New resident to Camden Washingtonian, but familiar with the community at large.Ive been delighted by my experience @ Washingtonian! From the front office team to maintenance, everyone (and I emphasize EVERYONE) has been pleasant, very helpful and professional.I handled my move-in alone and wrangled numerous boxes and carts by myself. At one point, a member of the maintenance team took time to assist me with a particularly precarious stack and assisted with getting it to my door. This one act was a reassuring feeling that I had chosen wisely.Of particular note was my leasing consultant, Nani Lee. She provided professional, courteous service with a personal touch and was pivotal in my making the choice of Camden Washingtonian.To be clear, this may seem like just advertising copy but I assure you it is not. This team assisted me in making a good decision at during a stressful and pivotal time. I mean, who WANTS to move in the midst of a pandemic? Let that sink in...To close, my experience with Camden has been great.Highly Recommended.

The experience in Camden Washingtonian apartment is wonderful. I lived here for 2 years, and will continue my lease for at least another 1 more year.The apartment is clean, quiet, and safe. The staffs, especially Nani Lee, helps us a lot,. We often receive gifts and cards from the management team on our birthday or anniversary days, which is so warm heart!I really recommend this apartment!

I have lived in several apartment communities over the years and Camden Washingtonian is simply the best around. The location is second to none being right next to Rio and Crown plus having instant access to the highway is a big bonus. The apartments are very clean and modern. The amenity spaces are no exception including the gym, game/ lounge area, and the various courtyards which are kept very tidy. Its all topped off by the staff which is very responsive and professional.Overall if youre looking for a place to live then you shouldnt look any further than here.

My experience so far at the Camden Washingtonian has been excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Its a major step up from my previous complex’s management, and to be quite honest I was not expecting such a great staff. The community itself is extremely well kept, clean, and smells great throughout the common areas. It’s apparent that the staff works hard at keeping the place looking clean. And as someone who works from home, i can say they do a great job at being non-intrusive. Overall, my experience here has made me very happy and I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

We have absolutely LOVED living here! The leasing office staff and maintenance team are both by far the best I have ever encountered. The leasing team makes things easy and maintenance requests get handled super quickly. In addition to this apartment community being clean and well maintained, there is a nearby tennis court and trail that is great for walking your dog. I have also loved being located right next to Rio and Crown.Im so sad that we have to relocate for work otherwise we would stay for forever! Thanks Camden Washingtonian for such a great place to live!

Moved in about three months ago and have had a fantastic experience so far. Camdens leasing team is also exceptionally responsive and professional. Weve worked closely with Nani in particular since moving in and she has been especially friendly, kind, and helpful all throughout.

Nani was so sweet and helpful during the application process, touring and overall everything!! Been here for a month now and the community is great. Very private I barely ever see my neighbors which is great compared to my last place.

Living at camden has been more than i expected. the staff in the office are great to work with. the maintenance staff are thorough and get the job done. office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly. garage parking has been wonderful. i dont have to worry about getting into a hot car or snow covered car. washer/dryer in my apartment is good. i would recommend camden to anyone looking to move.

Love the location (next to the Crown, Rio, 270, 200, Lifetime Fitness and more), the building design, the amenities and excellent customer service provided by ALL the staff at Camden Washingtonian Apartments! Not one issue since moving in. I definitely recommend taking a tour and signing your lease today :)

As a Camden employee that works at a different community, I have nothing but positive things to say about Camden Washingtonian! My fiance and I absolutely love living here. The well manicured courtyards, gorgeous apartments, and walkable location make Washingtonian a wonderful place to live! The office and maintenance teams are also friendly and professional and truly work to provide residents with a great living experience!

We had an awesome experience with our recent rental identification and move in experience. The entire staff is great! It is a very accessible location to DC and other surrounding areas. The amenities are the best and many stores and restaurants are in walking distance.

I moved to Camden Washingtonian last month have been overwhelmingly impressed with the community! Everything is clean and beautiful, and the office and maintenance team are amazing. Its also very pet friendly, which is great for our golden retriever!

The new Camden Washingtonian Apartments are now leasing luxury studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments at Washingtonian North adjacent to the Rio and Downtown Crown developments in Gaithersburg. This pet friendly facility offers high end amenities and is next door to Life Time Fitness, a premier athletic facility with indoor/outdoor pools and amazing children’s programs to get the whole family in shape. Framed by woods this location offers all the best of urban living, easy access to transportation for work while maintaining a sense of space.

My husband & I only got the chance to live there for a few months, because of a job change, but we would have stayed longer if we could have! The staff is quick and communicative. (Really great management!) Our apartment was clean and had great amenities. The complex has a GREAT location with a beautiful gym and outdoor facilities. Move-in & move-out was easy. I would 100% recommend living here!

Not many will rate a complex when they did not end up renting but I felt compelled to let all know how friendly and professional y leasing agent Nia was . ..From the moment I walked in to the emails i got after I left, the experience was amazing.I hope Camden knows how lucky they are to have such a great associate!

Wonderful and friendly place! The staff, especially Steven and Jennifer are very attentive, and always very willing to help out residents! Neighbors are very nice and even though apartment sound proofing could be a bit problematic sometimes, it is part of the apartment community living anywhere and never been an issue so far.Awesome place to live! I would like to vote for Maleku and Jennifer as the persons on staff who have been most helpful to to me since I have moved into my apartment. This is a terrific place to live, made even more so by the rest of the friendly staff, cleanliness of the building, and amenities. When something needs to be done in the apartment, it is done in a timely manner by qualified personnel - with a smile.

My car has been towed from this residence 3 separate times because of an archaic system they have designed around a printer that may or may not work. The residents tell on each other. The staff (besides maintenance) are less than helpful and have ZERO sympathy for a regular tenant. They just want to sell more apartments. The area is a black out zone for wifi and calls and the entire property is tow happy. The front desk office is not open on Sundays so if there is a problem youd better hope its not time sensitive. 0/10 will never live here.**to reply to the comment below. We have already spoken to someone from Camden Wash. about this and they have made your position on the matter extremely clear. My review stands.

We have just recently moved in. Steven and the other leasing agents made the move in process to easy. They are constantly communicating with us throughout the process and were willing to help in any way possible. So far we have loved the amenities and all the courts great such a great view and peaceful ambiance! The neighbors have been very friendly! I think we are going to love it here!

When I came to tour at Camden Washingtonian I was greeted by so many smiling faces. The staff at Camden Washingtonian is unlike any other! I toured what seemed like every apartment building in Montgomery County. Camden Washingtonian is inevitably where I decided to call home. The brand new apartments are absolutely beautiful and I never thought I would feel like I was home after selling my condo. All of the leasing staff and the maintenance staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to make sure you are happy, especially Stephanie! From the very beginning, Stephanie made sure that I saw every unit I wanted to and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. She is perhaps the sweetest, most genuine person ever. If you are considering Camden Washingtonian, which you absolutely should, definitely stop in and ask for Stephanie!

LOVE living here - Jen the manager is always on topof things and even stops in the hallway to follow up on any issues. I love when they host resident events and hope to see more in the future! Best apartment ever.

CAMDEN HAS MOLD THAT HAS MADE MY FAMILY SICK AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT . DO NOT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET SICK. I DO LOVE THE MAINTENANCE STAFF, JAMES AND JAMAL, JENNIFER IS SWEET AND HELPFUL BUT HAS HER HANDS TIED BECAUSE OF THE CORPORATE PUPPET STRING.

As much as I was blown away by the amenities, modern décor, and ideal location, it was the staff that made Camden Washingtonian the obvious choice. Luz was knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating to any concerns or requests I had during the leasing process. I would highly recommend this community to people of all ages. Ask for Luz!

From the moment we walked in, we were met with a warm welcome, and the vibe was just so comfortable and professional. Coming from the community we live in now in Bethesda, it was like night and day. The apartments are absolutely beautiful and we were sold in a very short time. Our apartment wont be ready until September but trust me it is worth the wait. Stephen and Luz are always there to answer my questions even if I stop by on the spur of the moment. I have toured many apartments in the area and when I found The Camden Washingtonian I knew my search was over!

This is an honest review, if I wouldve known what I know now I would not have moved here. So if I can help someone else I did the right thing. My first day here maintenance told me about the mouse problem which I understand since we are in the woods basically. The apartments are only quiet until you get neighbors, the walls are paper-thin. The apartments dont have carpet and arent separated by concrete, its extremely loud. They were shooting a rap music video on the first floor until 3am one night so the people here are interesting if you like rap music! The inside of the apartments are beautiful and the staff is very pleasant. Oh! Pay attention to the pets arent allowed on lawn everywhere signs and dog poop everywhere when you visit. If you pay attention to the signs I missed, it will help.

Absolutely beautiful place, upscale living and quiet. Close to downtown crown which has amazing restaurants,shopping and bars.Pet friendly with the restrictions on the pit bull breed which is a bummer. Another downside is you don’t get a spare key if only one name is on the lease! So when you have family visiting and you have-to work you’ll have to share one key which is very restrictive!I’ll review in six months to see if the community is still up to par! Oh the staff is great too Steve was awesome!

Camden is a great place to live! Having moved from Camden Glendale in Los Angeles to Camden Washingtonian near Washington DC (in Gaithersburg, MD), the Camden staff were super helpful regarding how to transfer my lease with ease. LuzMaria at Camden Washingtonian is a great person to know at Camden Washingtonian, she helped me with the move and coordinating difficult steps, such as being available to greet and coordinate with movers when I hadnt yet arrived to the area. Luz was very, very helpful to me, and she is always cheerful and kind. Luz has a great personality and is very bright and witty, she is a joy to have as a resource! Luz is just one person that is great who works at Camden, I have had excellent experience with all of Camden staff. In both LA and in the Washington DC area. &, the maintenance team are great, they are smart, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend Camden in any location! Plus, the apartments are nice and comfortable, and parking is available and easy. 5 out of 5 stars!

My experience with this complex has been awful and I dont even live here (even though I had all intentions to move as soon as my lease was up)!!!My best friend lives here and I often visit her and since we enjoy going out I usually pick her up from here. Last night we decided to take her car so I had to park in the guest parking. Now let me explain, the guest parking spaces are limited to a few spots only and most residents will park there so GOODLUCK!!!Now I parked and we were out and came back at 3 am. we never planned to come back so late but stuff happened and as soon as we came back we went to print me a parking pass because we decided to all stay together that night. I printed the pass at 3:21am and my car was called in at 3:24 am to be towed!!!!WE literally drove back to the garage and my car was gone. (do not even get me started on the fact that my emergency brake was up and so my tires were practically violated last night!!!!!!!)I immediately call and the operator tells me there is no way to help me and that I have to pay and release my car. As useless as that was we drove over to the towing lot to get my car back.A little background on the towing company this complex works with, Henrys, is that they are the crappiest company I had to ever deal with. Do not get me started on how disrespectful they are and how Camden practically forces you to deal with such poor service. I released my car and the next morning I went to the leasing office to speak to a manager and see how they can make this a more pleasant experience for me and help out. I was told that even I had a pass printed was going back to put it on my car there was nothing the assistant, Jorge, could do for me.A luxury apartment complex with rent not so cheap, could not refund me for the money I paid THEIR VENDOR who ruined my tires and moved my car to the sketchiest lots one had to step foot on. It definitely did not help the matter that he just kept saying there is nothing he can do when he was sitting in a customer service position. I was the customer but I received no service whatsoever.By far the worst experience I had with a management service and would highly recommend saving your money and staying away from this complex.
