I took 3 watchesfor batteries and paid so much. I trusted that everything was ok. When I got home I realized that one watch was not working. I went back and they claimed that ithe battery inside is not theirs so I was lying. 19.99 per watch so e$80 dollars spent. I am so angry and I suggest to be careful if you take something there to be repaired. I would NOT recommend it.

I had a favorite necklace that I wore every day for almost two years until the chain broke one day while i was taking off a sweatshirt. The necklace has been inside my wallet for almost a year and today I took it to Fast Fix to see if they could help me. Sergio was so kind and helpful!! He fixed and cleaned the necklace for me perfectly. He even shortened the chain to my preferred length in just a couple of minutes while I waited for no additional charge! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Im so happy I can finally wear my favorite necklace again!

The store’s owner likes to hustle people. I stopped in with my mother who order an 18k necklace and asked that the necklace reac her chest, the sales rep who was there’s told her not to worry that her order would be to her liking and because they were busy he told her that the length would be perfect if it were 18”, she again requested the necklace to reach her neck. I picked up the necklace for her from the owner and once I brought it home realized that the necklace did not reach her chest and was more of a choker...I called the store but the owner insisted on charging more, I asked him to return it and instead he told me that this could not be resolved and hung up the phone. I recommend that this business is avoided for purchasing jewelry, I did use them for engraving and they did a good job however things remembered was charging me half the price.

Went everywhere looking for a 5-year watch battery for my Baume et Mercier watch, including London Jewelers, who doesn’t carry them. Also two “watch repair” shops told me they would have to send my watch out for a battery change because they didn’t have the right tools to open my casing. Fast Fix gave me the 5-year battery and was able to work with my watch brand in did it in 15 minutes!

The only place that 2 years later I will come back and intentionally write a bad review. DO NOT GO THERE - changed the battery and then put my watch back together in such a way that it was unwearable. AND, The battery was dead. AND scratched!I took it back to get a new battery and for them to put my watch back together properly and complain about the scratches. They said everything was fine! Had to explain the situation at least 15 times (no exaggeration) to not only the cashier but to the watch repair person. I have never had such poor customer service in all my life. Do not go there. Thats what I told every single person who entered the store as we waited there for 2 hours to get my watch fixed. unbelievable. They wanted to charge me again and wouldnt reimburse me for the original repair. Cant believe they are still open.

Zero stars for attitude if I could. I had a silver pillbox repair done here in September. The repair failed three weeks later. returned to have it redone. Even though his computer clearly showed I had the work done there (I had misplaced the receipt) he refused to repair it under warranty, and started a political screed. We had words. NEVER, EVER USE THIS PLACE.

I have had 2 great experiences with Fast Fix. I have had a lot of work done to rings here and they do an excellent job. I just had a ring sized on a Saturday and it only took them 1 hour. You can also watch while they work on your jewelry. Both times the person helping me was very nice and worked to come up with solutions to fix my jewelry. I will use them every time I need something repaired.

They do great work with very little charge.

Came to change a battery for my kids 5 dollar watch.. he charged me 20 bucks for a 1 dollar battery and a thirty second change.. this guy is a hustler.. nasty attitude

I have come here many times in the past (prior to them moving to a new space) and tge manager (or so she says) was very rude. I asked for a simple price to replace several watch batteries over the phone (letting her know the make and model of the watches), she gave me a price, and then when i drive 30 mins to get there....the price is higher and she is not able to explain why. Basically that is what it is...Never coming back again!

Omg. I took my diamond bracelet to this place to get it fixed but they changed my diamonds for a bracelet that is imitation. please, please do not go to this place. Ive cried a lot just thinking that they cheated on me. they said I gave them a fake one diamond. Dishonest and rude service.dont ever ever go to that place.

They fixed my watchs broken glass, gasket of the glass was twisted inside. When you look into the replaced glass, you can see like glue residue on the perimeter. I asked them to help me, they told me to leave watches for couple more days. When you fix something, it has to be nice and neat to give it out to customers before customers see the negative side. There is nothing else in there, but gasket. I paid almost half price of the watch for glass and unsatisied.

Awful, dishonest, rude and combative people...needed a new battery, tried to overcharge, then broke my watch purposely...after we got into an altercation. watch never worked after they laid their hands on it. manager is rude and condescending. not even the one star.
