The selection of jewelry was fantastic. The only problem is the pushy salesperson, she was very obnoxious! The prices also were very high! Too many competitors in this market to not be flexible with prices!

BUYER BEWARE: At the Roosevelt Field location, they took advantage of a young shopper.  They did not explain the difference between fake stones to real stones.  They also added a warranty charge to the purchase. When the charge was questioned. They said he had no choice, he had to pay for it.  He paid cash. At the point of return 2 days later. He was denied his cash back and told he had to receive a Corporate check in the mail in  10 days.  Had he been told in advance about this cash return policy at the register, he would have used a Credit Card or Debit Card.  There is no signage to explain this return policy. It is on the back of your receipt after you have paid.  His girlfriend will receive A GIFT from Macys!

Very rude and bad customer service from Lee who works at the Roosevelt field location. I will never purchase from here again. They are not helpful at all. Asked to get a resize for a gift my boyfriend got me and they said they dont think its possible. Why would I purchase something I wont be able to wear?!! never coming here again. horrible horrible experience. We felt very uncomfortable...make all your customers feel good regardless of what they purchase.

Rude rude customer service from manager Kevin. I’ve never ever experienced such indecency and disrespect in my entire life. Would not recommend coming here at all. Very stuck up customer service. And the merchandise inside the tables are all over the place faced down and unorganized.

Extremely frustrating, short term exchange policy. Even during Covid 19. I needed to return a damaged item given as a gift, and was only offered store credit. Not a great method of doing business during not only Covid, but a gift giving season.

The staff at this jewelry store is phenomenal. The service was fast and efficient. I went to get my engagement ring resized using their same day service and I was very very satisfied. Plus the ring itself is beautiful! The ring originally was a size 7 and now is a 5.25 and it looks perfect.

Nice selection of stuff but please watch out for Kevin he will not tell you that rings are final sale when theyre resized so you end up getting screwed with something you dont like and paying so much money for.

I was very disappointed when I went to this store at Roosevelt field I was served by representative name Mary I was there to pick up a ring that was in the store for over 3 mines and had not been sized I was waiting for it to be sized for 3 months and when I asked for a refund because the ring was not sized She told me there was no refuns And so I had to call customer service and explained what happen and they wanted me to pick up the ring And mail it back to them and they would mail me a check but why should I do that when the ring is already in their store I paid $1300 for this ring that was not sized at it took me 3 weeks to get my money back after making several calls Another sales representative name Kevin also gave me Ive got around about getting my money back as well I have sworn to never shop at this store again It is clearly print that there is a 30 day money back refund. I would say if you ever shop at this store never go to the Roosevelt field branch Kevin and Mary or badd sales representatives

I am extremely upset with this place. I got a stone set here in a diamond band that I own. I paid over $1000. I absolutely loved the ring with their stone but after 2 months, the stone fell off. I looked everywhere for it but could never locate it. I went to the store to talk about what they could do for me. A woman went to look up my purchase in their computer and stated that the only thing that popped out was a repair. I told them that I did a purchase and they placed the stone on the ring and it was not only a repair. I then asked them if they could order a few stone choices for me and I would just re purchase it. They told me they would call me once the stones arrived which would take only 3-4 days. I waited a week and stopped by to ask them about it since they never called me. The girl in the front then tells me that she promises shell call back within the next week. I then get a call about a showcase they are having 2 weeks later. (Regarding this showcase, I told them 3 weeks ago at the original encounter, that I could not attend it because I would be out of town.) I tell them again that it doesnt interest me and that Ive told them this before and express my urge to see thoes stones I originally asked for. The same woman I spoke first to tells me that they will call me once the stones come in. Its been over 2 months and not one call. Completely unprofessional. Im sort of glad they never contacted me now because its clear to me now that their stone was crappy quality, the customer service sucked and their jeweler who does the setting is a failure at his job because he obviously couldnt secure a simple stone on a band.

In person half of the staff have a really terrible customer service. The other half are great. Over the phone I also spoke with a lady called Jody or something like that she said, and she was extremely rude. Avoid her!

Do NOT purchase from them! We are currently on our way to return our wedding bands because they FLAT OUT lied to us. We purchased 2 bands for myself and 1 for my fiancé. We purchased insurance (several hundreds of dollars) because they had told us that an inspection was NOT required. I pick up the rings and bring them home to find they put an INSPECTION card in with the paperwork to come back every 6 months. When I called about it the woman stated theyre, likely moving away from the required inspection, so I asked for something in writing stating that I did not need one and she refused. We had SPECIFICALLY asked about the inspection when we bought the insurance and were assured that none was required. This is BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING and I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as returning the rings (several thousands of dollars) because I will not do business with scum.
