Quite disappointed with the leasing office. I put in an application in January with the hopes that they will follow through but nothing ever got done. No one followed up on wherever or not an apartment became available. I kept getting the run around with them. Anyway, it was a blessing in disguise but I hope you guys can improve on your professionalism.

Beautiful apartment for a great price. I love my apartment layout. The young ladies in the office are kind, courteous and extremely attentive. the maintenance team is hands down the best!

Very disappointed with the new management. They say one thing one and another the next day. Do not lease here, they do not know how to keep their word. The apartments complex its always dirty, do your self a favor and DO NOT Get into a contract with them!!! Been living here for three years, theres mold, cockroaches, ants, everywhere in the apartments.

I had a great experience living at this apartment complex.The new staff who took over the property is amazing and very responsive when repairs are needed and very helpful. You can tell the new staff cares about the property.

While residing at The Crossings I have encountered mold, mice and now ROACHES!

The apartments have mold. The maintenance does nothing about it. They send out inspectors who lie and say the mold isnt present. I have kids in this moldy dump. This property and the people who own it are slumlords. BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT HERE!

I moved here on September 2017 - present almost two years now before I renew my lease on September 2018 I asked the leasing office twice that I maybe move out in the middle of this year they told me yes as long as you give us 60 days notice you can leave I said ok. so now I want leave this place for the family reason the office staff told me you can leave but you have to pay the penalty up to August now I do not know what is my fault .

Pros: beautiful place, great design, roomy apartment with high ceilings. Decent price. Fairly clean, cleaner comes everyday. Trash is consistent and maintenance is usually on the dot.Cons: location not ideal, literally next to train and thoroughfare is loud at night. High turnover rate, every new staff who comes on have unpredictable moods and inconsistent rule-enforcing. Sometimes they feel like being nice, other times are overly policey for no reason. For example, they will not stick to the hours posted on the door themselves, taking extremely long lunches (3+ hours at a time) or not BEING IN THE OFFICE AT ALL, then tell you at other times were closed when youre trying to get a package from the office while they are leisurely hanging out in plain sight. Everything is basically run based on the staffs moods and they try to police everyone else to match their level of laziness that day. Has not been the same since Dhol left. Looking forward to when hardworking, honest, and consistent staff gets hired and actually applies the rules to themselves rather than residents. Is this a reflection of Hercules living or the individual staff members? Hard to tell.

This place is beautiful. Waterfalls and small bridges. I took my 11 and 14 year old girls for a very relaxing and peaceful walk in the trails. We climbed and took turns holding he baby. Great for all ages. Definitely a great place for nature pictures. We will be going back with a picnic lunch. Parking was great. Don’t bring a stroller if you have a baby, bring a chest/back carrier.

Moved in last July and I love it here. The assistant manager is awesome. All the office personnel have been great. The maintenance has been great. Love the Rec room and fitness room.

Responsive office and maintenance personnel. Large room size and closet space. Pleased with modern decor and amenities in the building. Sheltered entrance to garage on every floor is a great convenience.

Wanted to pay my rent today and like always NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. It seems no one wants to work...I work all week along and sometimes long hours. Time I get home the office is closed. So, this is why I like to pay my rent on Saturday. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket

Horrible place to live they don’t answer the phone, emails, maintainance issues take weeks to be resolved and you have to remind them ! The office is always “ closed, will be back at whatever time “ but they would be inside they just don’t want to be bothered. THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE! They ignore you but they want your money ! Communication is non existent! Currently I have been trying to reach the manager via email ( since they don’t answer the phone ) regarding an issue that has not been resolved for months and NO RESPONSE AT ALL ! WE NEED NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!

I am not satisfied with this place at all! I have been going to the leasing office since I moved in to remind them that my washer is broken. All they say is “it’s on back order”, “i thought we fixed it”, and “I’ll let the maintenance guy know”. After two month, my washer is still broken & I come to find out that the maintenance guy never received any notice from the leasing office (Aaron) ..... also, this is not a clean place to live! I’ve seen a mouse in my unit & cockroaches!!!! So gross

The apartments are seriously spacious and nice however, the customer service is poor and inadequate. The leasing office does not pick up their phone calls, do not communicate effectively, takes long lunches (with no notice), are unorganized, and poorly structured. I had the assistant property manager at the front tell me shes happy Im leaving when I expressed my concerns about her customer service. Highly unprofessional with no urgency to take action in striving for high customer service and good business practices. I have already left multiple emails and phone calls to higher management and not to my surprise, I have not received a response from them.

As a new residence to this part of Md. Nice and quite how i like it. The staff so far thru my application process have been professional and easy to reach when ever i had a question. Now everything has been completed my son is excited to move in.

The MAINTENANCE CLUE is rude, young and they have no regard for residents space or property . They came for maintenance issues and lefta mess all over my living room and kitchen . I was embarrassed to come home with visitors to a disaster . Stuff everywhere . I suggest they hire mature maintenance clue who have respect for residents space and property .Kitchen appliances are outdated even though its a brand new building .Stuff break easily coz its all cheap. The apartment vibrates whenever the train passes(every few minutes) . The closets are very small compared to the size of the actual apartment so clothes dont fit . Office ladies cant provide answers to most of the questions so its frustrating here in many ways . DONT MOVE HERE !!

This property management company has kicked residents out of communal areas for their own office use. Residents expect to use these areas because its part of the amenitites they pay for-- communal areas should not be privately used for their office work and conducting interviews. Also, three months have gone by and high priority security issues have not been fixed. Property Management has high turn-over of employees which is obvioulsy not a good sign.

I hate it here.

I have been dealing with my neighbor leaving trash outside of her door for days at a time and I went and spoke to Aaron about my issues with them and the problem was resolved right away! 👍🏾

There are elevated levels of airborne mold being spread throughout the apartment complex, and at least 10 other units have been hit with Aspergillus/Penicillin due to negligence of Hercules Living. They have known since August and it is now November. They have been evasive and blaming the tenants saying that they do now know how to use the HVAC system when in fact they dont take care of the building itself. And the HVAC system isnt strong enough to push around stagnant air and moisture. My clothes, my books, my belongings, and most importantly my health have been devastated by the carelessness of Hercules Living. Of course, theyre not going to admit that theres airborne mold moving through the apartments because the amount of $$ for proper remediation is going to be catastrophic. Instead, they will point the finger and let their tenants pay for their mistakes while covering their tracks.

This is one of the best apartments that I have lived so far. The employees are supper friendly and very professional especially Ms. Dhol Hasi, Frank and jacqueline . Since i have moved in i have not seen a single problem. I am very glad and happy that we moved to this apartment. The only thing i am waiting for this the kids room to be opened at the gym. I use to go to gym everyday since i moved I havent been coz the kids room is closed for some reason, than that i am highly satisfied with the stuffs and everything else. Thank you all for everything.Ms.DholMr. Frank you both are supper awesome and thank you for making us feel welcomed.

Hows the train noise in the apts? The building looks awesome . But thats my only concern . We have a baby and idk if it get too loud cause of the train bein rite next to it . Please let me know thanks

Called about 10 times no answer, went to the office and it was closed on a Friday afternoon when it’s supposed to be open

They charging me to move out 10 day before.and they ask me to move because the need the apartment and now they charging me a fee and they don’t do anything to fix this

I have been trying since tuesday to contact them but they never answer the call respond to emails or they never get back to us this really sucks and i dont understand why did they never respond back
