I have been to several different Riddles stores and have made a purchase in every one. Great customer service especially in the Garden City store. Anthony Romero and the other staff members are courteous and very friendly. They know what they are selling I wouldnt buy my fine jewelry from any other place.

We went in briefly while we were waiting for wings. Patricia was very helpful even though we were there 15 minutes before closing. We felt very welcomed.

AWFUL. Went to DODGE CITY RIDDLES INSTEAD. Went during a sale, picked a ring and they never called us back. We called them before the sale ended and they said they didnt have their ducks in a row. Dragged their feet until the sale ended and I was furious. Thats the whole reason we went. Never even offered to change the stones in the ring I wanted. GO TO DODGE CITY RIDDLES. I am so happy with my ring now!

Dont make the mistake of thinking Garden Citys Riddles Jewelry is just another large impersonal chain store! It has an amazing small home town appeal! The prices are reasonable and the product is amazing!My fiance was able to purchase a $16,000 ring for $12,000. We wouldnt have been able to do that ANYWHERE else! Sandra made the customizing process easy and absolutely enjoyable! She was able to describe what I wanted without me even knowing for sure! They are 100% honest and up front about quality, and very knowledgeable about their products. They also give great advice when it comes to how things look and will look together! Definitely check them out for any of your jewelry needs! If I could Id give them a 10 star rating!

Was almost immediately given extremely helpful and considerate assistance. Even when the extra mile and offered a solution in giving us a visual aid with the rings we were deciding upon. In myself you have definitely earned a lifetime customer.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. I sent my rings in October to be cleaned and ultimately they were lost by UPS. I called Riddles to let them know my rings were delivered but they never showed up. They said they would call UPS to see what was going on. I also called UPS and they told me there was no signature required when they sent out the package. Shortly after getting off the phone with UPS Sydney from Riddles called me back telling me the exact same thing UPS had just told me. In which I told her to have Josh call me first thing the next morning. I then called Riddles corporate office to see who i should talk to about the theft of my jewelry. I was told that person was busy but i should expect a call first thing the next day. I had waited a considerable amount of time the next day before calling Riddles in Garden City and was informed Austin would be out of the store until Friday, which was odd because it was a Tuesday. I called the corporate number again and was told the person i needed to talk to was in a meeting, but he would be calling me as soon as he was done.So I called UPS to see if the investigation had been opened and it had not. I finally got an email from Josh the E-commerce manager and he REALLY APOLOGIZED the rings were missing, and that he wanted to wait until Friday to investigate it further. There was never an investigation started, I called UPS everyday to see if an investigation was opened and it never was. Absolutely nothing was done to locate my jewelry. Thank GOD! Friday morning the package mysteriously showed up on my front porch. But now im assured if my jewelry would have gone missing, absolutely nothing would be done about it. To that I say Thank you for the Exceptional disservice that was provided to me.

The service from staff is great. My wife and I have bought all our rings from there. Then engagement ring, her wedding band, my wedding ring, and an anniversary band. Everyone has been very helpful and make you feel as if they are just as excited as you for the reason you are buying jewelry from them. I was so disappointed after my visit today to pick up a repair. They could not find my necklace could not pronounce my name correctly and made me feel very inferior after asking to see my drivers license even though the same guy waited on me when I just took it in less than 2 weeks ago. Poor customer service and makes me want to go somewhere else.
