to see me with no appointment on a weeknight, but I dont think Ill be back. The pedicure chairs and other furniture are jammed too close together, and the furniture and towels were in rough shape, and it generally wasnt clean. When I took my shoes off and stepped on the floor by my chair it was wet, and the tech looked irritated when I pointed it out. I wont be back.

Felt rushed and was not satisfied with the manicure being stopped and asked to pay prior to finishing the nails. Leaving with my a rushed finale result and uneven job. Wish they would have taken time with quality vs rushing to get in more clients.

I went to embassy specifically for Queenie. I loved Queenie doing my nails. I don’t have much of a review on the place, only Queenie. She no longer works there, for anyone looking for her now she is at Diva Spa nails by the movie theatre at White Oak!

The whole time my friend and I were getting pedicures a woman (I think she worked there?) was talking and whispering to our nail techs and being kind of obnoxious. Then as our nails were drying there were 3 employees hanging out on the chairs behind us talking and laughing so loudly we could not hear each other and another employee had to shush them. Overall ruined the experience of a “spa” environment. I will not ever come here again.

They are not checking everyone’s temperature when the walking like Guidelines state they are suppose to. At 12:12 pm they have more than 50% capacity and they are not making be wait in their cars for there appointment. Went to get my nails done for the first since covid 19. And I had the worst experience wanted coffin shaped and she didnt shape them right all im not impressed and wont go back.

Services seem shorter than other salons and they do not greet you when you walk in so its hard to know the wait time. It also has a very strong chemical smell that is hard to ignore. The salon itself is very nice, but the customer service could use improvements.

Poor customer service, prices are too expensive & environment not welcoming at all... My pedicure was terrible. He rushed on my pedicure and it pretty much was cutting nails down, polish, and applying lotion. Everything else that shouldve been included was extra. My nails look amazing but the tech had issues complaining my fingers werent relaxed. At the end of my visit i was charged $15 more than quoted originally. I spent $100 and wasnt offered a beverage. Another customer asked ped. tech why he didnt offer me a beverage and his response was I forgot and didnt offer after the fact. This is my 1st and last time at this location.

Gel polish lasted 1 day. Color was dull, not shiny. They took off my old gel polish with a drill.. I had indentions in my nails, they were uneven, cut way too short on one hand and they were rough on the ends. I was there on Friday and today is Sunday. Im going to get my nails re-polished at another salon. A huge waste of my time and money. I am very disappointed. They charged me $25 for a Polish change and most salons only charge $20.

I enjoyed going every other weekend with the old manager. The place was welcoming and I didn’t mind waiting, if need be. New management has the place chaotic. Some of my favorite staff members have left. I sat waiting in a massage pedicure chair for 15 min before someone asked me if I was being helped. The problem was the person that took me to the private chair area forgot to tell “whoever” I was there. The atmosphere is not so welcoming and relaxing anymore so I have changed nail salon.

I wanted this salon to be great because it is so close to my house, but I was disappointed. I went in for a pedicure which was pretty decent. It was expensive compared to the pedicure I get at my regular salon in Cameron Village, but I figured it was so much easier and closer than driving all the way into Raleigh. I decided to go back for a gel polish manicure. When I left the salon, my fingers were so sore from the filing, and the polish chipped one day later! My nails are cracking and breaking after five days. This has never happened to my nails before. The salon uses clean tools, but the overall feel of the salon is kind of grimy in my opinion. I will stick with my usual salon in Raleigh.
