Sam is above and beyond! He does not push you to purchase, finds a reasonable and perfect jewelry for your needs. Also very friendly when you take your ring for an inspection, he welcomes you well and does the inspection and cleaning in timely manner very nicely. I live in NJ but go here to buy stuff from Sam.

The staffs are very professional and friendly. Whenever me and my husband go to Roosevelt Field Mall, that’s must visit store because the customer service is great and we have always enjoyed our in store experience.

Customer service is awful here. My boyfriend and I came on four different occasions to make the same return. The first time we were told by the assistant manager the ring he had ordered did not come in despite showing her the email saying it was supposed to arrive that day. We came back later once he received an email saying the shipment had arrived. When we came back the assistant manager rolled her eyes upon our entrance. She then told us she didnt receive anything until we pulled up the tracking email. She then said there were too many shipments and she wouldnt have time. We came back two additional times once told the system was down and the next the helpful man was trying to work it out with customer service. On our fourth visit, a sales associate told us the system was down and we would have to come back. We refused as it seemed to be the same story. The manager and an associate were able to assist us. Although we love Kay, we would not come back due to the horrible customer service from the two associates, mainly the assistant manager.

Had a great experience with Carol. She helped me look for my wedding band to match my engagement ring. Came back with my fiance for the purchase and will be back for sure! She was very helpful and patient with us.

The best customer service experience Ive ever encountered!!!! Chelsea did more than just help me find what I needed, she connected with me in a way that was too unreal to put into words!!!! She went above and beyond and needs to be fast tracked to management soon!!! BEST BEST BEST!!!!!!!

Ive been to this location twice now and both Chelsey and Carol couldnt have been more helpful, accommodating, and patient; taking the time to listen to what I was looking for and make suggestions.They are a friendly and personable team... I was shocked to see so many negative reviews and can only presume those were former employees.

Worst service ever! 5 people and walking around and all too busy to get a ring, unreal so sad I bought my ring from here and the people are so rude like if it’s your fault they picked this job, at least be happy you have a job! I recommend never come here again!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen . Very rude. My husband and I were standing for about 5-8 minutes and no one bothered to say anything until we said something. They were not trying to help us giving excuses. We’re members for over 5 years and this is truly sad. I’ve never been treated like this by anyone at the other locations. Disgusting SERVICE !!

Terrible customer service. Kays you need better representatives at Roosevelt field mall. I called all yesterday trying to find out why my engagement ring hasnt come in from a fix; no answer alllll day. One guy that works there was very rude. I will never go back.
