Summer is amazing. From day one her customer service has been A1. She follows through with all of my calls, request or complaints. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Anytime I have ever called and spoke to Summer she is helpful. I feel safe with my children playing outside. The neighbors are great and friendly. The only complaint I have is about the visitor parking.... there is none. The same cars sit in the spot for months and if we have company they have to leave at 10 for fear of towing. If they fix the visitor parking situation it would be much better

I dont live at Londonderry Apartments nor will I ever. Yvonne called and left a message regarding a rental. I called back and spoke with a nasty Victoria. The entire conversation was filled withwhat, yeah, no, and what do you want? I asked if she owned the company because no one should be answering a phone for an employer with such a nasty tone. Victoria needs a new job, that is not the place for her. Clearly a terrible place to work.After researching this terrible organization, I found out that Angelia Jackson is the manager. Do Better Ms. Jackson.

Very bad costumer service when I first moved here they gave me and my mother attitude. Also one day I was outside in my car coming home late from work when I saw two men going around trying to break into the other cars.this morning my car door was open and I told the office and they said they would look into it also just gave me one parking space for both my car which is not fair and told me to park in visitor. I been living here for a month now and I’m not liking it to much.

Not recommend to live here, security is an issue 4 wheels of my car were stolen at the time that they supposed to have security patrol during the night.And when I complained about it they just tell me that they’ll follow up (super helpful)👎

My people, I am a month away from moving to these apartments, but the customer service is terrible, and if you look online they have a price and when they send you the contract there is a different price, they are not honest with what they tell you when they communicate by phone, my wife applied for one on the first floor and they were giving her what they wanted, not what she was looking for

To be honest if the person you’re trying to get info from about leasing there doesn’t even seem interested in giving me info then why would I want to lease there? Hell you don’t even want to be there lol. It’s okay. I’ll go somewhere else

Moved out of here about a year ago and forgot to leave a review but wanted to help anyone considering moving here. First problem, MICE. And lots of them. Their “solutions” of “plugging” holes never work. Doesn’t matter how clean your apartment is, they will keep coming back. Second problem, the leasing office. Rude staff and that starts from management and trickles down. Employees never stay for long which in itself shows signs of an underlying issue. They take advantage of people who’s first language is not English on multiple occasions I have witnessed them being EXTREMELY disrespectful. This place deserves 0 stars I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. The health department needs to pay them a visit having mice and all kinds of bugs can’t be healthy. Don’t be lured in by the low prices, pay the extra money and stay elsewhere no one deserves to live in these conditions. Broke my lease early and never looked back.

Price was good but always it has mouse, lead based paint in the building, chipping paint constantly, water has a moldy taste and every other day you should change your scothch to wash your dishes. Every one buys drinking water there.Water bill also is the same for all even you under use or over use the water that it is very unfair division.Kids pool is dirty.Stuff are the worst, no respect for tenants.

I have been living here for more than 3 years and now that Im trying to move out they made a mistake and the mistake was that we were moving and to an apartment and they mixed up the saying of the people that were moving and so they they thought they stayed that they were moving but in reality they stayed that they were Rene swing and so we then stayed that we wanted another apartment and they would not give it to us for the same price as the one we were going to move to at the beginning. Dont move here if your looking for good service and good apartments also there are mice here which roam around when your not home they eat the food thats in you trash bag and they poop all over the place they also have holes in many corners. Just dont move here if your looking for a more comfortable place to live.. Your welcome😀 😀😀

Customer service sucks, not enough visitors parking and your car is guaranteed to get towed after midnight if youre just visiting. My company, friends and family would have to park in the park n ride 2 long blocks up then walk back. Enough said. Dont rent from here.GOOD BYE!!!!

The main/only reason why I like this place is cause its quiet. But thats the odd part, this place is quiet I barley see anyone out here then for random weeks/months the complex parking lot will be empty and then the next few days itll be packed. Also the management is a gaint middle finger its actually a fix it yourself group of douches.

Absolutly no parking for tenants and their guests only people outside of neighborhood can have visitor parking and they dont live here they also switch up multiple vehicles to take up every single visitor spot anyways. No parking for tenants visitors at all. Dont move here even the staff is full of........

If you have to deal with these people, prepare yourself. Theyre harsh and uncompromising, and that comes down from the facility manager, Angela. We ended up not living there, and were glad to never have to speak to them again.

I just m move there next 2 days they break my car ans steal my laptop i just run away i didnt stay more than 5 days and i sued them in court

The Leasing people are extremely rude especially Angela. I wouldnt move here. And I wouldnt rent here if youre not willing to walk to the leasing office to pay rent they dont have a Dropbox. They refuse to put one in. They cant be Trusted with a Dropbox.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ive had RATS for months, and theyve done nothing to solve the problem. Wouldnt give me a parking permit bc my car is registered in my fathers name, so if you lease too bad. Have fun getting your car towed. Theyre payment system is from the dark ages; its as though they dont know what a computer is. Employees are not knowledgeable and dont have the proper software to do their job efficiently (one was calculating my rent with a hand calculator). Terrible leasing office. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to live somewhere else. Youll regret living here.

Horrible place to live. I agree with other reviewer about the customer service. People in the office are obsoletely bad at their job and careless about tenants. Most of the times they dont even write down complains about the apartment issues. Maintenance folks are very bad at showing up to fix issues in apartment.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO MOVE IN THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Why is it I came in by myself to look at an apartment listed for 950, Summer and Femmy told me the apartment was 1084, when I returned with my partner/representation Summer and Femmy then changed the price back to 950. WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE PRICE?

Let me start by saying that if I had option to give 0 star, I would give that. I gave 1 star because thats a least I can rate.This place has horrible customer service. Their apartments condition is way worse than many other places I have stayed in past. You have to go 3 to 4 times to their office before someone show up to fix things in your apartment.Yes they have gym but most of the equipment are consistently down and stays down for long period of time. Also TV (I think they are 1970s model) they have in the gym never work.I would say if you have other options, dont rent at this place.

I just moved here two months ago and I hate it!!!! First night the shower was clogged, had to wait two days before someone came out. Plus my shower door was filled with mold, ppl in the office said pour beach on it smh. Parking is terrible!!! Ppl in the office is terrible!!! Got our pool pass stolen first time going to the pool. Complex terrible period!!! I dont recommend it whatsoever. Please let it be your last resort.

This is a terrible apartment complex run by terrible people. The management is heartless and rude. There is no concept of customer service here. They will bleed you for every penny and you will have nothing to show for it. Stay Away!

Leasing office people are horrible. The worst I have ever seen. They dont even know how to receive the people coming to them. They dont even have the common sense to put a courtesy smile when speaking with the people coming. Hope KAY management sees this review and do change them.

I lived there over 30 years ago. The only memories I have are (1) basically a friendly staff in the office and (2) the police S.W.A.T. team showing up at 3 a.m. to arrest the drug dealers who lived above me.
